The aims and scope of the journals are to: • Provide a journal that reports research on topics that are of significance across educational contexts • Publish high quality manuscripts that are of significance in terms of design and/or findings. The coverage in our journal is about classroom learning research for Early Childhood Education, and Primary School Education levels. The scopes are, educational multimedia, distance learning, classroom management, learning media, learning models, learning methods, learning strategies, learning technology, and development around learning. Other coverage in our journal is related to the field of counseling for elementary, junior high, and high school levels.

Abstract

Language is a communication tool to convey and receive messages from individual or group to another person or group of persons. Language acquisition is essentially influenced by factors within individuals and individuals outside. To optimize the development of early childhood language need for stimulation from the environment and not just rely on the existence of internal factors of children. Educators, including parents and teachers must master aspects of the development and characteristics of children so that the stimulation that will produce optimal results.

Abstract

International Standard School (ISS), is one of the primary and secondary education innovation in Indonesia, the main pillars for improved quality, relevance, and competitiveness. Stages that must be passed to become RSBI SBI, SSN, or SKM. This means to go to the ISS, the regular school must go through a phase of the SSN (the national standard of school) for elementary and junior high school, or SCA (School Category Autonomous) for secondary schools and vocational schools, and then increased to ISS (international standard school), and New to the ISS. ISS basically SSN plus. SSN for these schools, he said, still referring to the national standard schools by meeting the eight national education standards (NES), but must have a plus or international profits. Because ISS other than using the Indonesian language as the national language and the language of instruction in schools, ISS also require British language as the language of instruction in certain subjects, ISS also called school Bilangual Boarding School. Other things that must be met, such as the use of an international curriculum, international competence, qualifications of teachers and education staff is an international, English language acquisition for students, educators and educational staff at a particular level of a Toefl, culture and IT use (Information Technology), development of teaching strategies, use of facilities of international education, student exchanges with foreign countries ISS in OECD members, the exchange of educators with ISS overseas OECD members, management, financing, valuation, and international accreditation.

Abstract

With the advent of Regulation No. 19/2005 on National Education Standards (NES), Permendiknas Number 24/2006, Permendiknas Number. 22/2006 on the Implementation of Content Standards for Elementary and Secondary Education Unit, and Number. 23/2006 on Graduates Competency Standards for Basic Education Unit and medium, then we know LCEU (Level Curriculum Education Unit). In the curriculum structure of SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, and Vocational Schools Based VSB, there is a series of subjects at point A, point B on Local Content, and Self Development at point C. Subjects taught by subject teachers, class teachers or teachers 'practices'; local content as an extra-curricular activities; While self-development is not a subject that must be nurtured by teachers, but facilitated and/or guided by a counselor, teacher or educational staff that can be done in the form of extra-curricular activities. Self-development activities conducted through activities of counseling services on issues of social life and personal self, learning, and career development of students. As a teacher or counselor at school Advisors need to understand the implementation of LCEU in the profession of counseling services, so as to show the performance as a professional adviser. Which in turn will improve the quality of education in the global competition.

Abstract

Beyond Centres and Circle Times (BCCT) model is used in this study as away to help kindergarten students understanding the basic of reading, writing and counting. It has many differential rooms including the facilities which those have differential aims at developing kids potentials. They are as central activities of students where teacher always manage the kids to sit as a circle at the beginning and the ending of the activities. The research is conducted to 5-6 years old of kindergarten students of ABA schools in second semester of academic years 2009/ 2010 where the school provides 7 (seven) rooms as central activities. They are 1) Preparation Centre, 2) Bloc Centre, 3) Liquid Centre, 4) Music and physical exercise centre, 5) Art and Creativity, 6) Role play centre, 7) Religion Centre. The writer focus the activities in all centres to develop kids basic of reading, writing and counting. The result showed that there is a significant increasing reached by kids in every step given.

Abstract

Having children is part of the exam given to our God (Sura Al-Anfal verse 28). Therefore the child entrusted to Allah Almighty that we must protect and nurture our students so that humans help and continues to radiate the glory of his personality. The task of parents and teachers in schools within the framework of education for children is to help children discover and empower potential. This is done since an early age children are still (since childhood) until the children find themselves and become adults. Therefore the Government, early childhood education is done in two dimensions, namely (1) Early Childhood Education in Family and (2) early childhood education in formal education. Looking at the above two dimensions, so that parents and teachers plays a fundamental role in developing a child's potential. This is where the seriousness required of parents and teachers are good to get maximum results.

Abstract

To improve the student learning outcomes, the role of teachers in providing the motivation necessary for the motivation of student learning outcomes can be improved. Learning can not be achieved effectively and efficiently without being accompanied by motivation. The more appropriate given the motivation to learn that the better results obtained. Teachers' efforts to motivate students in learning, among others provide learning facilities such as libraries, discipline and so forth. While the efforts made by teachers to motivate students in learning outside of school as an independent study at home, form study groups and the allocation of time to learn, so students can learn in regular patterns.
