Abstract

This article details the implementation of the National Webinar titled "Strengthening the Professional Competence of Christian Educators and Human Capital Management Strategies for Christian Education Transformation in the Era of Disruption" conducted by STT Ekumene Jakarta. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, the study examines Christian human capital management practices aimed at enhancing educators' professional skills, spirituality, and digital literacy. Findings indicate that the webinar boosted educators' capabilities, fostered learning community networks, and encouraged the integration of technology for sustainable development. This activity serves as a strategic model for the comprehensive, contextual, and educationally transformative management of Christian human resources amid the disruptions of the modern era.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of educators in the development of digital teaching tools through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). The target of the activity is teachers in Tirak Village, Kwadungan District, Ngawi Regency, East Java Province, which will be held on November 29-30, 2025. The implementation method includes interactive lectures, demonstrations, project-based practices, and intensive assistance in the use of the ChatGPT application for the preparation of teaching tool components (learning objectives, summary materials, activities, LKPD, assessments, and rubrics) as well as Gamma.app for making presentations/visual materials. Evaluation is carried out using pre-test and post-test, accompanied by the assessment of digital teaching tool products through weighted rubrics. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the responsible use of AI, marked by an increase in post-test scores compared to pre-tests, as well as the ability of participants to produce at least one digital teaching tool package that is more structured and attractive. The activity showed that AI integration training using ChatGPT and Gamma.app effectively improve teachers' skills in compiling digital teaching tools that are ready to be applied in the classroom, with follow-up recommendations in the form of periodic assistance to strengthen the quality of assessment and final editing of teaching tools.

Abstract

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional problem in Indonesia, including in urban areas such as Mojokerto City. Low consumption of nutritious vegetables due to limited land and poor soil quality is one of the contributing factors. This community service activity aims to empower the Asuhan Mandiri Tanaman Obat Keluarga (Asmantoga) Sriwedari group through training in hydroponic vegetable cultivation using the wick system as an effort to provide healthy food for stunting prevention. The implementation methods were designed using the Mission Model Canvas (MMC) framework, including an initial survey, material development, hydroponic technique training, practical planting guidance, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in growing hydroponic vegetables. The hydroponic vegetables cultivated (water spinach, spinach, mustard greens, and lettuce) have nutritional content, particularly calcium, which plays an important role in preventing stunting. Community enthusiasm and active participation were key factors in the program's success. Thus, the application of hydroponics is not only a solution to land constraints but also a sustainable community empowerment strategy to enhance household-level nutritious food security.

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) in Kauman Village, Mojokerto City, was implemented to address the low competitiveness of SMEs due to competition with modern retail. This program focuses on improving the packaging quality of bitter melon chips (kripik pare) as a strategy to strengthen branding and product attractiveness. The implementation method uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which includes consumer segmentation, value proposition, distribution channels, customer relations, and digital marketing strategies. Activities carried out include SME data collection, socialization, packaging design training, and product rebranding. The results show increased interest from SMEs in adopting modern packaging designs, the creation of new packaging that is more hygienic and informative, and broader marketing through social media and e-commerce. This innovation is expected to become a model for empowering SMEs through packaging innovation to enhance local economic independence.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competency of the managers of the Koperasi Desa Kelurahan Merah Putih (KD/KMP) in Mojokerto Regency through operational management training and the preparation of a village potential-based business model. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the Mojokerto Regency Cooperative Office using lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The location of the activity was themed on Friday, November 7, 2025 at New Djimbaran Resto and Friday, November 21, 2025 at Amanatul Ummah Pacet, Mojokerto Regency. This training provides an understanding of operational management that discusses planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising business activities effectively and efficiently. While the material challenges the village potential-based model, namely identifying village potential through the Business Model Canvas, and sustainable cooperative business development strategies.

Abstract

One of the government programs to increase economic activity is the establishement of the Koperasi Merah Putih Desa/Kelurahan (KDKMP) throughout Indonesia.For the success of this business,it ii necessary to be supported by the competence of human resources in the Village/City as Coperative administrators who carry out their business activities. While While the competence of human resources in the Village/City in managing cooperatives related to marketing management for sustainability is not yet fully evenly distributed. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide knowledge and understanding of the Koperasi Merah Putih Desa/Kelurahan (KDKMP) Program as well as the management and marketing of Cooperative businesses through increasing the empowerment of Administrators. The Community Service Activity was carried out in the Bangsal District area of Mojokerto Regency and was attended by 110 Cooperative administrators. This activity provides marketing training to increase the capacity of cooperative managers, specifically in managing and marketing the Koperasi Merah Putih Desa/Kelurahan (KDKMP). The training method used is face-to-face meetings and interactive discussions, utilizing three modules: Business Plan Preparation and Risk Mitigation, Business Development, and Sustainable Marketing Management. The result is that Cooperative Management Partners gain an understanding and knowledge of cooperative business management and marketing, including business plan proposal preparation and risk mitigation, sustainable marketing management, and business development.

Abstract

Peluncuran Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KD/KMP) secara nasional oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia pada 21 Juli 2025 menandai komitmen pemerintah dalam memperkuat ekonomi kerakyatan berbasis koperasi di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Namun, implementasi program tersebut di tingkat lokal masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya pada aspek pengelolaan keuangan koperasi. Di wilayah Mojokerto, pengurus koperasi masih mengalami keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pembukuan dasar, pembukuan koperasi, serta analisis laporan keuangan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan koperasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus KD/KMP melalui pelatihan terstruktur mengenai pembukuan dasar, pembukuan koperasi, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah, praktik langsung, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus dalam mencatat transaksi, menyusun laporan keuangan, serta menganalisis kinerja keuangan koperasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola keuangan KD/KMP yang akuntabel dan berkelanjutan di wilayah Mojokerto.

Abstract

The Indonesian government is in the process of campaigning stock investment through as an alternative mode of investment for the people who usually invests in fixed assets and bank deposits. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment is also easier to do, the wide availability of smartphones facilities stock investment. Even though is has many advantages, stock investment is not widely known by people, therefore there needs to be training with regards to buying stocks and controlling the investments. As a productive group that has close ties to society and acts as agents of change, teachers are the best partners to work with for this social service. The main partner in this social service are the SMAN teachers from SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The social service started with the filling of forms in order to create a stock investment account and followed by practical training on how to buy and sell stocks. The result of this social service is the increase of the teachers “knowledge about general financial literacy and also the creation of new stock investment accounts.
