Abstract

Academics include teaching and learning, knowledge, skills and achievements obtained in the field of education. Educational learning tools are a development of educational game tool products (APE). An educational learning tool that aims to improve students' ability to absorb the subjects given at school in order to obtain increased grades in the academic world. SDN III Bluluk Lamongan has the problem of improving the effective teaching process in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning and grades. academics at school. The implementation method used in community service activities this time has 5 stages, the first is the observation method, the second is the introduction method, the third is the learning method, the fourth is the assessment method and the fifth is the sustainability method. The result of the service is an educational learning tool in the form of a modified snakes and ladders game that can improve students' grades and enthusiasm for learning and the role of this educational learning is to help students absorb lessons using a game method that can be played individually or in groups, and can be applied in various subjects.

Abstract

The educational support program for digital marketing and e-commerce for the community of gadung chips entrepreneurs in Bagagan Limo Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto aims to enhance their marketing capabilities to reach a broader and more efficient market. This program provides entrepreneurs with an understanding of basic digital marketing concepts, ranging from social media utilization to e-commerce platforms, to expand their market reach. The assistance is carried out through training and hands-on practice, allowing participants to implement the knowledge gained in marketing their products online. The education provided covers various aspects of digital marketing, such as social media content management, website optimization, and the use of e-commerce platforms for product sales. This is intended to help gadung chips entrepreneurs not only rely on the local market but also penetrate broader markets, including international markets, through digital platforms. Furthermore, the support program teaches effective and cost-efficient marketing techniques, considering the importance of leveraging digital media in the modern era. Through this program, it is expected that gadung chips entrepreneurs in Bagagan Limo Village can develop their businesses, increase their income, and create new business opportunities. The implementation of digital marketing and e-commerce is expected to have a positive impact on improving the competitiveness of gadung chips products, as well as introducing local products to the global market. The desired outcome is the creation of a more inclusive and sustainable business ecosystem in the village.

Abstract

The digital da’wah training program is part of a community service initiative aimed at empowering da’is to utilize social media as an effective platform for Islamic preaching in the digital era. This program is designed to address challenges such as low media literacy and the spread of hoaxes by equipping da’is with practical skills to create creative, informative, and engaging content. The training materials cover strategies for using digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, producing high-quality content, and techniques for enhancing audience interaction through social media features. As a result, participants are able to develop the ability to create da’wah content that is effective, relevant, and aligned with the needs of the community. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable step in promoting a moderate and peaceful Islam through innovative digital approaches.

Abstract

The results of opening the Capital Market Ambassador accounts for the students of SMAN 2 Jombang, as the only Investment Gallery for Education in Jombang Regency. This activity aims to improve capital market literacy and inclusion by ensuring that the community spreads information about the world of investment in the capital market. This research was conducted in Jombang Regency in collaboration with the East Java Representative of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 23, 2024, with the main focus being the students of SMAN 2 Jombang, as the sole owner of the Educational Investment Gallery in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities to meet the needs and welfare of members. The existence and role of cooperatives continues to be improved. This cannot be separated from the role of cooperatives. All cooperative officials, including members, administrators and supervisors, must continue to develop an understanding of cooperative management and accounting. This understanding is carried out through training such as that carried out by KSU Al-Hidayah. The training begins with an understanding of cooperative management and financial management in the form of cooperative accounting training. Training provides a positive impact and high contribution to the professionalism of cooperative management. Cooperatives that are managed professionally will be able to realize their work programs so as to improve the welfare of members.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan Potensi Desa di Desa Tasiksono Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang melalui pendirian BUMDes Adi Jaya Mandiri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BUMDEs Adi Jaya Mandiri adalah: (1) Kurangnya motivasi dalam pengelolaan BUMDes serta kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi dan strategi inovasi/ bisnis selain usaha yang dijalankan masih terbilang rendah. (2) Manajemen usaha yang belum baik, sehingga diperlukan adanya pengelolaan usaha yang lebih baik. (3) Sistem manajemen dan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes yang berlum optimal, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan. Solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan dengan mitra adalah: (1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan motivasi dalam menjalankan usaha (2) Membuka unit bisnis baru dalam pengembangan usaha BUMDes (3) Penerapan dan pengelolaan manajemen usaha yang baik (administrasi dan keuangan) (4) Pelatihan dan pendampingan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi publik (5) Pembuatan SOP, dokumen wewenang dan tanggung BUMDes.

Abstract

Community service activities are activities that aim to help the community in various aspects without expecting anything in return. The target of the community service activities that the author carried out has a focus on increasing knowledge and training skills. The author carried out community service activities after seeing the problems and conditions of the service location environment. The service location environment has a large number of children and there are no programs targeting children. In addition, the current condition of children is less understanding of waste management and the importance of saving. At the service location, children tend to ignore waste and saving because the majority already use cellphones in their daily activities. Seeing these problems, the author carried out community service activities with the title of training in making piggy banks from used materials and socializing waste management. Participants in the activity were enthusiastic in participating in the activities as evidenced by the active participation of participants in discussion activities and the results of work and creativity that emerged from the participants.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Desa Sidomulyo, KecamatanBangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto menghadapi kendala dalam memasarkan produknya secara optimal, terutama dalam aspek branding, promosi, dan distribusi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi marketing mix, yaitu strategi Product, Price, Place dan Promotion. Metode kegiatan meliputi edukasi kepada 32 pelaku usaha bertempat di bale desa Sidomulyo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran, ditandai dengan perubahan dalam pengemasan produk, peningkatan penggunaan media sosial, serta perbaikan proses layanan pelanggan. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya saing UMKM Desa Sidomulyo di pasar lokal maupun digital.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM Putra Yudha Tahu di Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kota Malang, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk tahu. Metode produksi yang masih tradisional menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan kualitas, kapasitas produksi yang terbatas, serta kurangnya inovasi produk. Di sisi pemasaran, mitra belum memanfaatkan platform digital secara optimal dan memiliki strategi promosi yang lemah. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdi menerapkan pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis teknologi tepat guna berupa perancangan mesin penyaring, pengaduk, dan pencetak tahu, serta pelatihan digital marketing dan manajemen usaha. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan kapasitas produksi hingga 50%, penurunan cacat produk sebesar 30%, penciptaan variasi produk baru, serta perluasan jangkauan pasar melalui e-commerce dan media sosial. Program ini juga sejalan dengan pencapaian indikator kinerja utama (IKU), SDGs terkait pekerjaan layak dan pengentasan kemiskinan, serta fokus RIRN dalam bidang rekayasa keteknikan. Dengan dukungan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, diharapkan tercipta kemandirian usaha, peningkatan kesejahteraan, serta dampak sosial-ekonomi yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat mitra.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Usaha (KKU) dilaksanakan di Siomay dan Batagor Mang Iwan yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Sidowayah Kecamatan Rembang Kabupaten Rembang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan visitabilitas dan daya saing UMKM Siomay dan Batagor Mang Iwan melalui pemanfaatan media digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan langsung yang bersifat partisipatif, dengan fokus pada pembuatan akun instagram, pendaftaraan lokasi di Google Maps, serta menyusun daftar menu digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jangkauan pelanggan. Melalui kegiatan ini, Pelaku UMKM juga memperoleh pemahaman dasar mengenai digital marketing dan promosi online yang dapat dijalankan secara mandiri.
