This article aims to determine the role of spirituality in improving teacher performance in terms of organizational commitment, psychological, and organizing behavior of teachers, which the teacher is in direct contact with students in the process of education and learning in schools. Spirituality is considered as a means to promote integrity, motivation and job satisfaction, and is considered a significant contribution to the success of their work. Someone who is guided by the spirituality that produces good moral habits and good nature were also more likely to be honest, loyal, trustworthy and have integrity. Through theories are constructed and formulated research paradigm, spirituality has a very significant role in influencing the performance of teachers through organizational commitment, psychological and organizing behavior. This study was conducted to answer two things : first, how enforceable peace agreement in the settlement of domestic violence (domestic violence) were evaluated from the Perspective of Criminal Law and Islamic Law in Indonesia. Second, how problems of law enforcement domestic violence (domestic violence) in Indonesia.Based on the study results showed that the force of law a peace agreement in the settlement of domestic violence from the perspective of criminal law is very strong and fundamental. In addition, the completion of domestic violence cases are resolved through a peace agreement in line with the principles and characteristics of Islamic Criminal Law the Law of Islam put the obligation of rights, charity, and the reward for anyone who can reconcile a family who face problems in the family. This also applies to the husband and wife that is in conflict within the family so as to provide awareness for both of them not to do anything that could harm the family unit itself. The purpose of law in general is to uphold justice by the creator of human volition so as to materialize the public order and peace, and purpose of Islamic law contained in the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, which is for the happiness of human life in this world and the Hereafter, by taking all that is useful and to prevent and reject all that is not useful to human life both physical and spiritual individuals and communities that preserve religion, life, intellect, lineage and property.Problems of law enforcement domestic violence in Indonesia, that cases of domestic violence have occurred which have been addressed and has been decided by the Court which has been run by law enforcement for justice and for the creation of a sense of justice that has to judge and give a verdict / impose imprisonment for offenders who have declared legally proven guilty of committing the crime of domestic violence as a form of guarantee of security to prevent domestic violence later, it still does not have a sense of justice, because they pose an ongoing problem for the victims that the victims were mostly divorced from domestic violence perpetrators and at the which eventually became a victim not only on the wife alone but also on children and the integrity of the household. So that penal mediation was the best solution to overcome the problem of domestic violence and law enforcement is the advice in the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia.

Having children is part of the exam given to our God (Sura Al-Anfal verse 28). Therefore the child entrusted to Allah Almighty that we must protect and nurture our students so that humans help and continues to radiate the glory of his personality. The task of parents and teachers in schools within the framework of education for children is to help children discover and empower potential. This is done since an early age children are still (since childhood) until the children find themselves and become adults. Therefore the Government, early childhood education is done in two dimensions, namely (1) Early Childhood Education in Family and (2) early childhood education in formal education. Looking at the above two dimensions, so that parents and teachers plays a fundamental role in developing a child's potential. This is where the seriousness required of parents and teachers are good to get maximum results.

Abstract: The large number of new companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices raises intense competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to attract potential customers and increase the number of purchases. Based on the type of data obtained by the authors in this study, the authors used a quantitative method using descriptive research methods to describe the results of research conducted. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedacity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers it can be concluded that there is a quality effect product to customer satisfaction on CV. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between minority Muslim families and those of non-Muslims in Banjarasri, Kalibawang, Kulon Progo Yogyakarta; and to find out the religious diversity motivation of the Muslim families. This study used descriptive qualitative method by applying a phenomenological approach. The data were garnered using observation and interview. This study revealed that the acculturation of arts, cultures, and social community made Muslim families and non-Muslim families live side by side. The religious motivation of Muslim minority for the sake of maintaining their faith rested upon both extrinsic and intrinsic motivations. Extrinsically, it could be seen from the strong influence of the mosque administrators, the power of various religious activities to enhance religious awareness, and the solid cohesiveness of the group to strengthen as well as protect religious motivation. Intrinsically, the religious motivation of Muslims in Banjarsari was basically the effect of self-awareness by reasons of their minor position, so that such motivation yielded strong inner capacity from each Muslim family to revive and get more deeply into Islam.

Lele Dumbo was used to be a superior clariid catfish ardely cultured in Indonesia. Despite its aquaculture success, there was uncertainty about its taxonomic identity, whether it belongs to an African catfish (Clarias gariepinus Burchell 1822) or a hybrid resulted from a hybridization between African catfish C. gariepinus and an Asian catfish C. fuscus. Though lele Dumbo was no longer popular, the genetic improvement program has successfully developed lele Sangkuriang strain, and that have recently been extensively cultivated in Indonesia. As a lele Dumbo strain, the identity of lele Sangkuriang is also uncertain, thus need to be verified. The present study aimed to investigate the similarity of lele Dumbo through morphometric and meristic characterizations using samples of lele Sangkuriang (collected from BBPBAT Sukabumi, BPBAT Cijengkol and PT STP) compared to those of African catfish C. gariepinus introduced from Thailand and Kenya. The characterizations were carried out through measurement of 20 standard morphometric characters and five meristic characters the data obtained were then analyzed using principal component analysis. The results suggested that the values of morphometric and meristic characters of all three samples of lele Sangkuriang were not different from those of African catfish C. gariepinus. Likewise, the results of principal component analysis performed on morphometric and meristic characters also revealed that morphometric and meristic characteristics of all three samples of lele Sangkuriang were not different from those of African catfish C. gariepinus. Those results revealed that biometric characteristic of both lele Dumbo and African catfish C. gariepinus was not different, thus they seem belong to the same species.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasi pengelolaan sampah, pendampingan pengelolaan sampah sehingga terwujudnya sekolah sehat sesuai dengan ketentuan Majelis Dikdasmen PP Muhammadiyah No. 06/KTN/1.4/F/2013 tentang sekolah sehat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Apraisal (PRA). Metode PRA dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa yang mempunyai atau menghadapi masalah adalah mitra, oleh karena itu keterlibatan mitra secara aktif dalam penentuan pemecahan masalah sangat diperlukan. Tahapan persiapan meliputi ijin kegiatan, menyiapkan kelengkapan dan menyusun jadwal. Tahap pelaksanaan diantaranya manajemen pelaksanaan program meliputi FGD, sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktek, pendampingan, lomba kebersihan kelas dan pengelolaan sampah. Tahap pelaporan meliputi penyusunan dokumen monitoring pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penyusunan laporan. Adapun hasil dari program kemitraan universitas dengan judul PKU Dengan Majelis Dikdasmen PCM Salam: kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan sampah melalui pendekatan berbasis 3R dalam rangka mewujudkan sekolah sehat di SMP Muhammadiyah Salam adalah terbentuknya kebiasaan positif warga sekolah tentang kesadaran menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan bagaimana cara mengelola sampah yang baik dan benar. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan hasil monitoring yang dilakukan oleh tim dalam setiap tahap pelaksanaan PKU. Selain hal tersebut, kepala sekolah telah menetapkan kebijakan bahwa kegiatan lomba kebersihan kelas dan pengelolaan sampah menjadi kegiatan rutin tahunan dengan harapan berdampak pada kegiatan lomba sekolah sehat yang dilaksanakan terpusat oleh Majelis Dikdasmen yang sewaktu-waktu akan dilaksanakannya monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan tersebut, tim PKU akan senantiasa melakukan pendampingan bila sewaktu-waktu mitra membutuhkan

Abstract-- Expert system is one part of artificial intelligence designed to mimic the expertise of an expert in answering questions and completing a permasalaha.Aplikasi this will result in damage that causes acquired from the symptoms encountered by motorcyclists. Making these applications using the Backward Chaining backward tracking method that works based on the conclusion that there is to get the causes of what happened. Collecting data in this study using interviews, the interviewed experts directly involved in the existing system, direct observation, and study of the literature references that support in explaining the elements studied. The objective of this application is to help analyze the damage mechanics mio Yamaha motorcycle in the garage Budi Surya Motor with a faster and more accurate results.Â Intisari- Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu bagian kecerdasan buatan yang dirancang untuk dapat menirukan keahlian seorang pakar dalam menjawab pertanyaan dan menyelesaikan suatu permasalaha.Aplikasi ini akan menghasilkan penyebab-penyebab kerusakan yang didapat dari gejala-gejala yang ditemui oleh pengguna sepeda motor. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Backward Chaining yaitu metode pelacakan kebelakang yang bekerja berdasarkan kesimpulan yang ada untuk mendapatkan penyebab-penyebab yang terjadi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, yaitu mewawancarai langsung pakar yang terlibat dalam sistem yang sudah berjalan, pengamatan langsung, serta studi pustaka terhadap referensi-referensi yang mendukung dalam menjelaskan unsure-unsur yang diteliti.
