<![CDATA[Manado as the capital of North Sulawesi province in the past four years has become one of the leading destinations for Chinese tourists visiting Indonesia. One of the things that has not yet been explored well is cultural and historical tourism. Though this can be a special attraction when managed properly, it can be an alternative to tourism other than marine tourism. But in his observation the sites were not used as a means of learning culture and history for the people of Manado. The purpose of this study is the use of Historical Sites as Educational Tourism. The analytical method used is descriptive by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The research instruments used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analytical method used is the assessment using a Likert attitude scale. The results showed that the Manado community agreed that the various sites were used as educational tourism]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSetiap organisasi baik swasta maupun pemerintah menjalani berbagai kegiatan seperti produksi, pemasaran dan administrasi guna mencapai tujuan organisasi perlu menerapkan teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan hasil pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan sesuai rencana. Semua bidang tersebut bekerja sama dan saling berhubungan satu dengan yang lain. Administrasi perkantoran merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat mendukung keberhasilan dari suatu orgasisasi dengan cara tata kerja yang sistematis, efisien dan praktis.Pengelolaan arsip secara baik yang dapat menunjang kegiatan administrasi agar lebih lancar seringkali diabaikan dengan berbagai macam alasan. Berbagai kendala seperti kurangnya tenaga di bidang kearsipan maupun terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana selalu menjadi alasan buruknya pengelolaan arsip di hampir sebagian besar instansi pemerintah maupun swasta.Berkaitan dengan uraian di atas, peneliti memilih Politeknik Negeri Manado Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis sebagai objek penelitian dilandaskan karena pengelolaan arsip terkendala pada kurangnya perhatian sumber daya manusia terhadap pentingnya arsip sehingga arsip semakin hari semakin menumpuk dan tidak tertata dengan baik, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, kerusakan akibat kurangnya perawatan. Masalah lain yang timbul yaitu tidak berlaku kartu pinjam arsip terkadang tidak dapat diketahui keberadaanya sehingga arsip dapat hilang atau terselip. Berdasarkan pengamatan, peminjaman arsip dinamis hanya secara verbal tanpa adanya bukti peminjaman arsip. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan arsip tersebut sulit dilacak keberadaannya dan berpotensi hilang karena tidak tahu siapa dan kapan peminjaman arsip tersebut dilakukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan arsip (seperti : kesederhanaan arsip, keamanan arsip, strategis arsip, dan pengetahuan arsip) terhadap kepuasan dosen di Politeknik Negeri Manado Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis. Sistem pengelolaan arsip sangat dibutuhkan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan dengan urusan dokumen pemakai yakni bagi dosen berupa proses pengelolaan hasil ujian mahasiswa, data profil dan identitas yang tersimpan baik untuk pengurusan kenaikan pangkat maupun surat-surat keputusan yang penting dan lain-lainnya.]]>

<![CDATA[A hospitality attitude is needed by the local community when the village where they live will become as a tourism village. This attitude is closely related to the way the community welcomes guests who come and even stay overnight in tourist villages. The aim of this training program is to improve hospitality knowledge and skills in tourism groups in Budo Village, wori sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The training method is carried out in the form of: a teaching system, simulation through role play, and at the end of the training an evaluation of the entire material being taught is carried out. <![CDATA[Tourism development is inseparable from the role of local communities, government, and the private sector. But in practice sometimes only the government and the private sector dominate the development of tourism. Local people who are part and even the owner of a natural and social-cultural tourism attraction are not involved in planning the development of a tourist area and tend to be marginalized. This study aims to explore the perception of local communities towards the development of the Tumpa Mount People's Forest Park as an Ecotourism Attraction. Descriptive qualitative research methods are used to describe or use the details obtained from the respondent’s explanations supported by data that are quantitative. The respondent sampling technique is purposive. The results show that the community supports the establishment of this area is to become eco-tourism attraction.]]>

<![CDATA[Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Administrasi Keuangan Desa pada Perangkat Desa Tiwoho Kecamatan Wori Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Kantor Desa Tiwoho ini dijadikan mitra untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang dialami. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan bentuk sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan administrasi keuangan desa pada Perangkat Desa Tiwoho. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pembimbingan pengelolaan administrasi keuangan desa khususnya pada sistem penyimpanan dokumen dan pengelolaan laporan keuangan desa. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode pembimbingan dalam bentuk demonstrasi, praktek, presentasi, ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, dan tanya jawab. Setelah itu, dilakukan evaluasi dengan memberikan tugas dalam bentuk praktek yang mengacu kepada modul yang berhubungan langsung dengan materi dan kebutuhan pengelolaan administrasi keuangan. Target yang diharapkan kegiatan ini adalah perangkat desa memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan desa khususnya pada sistem penyimpanan dokumen dan laporan keuangan Desa Tiwoho sehingga dapat berkelanjutan dengan baik. Hasil yang akan dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah Perangkat Desa memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan desa yang mengacu pada Permendagri No. 28 Tahun 2012 tentang Tata Kelola Arsip dan Mengelola Laporan Keuangan yang mengacu pada Permendagri Nomor 113 Tahun 2014.]]>

<![CDATA[Recording of business finances is very necessary in running a business. By not having a business financial record, you cannot know the profits or losses obtained. In addition, they cannot make good financial planning. Based on the results of interviews, it was found that most of the business actors did not understand how to record sales reports, were unable to calculate daily, weekly or monthly profits. Sales reports were not recorded in a consistent and structured manner. In addition, problems in the effectiveness of the use of raw materials, there is no solution for processing raw materials (bananas) that are too ripe other than being thrown away, causing waste.]]>

<![CDATA[Libraries are institutions that carry out service-based activities. The fact is that to borrow books in the library needs long time affecting completion of students’ final project. There are also library officers serving students angrily. Consequently, many students look for books elsewhere. It is assumed that the optimization of student service quality is influenced by dynamic archive management at the Manado State Polytechnic Library. This study uses quantitative analysis in the form of multiple regression and correlation levels by carrying out several tests, namely classical tests such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests using the SPSS version 26 computer program. The results of the research showed that archive management storage systems, archive management officers, archive managemet knowledge have a positive and significant impact on students’ satisfaction. Meanwhile, archive managemet equipment had no effect on students’ satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Sebelum bahkan setelah melewati waktu yang panjang dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19, industri pariwisata masih tetap menjadi andalan untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi di seluruh Indonesia. Pemicu utamanya adalah dukungan dari pemerintah Indonesia yang menetapkan pariwisata sebagai leading sector, dimana wisata desa menjadi andalan dari daerah untuk bisa tumbuh dan berkembang, menopang pariwisata secara nasional. Namun, tampaknya kecepatan pembangunan wisata desa tidak berbanding lurus dengan kemampuan masyarakat untuk mempertahankan identitas lokal agar tetap eksis. Kasus penelitian ini adalah di salah satu desa yang masuk dalam anugerah desa wisata, desa Budo, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat desa dalam mengimplementasikan identitas lokal dalam pengembangan fasilitas wisata. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif melalui survei, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat belum memahami peran identitas sosial budaya lokal dalam mengembangkan fasilitas wisata, dan umumnya hanya berdasarkan apriori atau firasat saja. ]]>

<![CDATA[The main problem raised in this study is how dynamic archive management at the Manado State Polytechnic library is regarding the inhibiting factors in the dynamic archive management system in the library. The purpose of this research is to find out how the dynamic records management system is applied in order to find out the inhibiting factors in the dynamic records management system in the library. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative type. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach. The instruments used were the researchers themselves and the team as internal members using tools in the form of observation, interview guides and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the dynamic records management system in the library uses a control card system, with the principle of organizing archives using a combination of centralization and decentralization as well as management or management of active and inactive dynamic archives in the library, namely: starting from creating archives in managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing and dynamic archive management and depreciation, active dynamic archive transfer and archive destruction. As for the inhibiting factors found, there is still a lack of human resources or manpower, it is necessary to add infrastructure and add systems from manual to computerized systems.]]>
