Abstract

This study sought to quantify the impact of job placement and human resource development on employee work satisfaction at the PT Bina Administrative Branch of the Videotron Bandung Division. Descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach was the strategy used in this study. 37 employees were employed as samples in this study, which used saturated sampling as its sampling method. Validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression with correlation coefficients, determination, research model testing, and research hypothesis testing were all employed in data analysis approaches. The development of human resources and job placement influence employee work satisfaction by 67.4%, according to the study's coefficient of determination test (R2) results, with additional factors outside of this study influencing the remaining 32.6%. According to the multiple correlation coefficient test, the R value of 0.674 indicates that there is a very strong association between employee job satisfaction and human resource development and job placement. The F test's findings, specifically the value of 14.584>3.26, show that Fcount is bigger than Ftable. Workplace placement and human resource development factors have a favorable and significant impact on employees' job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of store design, product diversity, product design, and service quality on consumers' desire to make additional purchases at Zero Outlet Garut. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), also known as visual rendition 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS), was utilized in this investigation as a method of information verification. The conclusion of this study demonstrates a positive and significant relationship between store layout and repurchase intention, with a t-count > 1.96 and a result of 0.215. Where the result is 0.285 with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 2.769, and a big level of 0.002, the effect of product variation on repurchase intention is positive and substantial. Effect of product design on repurchase intention with a positive value and sig., where the coefficient is 0.235 and the t- statistic is greater than 1.96, with a critical level of 0.049 to 0.050. The coefficient is 0.203, the t statistic is 2.147, the standard t table value is 1.96 with the sign being 0.032 0.050, and the influence of service quality on repurchase intention is positive and significant.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how intellectual ability and self-efficacy influence academic cheating behavior, with students' ethical attitudes serving as a moderating factor. The research was conducted using a quantitative methodology. The population of this study consisted of 65 students enrolled in the Management Study Program at Widyatama University in West Java in 2018. Data analysis was carried out using Warp PLS 7.0 software's partial least squares (PLS), and sampling was done using simple random sampling. The research results and hypothesis testing demonstrate that the intellectual intelligence variable has a detrimental impact on academic cheating, with a path coefficient of -0.455 and a P-value of 0.001. In the self-efficacy measure, the path coefficient is also -0.377 with a P-value of 0.001. The results of the test of the moderating variable on academic cheating were a path coefficient of 0.205 and a P value of 0.036, as well as a path coefficient of 0.502 and a P value of 0.001, which showed that the variables attitude and intellectual intelligence had a negative and significant impact. These two factors' propensity for academic cheating can be moderated by student ethics.
