Abstract

Technological advancements in orthodontics, particularly aligner treatment, have made teeth straightening more convenient, attracting individuals with active lifestyles. The rise of dental tourism has led foreign patients to seek aligner treatment in Indonesia due to cost savings, quality care, and the opportunity to combine treatment with travel. This study employs a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the push and pull factors influencing patient decisions, using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis at a Bali dental clinic. Data were analyzed using NVivo 14, with verification techniques such as memsber checking, audit trails, and triangulation ensuring research validity. The word cloud analysis highlights key factors affecting foreign patients’ choices, including location, service quality, affordability, and digital promotions. Hierarchy charts reveal that perceptions of service, pre-treatment knowledge, treatment costs, and push-pull factors from home countries significantly impact decision-making, with affordability and positive experiences playing major roles. The project map emphasizes social media, particularly TikTok, as an essential marketing tool, alongside personalized care, flexible scheduling, and lower costs that attract patients from Australia, the UK, and Germany. Respondents highlighted the clarity of information provided by clinics, though some suggested improving English-language communication for better patient experiences. Indonesia’s combination of affordable pricing, high-quality service, and seamless patient experiences strengthens its position as a preferred destination for aligner treatment. As dental tourism continues to grow, optimizing marketing strategies and improving service quality will be crucial in maintaining Indonesia’s competitive edge in the global market.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by training, compensation, and work discipline; however, many organizations face challenges in managing these factors effectively. Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is a performance management methodology that helps set clear and measurable goals, but its implementation often encounters obstacles such as a lack of understanding and resistance to change. This study aims to review existing literature to understand how OKR can enhance employee performance and identify key success factors. The research employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze the role of OKR in improving employee performance by collecting and filtering literature from various academic sources using strict selection criteria. The analysis is conducted through a thematic approach, the PRISMA method for literature selection, and validity and reliability evaluation by ensuring the credibility of sources and consistency in data analysis processes. The findings indicate that OKR is an effective management tool for enhancing employee and organizational performance, but its success requires careful planning and strong managerial support. The implementation of OKR must be aligned with organizational culture and strategy to ensure optimal outcomes. Further studies are needed to explore the impact of OKR on employee satisfaction and well-being in digital work environments. For successful implementation, companies must provide adequate training and socialization to foster a transparent and collaborative work culture.

Abstract

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, alternative marketing technologies play a crucial role in determining effective strategies for product marketing. These innovations help business actors better understand, monitor, and respond to consumer needs and preferences. From the consumer perspective, digital platforms provide easier access to product information. However, Radio City Guide FM still faces challenges in developing strategic approaches that align with its performance goals, particularly amid financial constraints. This study aims to examine the implementation of Radio City Guide’s management strategies in the context of Industry 4.0. The research employs a purposive sampling method targeting active listeners, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Factors considered include job characteristics, frequency of listening, domicile, and age. A total of 161 respondents were included in the sample. Five key variables were identified as determinants of digital marketing success: knowledge, innovation skills, digital utility, frequency, and demographic factors. The results indicate that knowledge is a particularly influential factor in determining digital marketing effectiveness. Additionally, the study finds that City Guide FM’s audience is largely composed of individuals in their productive years who are technologically literate. These insights are expected to support the development of innovative and adaptive marketing strategies for radio broadcasting in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of Government Accounting Standards Statement (PSAP) No. 05 in the accounting treatment of inventory at the Regional Government Office of the Food Security and Livestock Service in Jember Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with selected informants. The findings indicate that the inventory accounting treatment at the Food Security and Livestock Service Office of Jember Regency is in accordance with PSAP No. 05. In terms of recognition, inventory is acknowledged when the goods are received along with all required documentation, and stock-taking is conducted every three months. For measurement, inventory is recorded at acquisition cost, which is obtained through purchases using the FIFO method. However, in terms of disclosure and reporting, there are still shortcomings in complying with PSAP No. 05, due to a lack of detailed explanation and inventory reporting. The implications of these findings suggest that although the implementation of PSAP No. 05 is generally well-executed, there remains a need to enhance human resource capacity and understanding to support more optimal inventory management.
