Abstract

The development of the economic world in Indonesia in general, in Mojokerto in particular, has made various business actors compete in improving the performance of their companies through product competitiveness and improving the company's operational systems themselves, based on research conducted by the UNIM Accounting Study Program Community Service Team in collaboration with the UPN Accounting Service Team " Veterans" of East Java proposed training related to the Implementation of Financial Management and Administration of BUMDES for BUMDES of Puloniti Village which is engaged in general trade and services and was approved to conduct training on 15 – 16 May 2023 offline or face to face with the output of the training, namely BUMDES be able to make controlled planning regarding Village Business Entity Finances adjusted to the BUMDES Restra into the administration of BUMDES governance, and this training is ongoing where the UNIM Accounting Study Program Community Service Team and the UPN "Veteran" East Java Accounting Study Program Community Service Team will continue to monitor and assist BUMDES Puloniti Village in overall financial and operational management of BUMDES.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan langkah strategis dalam rangka perubahan pardigma belajar di tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA. Komponen utama kurikulum Merdeka jika dibandingkan dengan kurikulum sebelumnya adalah Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Selain itu, fokus utama kurikulum ini adalah berpusat pada peserta didik dengan berdasarkan asessmen formatif maupun sumatif, berdasarkan jenjang dan fase pendidikan. Pada kurikulum ini, satuan pendidikan diberikan kebebasan dalam melakukan adaptasi kurikulum berdasarkan kondisi spesifik yang ada di lingkungan masing-masing. Elemen Capaian Pembelajaran, Tujuan Pembelelajaran dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran disusun oleh masing-masing satuan pendidikan dengan muatan lokal yang memiliki makna dengan kondisi lingkungannya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah transformasi dalam proses pendidikan ‘klasik’ menjadi pendidikan yang bermakna dan kontekstual, dalam rangka menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi peserta didik tanpa meninggalkan karakter Pancasila dan budaya lokal masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi, pelatihan secara daring, in-house training pada masing-masing satuan pendidikan, dilanjutkan dengan proses pendampingan dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun, untuk kemudian dilaksanakan implementasi skala penuh di masing-masing satuan pendidikan

Abstract

Pengembangan organisasi tentunya memerlukan suatu strategi. Pengembangan strategi yang dapat ditempuh salah satunya dengan pengembangan metode pencatatan laporan keuangan serta perencanaan bisnisnya. Dengan adanya pencatatan pelaporan keuangan yang baik dan transparan berdampak padacepatnya pengambilan keputusan untuk pengembangan organisasi. Disisi lain laporan keuangan menjadi hal penting untuk dijadikan dasar penghitungan dan pelaporan perpajakan. Pelatihan pelaporan keuangan, perencanaan strategi isnis dan perpajakan akan sangat membantu PT Jaya Laksa Property dalam pengambilan keputusan maupun perencanaan strategis perusahaan dan perpajakannya. Abstract

Sharia Business Ethics Assistance at Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya is a community service program that aims to help Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya in applying Sharia business principles and developing their business. This program was implemented to increase awareness and understanding of Sharia business ethics, as well as help Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya adapt to challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method of implementing this program includes the planning, training, and mentoring stages, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The planning stage includes identifying the needs and potential of UMKM Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya, as well as determining training and mentoring programs that are following the principles of Sharia business ethics. Next, the training and mentoring stage is carried out on an ongoing basis offline at the Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya location, by presenting material on the legal basis and principles of Sharia business ethics, as well as business examples from the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The monitoring and evaluation phase is carried out to monitor the progress and results of the mentoring program. The activity results show that Beauty Lily Jambangan Surabaya leads to high enthusiasm and awareness in implementing Sharia business ethics in their business operations. MSMEs feel more motivated and committed to advancing their business by following Sharia principles, such as honesty, fairness, and helping others. The following service plan is to provide education and assistance in marketing products digitally following Sharia principles, as well as spreading a similar approach to other MSMEs. This program will continue to be monitored and evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure the sustainability and successful implementation of Sharia business ethics among MSMEs.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market is one of the new breakthroughs in advancing the people's economy. The Sharia Capital Market is all activities in the capital market that do not conflict with the principles of Islamic teachings. The Indonesian Islamic capital market is part of the Islamic financial industry which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and synergizes with the Indonesian Stock Exchange as the capital market regulator in Indonesia. The background of this activity is to introduce the Jariaah program as one of the programs carried out by the Indonesia Stock Exchange to introduce the Islamic capital market among Islamic boarding schools and improve the performance of the Investment Gallery at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Islamic University of Majapahit (GI BEI UNIM). After going through a direct visit, a very extraordinary welcome was obtained from the Pondok Pesantren and hoped that this activity could continue.

Abstract

Education is a very important learning process in human life. one of them with the use of appropriate learning media can influence the teaching and learning process to be more effective and fun. Kusuma Putra Surabaya Elementary School is a school located in Pogot Jaya, Kenjeran, Surabaya, East Java. At these schools have problems to improve effective teaching in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools. The implementation method in community service activities this time has 3 stages, the first is the introduction method, the second is the method of carrying out innovative learning media with the game method, and the third is the assessment method. After the learning media were carried out for 2 months, the students who took part in the innovative learning media activities were very enthusiastic about the activities and had a positive impact on education, which is a very important learning process in human life. one of them with the use of appropriate learning media can influence the teaching and learning process to be more effective and fun. Abstract

A key duplicate machine is indispensable for daily needs. There are so many functions that we can get by having a key machine. One example is that we can duplicate the keys we have everyday, whether house keys, car keys, motorcycle keys, or so on. The method applied in the design of this key duplicate machine construction begins with concept design, presentation of drawings, and identification of tools and materials used in the design of the key duplicate machine construction consisting of 2 types of machines, namely: DEFU 339C and DEFU 238BS. This key duplicate machine is designed to help residents duplicate the keys of both tools and vehicles so that they are not hampered when doing activities and become more efficient because the process of making duplicate keys uses tools designed by showing aspects of cost, efficiency, and effectiveness. This tool uses a power source from an electric motor with a minimalist construction design but with a relatively cheap tool production cost with similar products sold in the market. The process starts from selecting the type of key material, then the key material is recorded on a duplicate machine along with the parent key with the same shape so that it is precise and functions properly.

Abstract

Malang City, apart from being a city of education, has also developed small industries to support the development of the city. Rice is one of Indonesia's products, especially for the Indonesian people themselves. Because the staple food of Indonesian people is rice. So many rice farmers in Sukun Subdistrict, Malang City, especially in the Bandungrejosari area. The main obstacle faced by farmers is that in addition to limited capital, they also do not have adequate production support equipment. The process of threshing rice seeds is done traditionally using human labor so that the production process takes a very long time. This constraint causes low productivity of rice grains. With this argument, it is necessary to make a rice thresher machine that can improve the quality of production. This activity aims to apply Engineering Technology, this is the development of appropriate technology equipment to utilize the power of the rice thresher machine, the threshing process is faster and maximum to increase the efficiency of production time. With the application of the use of the developed rice thresher machine, it is hoped that it can help the MSME industry in running its business properly and profitably. The impact obtained from this activity is that this tool from an economic point of view is expected to have an impact on increasing income as a consequence of increasing production capacity. With the increase in production capacity, the demand for this commodity from rice farmers will also increase so that it can indirectly increase the income of the farmers themselves.

Abstract

The high public awareness regarding sports has received a positive response from the government and from the private sector. The response was in the form of providing funds for sports activities. Sports activities with the use of financial budgets are of course closely related to taxation. Taxes are people's contributions to the state treasury based on laws that can be enforced by not receiving direct services in return that can be shown and used to pay public expenses. Discussions on taxes will be related to the subject, object and tax rate. The close relationship between sports activities and taxes means that there must be clarity as to who is the subject and object of sports activities and the amount of tax rates imposed. The lack of specific instructions regarding sports taxes means that several sports administrators often experience errors in implementing tax reports. This is a special concern for KONI Mojokerto City as the parent of sports in the Mojokerto City area.

Abstract

Desa Bluluk memiliki potensi yang menarik untuk pengembangan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Desa ini mempunyai pertanian yang produktif karena memiliki lahan pertanian yang subur, mendukung pertumbuhan jenis tanaman padi dan jagung. Pada saat panen padi maka desa bluluk juga menghasilkan limbah sekam yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk briket arang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini ada 5 tahapan, pertama observasi, kedua pembuatan produk, ketiga evalulasi produk, keempat implementasi, kelima proses pemasaran. Hasil implementasi pembuatan briket arang berhasil di lakukan pada Sekolah SMK Baitussalam Dusun Suren Desa Bluluk, yang siswa-siswinya sebagian besar adalah Karang Taruna Desa Bluluk. Briket yang dibuat menghasilkan kualitas yang baik, dapat digunakan jangka waktu 3 - 4 jam. Dengan program ini, maka penduduk desa Bluluk dapat memanfaatkan limbah tersebut untuk menjadi kegiatan yang dapat menambahan penghasilan.
