Abstract

This article aims to examine the role and efforts of leadership in enhancing the five work cultures of the Ministry of Religious Affairs at the Kumun Debai Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office. This article uses a qualitative research method with a case study. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that there was a gap between the current situation and the desired situation in the implementation of the five work cultures at the Kumun Debai Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office. This indicates that there are acute problems in all five work cultures. Therefore, the leadership’s efforts to improve the five work cultures of the Ministry of Religious Affairs at the Kumun Debai Subdistrict KUA are through efforts to develop the identity, attitudes, and behaviour of the apparatus; developing cooperation and work dynamics through improving public policy, improving the management system and community services, and increasing supervision and enforcement of discipline.

Abstract

This study examines the use of Canva to improve elementary school students' visual skills and understanding of Pancasila values in Civics (PPKn) learning. Several obstacles, such as limited internet access and teachers' lack of skills, encourage innovation through interactive visual learning using Canva. This media provides features such as posters, videos, and animations that make learning materials more engaging and easier for students to understand. This study used a literature review method by analyzing 17 articles from Google Scholar using the keyword "learning Pancasila values by developing visual literacy media with Canva." The results showed that Canva successfully improved elementary school students' conceptual understanding, learning motivation, creativity, and visual literacy skills. Canva's advantages include easy access, attractive design, and support for projectbased learning. However, it also has disadvantages, such as dependence on the internet, the presence of paid features, and the need for sufficient digital skills. Therefore, this study emphasizes Canva's effectiveness in Civics (PPKn) learning. Keywords: Canva; visual literacy; PPKn; Pancasila values; elementary school students   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan media canva dalam meningkatkan kemampuan visual dan pemahaman nilai-nilai pancasila pada siswa SD dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Beberapa hambatan seperti akses internet yang terbatas dan kurangnya kemampuan guru mendorong inovasi dengan pembelajaran visual interaktif menggunakan canva. Media ini menyediakan fitur seperti poster, video, dan animasi yang membuat materi pembelajaran lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis 17 artikel dari Google Scholar yang menggunakan kata kunci "pembelajaran nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan mengembangkan media literasi visual canva". Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa canva berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, motivasi belajar, kreativitas, serta kemampuan literasi visual siswa SD. Kelebihan canva mencakup akses yang mudah, desain menarik, serta pendukung pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Namun, ada juga kekurangan seperti ketergantungan pada internet, adanya fitur berbayar, serta dibutuhkannya kemampuan digital yang cukup. Dengan begitu penelitian ini menekankan bahwa canva efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Kata kunci: Canva, literasi visual, PPKn, nilai Pancasila, siswa SD

Abstract

Civic Education (PPKn) has a vital role in developing students’ democratic character and civic awareness, especially in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum (2020–2025), which emphasizes active, value-based learning. However, recent findings indicate that most elementary schools in Indonesia still rely on teacher-centered lectures, resulting in low student participation and limited internalization of democratic values. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the role playing strategy as an active learning approach to foster democratic attitudes among elementary school students. Using a systematic literature review method, fifteen scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025 were examined to identify the effectiveness of role playing in PPKn learning. The analysis shows that role playing significantly enhances students’ participation, communication, empathy, cooperation, and social responsibility. It also provides authentic experiences in deliberation, problem-solving, and joint decision-making that reinforce democratic behavior in daily life. Theoretically, this strategy aligns with Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and Vygotsky’s Social Constructivism, emphasizing that knowledge and values are best acquired through meaningful social experiences. The study concludes that role playing is an effective and contextually relevant approach to strengthening democratic education in elementary schools. Future research is recommended to conduct classroom-based experiments to provide empirical evidence and further develop innovative civic learning models that nurture democratic citizens in the digital era. [Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan sikap demokratis siswa, khususnya pada era Kurikulum Merdeka tahun 2020–2025 yang menekankan pembelajaran aktif dan berpusat pada nilai. Namun, berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah dasar masih didominasi oleh metode ceramah yang bersifat teacher-centered, sehingga siswa kurang berpartisipasi aktif dan belum mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai demokrasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi role playing sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran aktif dalam menumbuhkan sikap demokratis siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis terhadap lima belas artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2020–2025 yang membahas efektivitas role playing dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, keterampilan komunikasi, empati, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Selain itu, role playing memberikan pengalaman belajar langsung yang melatih kemampuan musyawarah, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan bersama yang mencerminkan perilaku demokratis dalam kehidupan nyata. Secara teoretis, strategi ini sejalan dengan teori Experiential Learning (Kolb) dan Konstruktivisme Sosial (Vygotsky), yang menekankan pentingnya pengalaman sosial bermakna dalam pembentukan nilai dan karakter. Dengan demikian, role playing merupakan strategi yang efektif dan relevan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah dasar. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan melakukan eksperimen lapangan untuk menguji efektivitas empiris dan mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran kewarganegaraan berbasis nilai demokratis.]

Abstract

Digital transformation in the field of Human Resources, particularly through the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Digital HR, has emerged as a prominent global trend as organizations seek to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in managing human capital. Although HRIS adoption has become increasingly widespread across sectors, systematic empirical evidence explaining how such digitalization affects the operational efficiency of HR management remains limited, especially when viewed across diverse organizational contexts. This gap highlights the need for theoretically grounded studies that not only measure efficiency outcomes but also consider user acceptance as a critical determinant of successful implementation. This study examines the impact of HRIS implementation on HR management efficiency by employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as its theoretical framework, with particular attention to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 250 HR professionals from various industry sectors who had been using HRIS for a minimum of one year. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares to assess the relationships among key variables. The results indicate that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly shape attitudes toward HRIS utilization, which in turn exert a positive and significant influence on HR management efficiency. The efficiency gains are most evident in administrative processes, recruitment activities, employee data management, and reporting functions. Overall, the findings demonstrate that successful HRIS implementation, supported by strong user acceptance, can substantially enhance the operational efficiency of HR departments. This study not only reinforces the continued relevance of TAM in the context of HR technology adoption but also offers practical insights for organizations seeking to optimize the returns on their digital HR investments.

Abstract

The childfree phenomenon has emerged as a complex social issue within modern societies, including Indonesia, where this choice often conflicts with social and religious norms that emphasize the importance of progeny. This study examines the childfree phenomenon through three theoretical perspectives: classical liberalism, human rights, and Islamic law. Employing a normative legal approach, this research aims to analyze the concept of childfree through conceptual and comparative approaches. From the perspective of classical liberalism, childfree is viewed as a manifestation of individual freedom and bodily autonomy that is philosophically protected, insofar as it does not cause harm to others. Meanwhile, the human rights perspective asserts that childfree constitutes a reproductive right and a right to privacy guaranteed by both national and international legal instruments; therefore, this choice must be respected without external interference. In contrast, Islamic law rejects the concept of childfree on the grounds that it contradicts the maq??id al-syar?‘ah, particularly the principle of ?if? al-nasl as a fundamental objective of marriage, except in certain medical emergency conditions. These differing perspectives illustrate contrasting ways of understanding freedom and its limitations in reproductive issues. [ Fenomena childfree telah muncul sebagai persoalan sosial yang kompleks dalam masyarakat modern, termasuk di Indonesia, di mana pilihan ini kerap berbenturan dengan norma sosial dan keagamaan yang menekankan pentingnya keberlanjutan keturunan. Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena childfree melalui tiga perspektif teoretis, yaitu liberalisme klasik, hak asasi manusia, dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif dengan metode konseptual dan komparatif untuk menganalisis konsep childfree. Dalam perspektif liberalisme klasik, childfree dipandang sebagai manifestasi kebebasan individu dan otonomi tubuh yang secara filosofis dilindungi sepanjang tidak menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak lain. Sementara itu, perspektif hak asasi manusia menegaskan bahwa childfree merupakan bagian dari hak reproduksi dan hak atas privasi yang dijamin oleh instrumen hukum nasional maupun internasional, sehingga pilihan tersebut harus dihormati tanpa adanya intervensi eksternal. Sebaliknya, hukum Islam menolak konsep childfree karena dinilai bertentangan dengan maq??id al-syar?‘ah, khususnya prinsip ?if? al-nasl sebagai tujuan fundamental dalam perkawinan, kecuali dalam kondisi darurat medis tertentu. Perbedaan pandangan ini menunjukkan adanya kontras dalam memahami kebebasan serta batasannya dalam isu-isu reproduksi.]
