The population used is male residents of Rachita Garden 3 housing with sampling based on their body mass index of 12 people. The division of groups in this study was by ordinal pairing. Group I used bodyweight training crunch exercises while group II used bodyweight training leg raises exercises. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of body weight training crunch exercises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with a t-value of 10.954 > t table 2.570 with a significance of 0.001, (2) there was a significant effect of body weight training leg raise exercises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with a t-value of 6.892 > t table 2.570 with a significance of 0.001, and (3) there was a difference in the influence of the difference in numbers where bodyweight training crunch exercises had a greater effect than leg raises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with an average weight loss of body weight training crunch 0.8 > body weight training leg raises 0.6 which had an average difference of 0.2. The performance of athletes is not solely influenced by physical abilities but also by mental health, which plays a significant role in achieving optimal athletic performance. This research aimed to examine the impact of mental health on the performance of volleyball athletes at the Tiger Ball Club in East Bekasi District. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method, data were collected through two questionnaires: one measuring mental health (including anxiety, stress, and depression) and the other evaluating athletic performance based on achievements in competitions. A total of 20 male athletes participated in the study. The results revealed that the athletes exhibited moderate levels of anxiety and stress, which negatively impacted their performance. While depression was less prevalent, it still contributed to a decrease in motivation. On the other hand, athletes who reported higher levels of mental well-being were more likely to achieve better results in competitions. The findings suggest that mental health significantly affects athletic performance, with anxiety, stress, and depression serving as key factors. The study recommends that mental health support, stress management programs, and recognition of individual achievements be implemented to enhance the athletes’ performance and overall well-being.

This study aims to analyze the influence of PUBG gaming intensity on verbal violence behaviour in adolescents in Indonesia. In the modern era of the 21st century, technological developments, especially in the video game industry, have influenced social behaviour, especially among the younger generation. With more than 100 million active players in Indonesia, PUBG Mobile is one of the most popular games that has the potential to trigger aggressive behaviour. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach, which tests the relationship between the free variable (PUBG game playing intensity) and the bound variable (verbal violent behaviour). The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the intensity of playing PUBG games on verbal violence behaviour, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings are in line with the General Aggression Model which states that the more often a person plays violent games, the higher the level of verbal aggression shown. This study concludes that parental supervision and social environment also play an important role in shaping adolescent behaviour. Therefore, prevention and education efforts are needed for the public to reduce the negative impact of online games.
