Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, PDRB dan UMK terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan EViews 10. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2017-2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah 35 kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan UMK berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sedangkan PDRB berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan uji F variable inflasi, PDRB dan UMK secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi atau R square diperoleh 0,864915 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa presentase pengaruh variable inflasi, PDRB dan UMK terhadap variable tingkat pengangguran sebesar 86,4%.

Abstract

This purpose of this research to know and analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL) to Return On Equity (ROE) on Koperasi Wanita (KOPWAN) Kartika Sari in Bima Town. The pupulation used is financial statement data which consists of working paper data, balanced sheets, and calculation of operating result for 23 years and researh samples for 5 years with the sampling used is purposive samping with the criteria (1) financial statement data available for 5 consecutive years according to 2014-2018 (2) the 5 years sample data already represent axisting population data for reseach needs. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, simple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing ( 2 party T test). Based on the resulth of the analysis showed that Non Performing Loan (NPL) affect the Return On Equity of Kartika Sari woman’s coorperatives in Bima town. This shows that Non Performing Loan have little effect on coorperative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accounts receivable turnover rates on profitability in the Kartika Sari Women's Cooperative (BOP). The population used is the financial statement data consisting of balance sheet data, and the calculation of business results (PHU) for 23 years and research samples for 5 years with the sampling used is purposive sampling with the criteria (1) financial statement data available for 5 consecutive years participated in 2014-2018 (2) 5-year sample data already represented existing population data for research needs. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, simple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t-2 party test). Based on the results of the analysis shows that the level of accounts receivable turnover does not significantly influence profitability in the Women's Cooperative (KOPWAN) Kartika Sari Kota Bima.

Abstract

For every financial institution or company considers that return on assets is one of the most important ratios because this ratio is related to the sustainability and stability of each company or financial institution. In addition, this financial ratio is used to measure a company's ability to generate sufficient profits. high in each period and comes from investment activities. In addition, companies also need to pay attention to factors that can affect the return on assets. In this study aims to find or find out the effect of operational costs and operating income on return on assets partially. This research was conducted at PT. Tbk Public Corporation and used documentation data collection and study literature. Data analysis techniques used in this study are simple linear regression, determination, simple correlation coefficient and t test. and in this study the researchers obtained research results that operational costs and operating income had no effect and were not significant to return on assets.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the presence or absence of the influence of corporate governance (Board of directors, Board of Commissioners' Size,and Audit Committee) on financial performance at PT. Matahari department store Tbk. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression and the classical assumption test. The number of samples used in this study is 10 years in the period 2009 - 2018 taken through purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that (1) the board of directors not influential significant effect on ROA, (2) the size of the board of commissioners not influential significant effect on ROA, (3) The audit committee is influential and not significant to ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much a significant difference between CAR BNI and BRI. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. This research sample for 5 years from 2014-2018 was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Types of quantitative research data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used independent sample t-test. The analysis shows that the CAR variable on BNI and BRI based on the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.010 so that a significant value of 0.010 <0, 05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted stating that there is a significant difference between the average CAR on BNI and BRI . Of the two banks, BNI's average is 17.760% smaller than the BRI's average of 21.332%. This shows that during 2014-2018 BRI's CAR was better than BNI, due to the increase in the amount of capital received by BRI. When referring to the minimum Bank Indonesia regulation is 8%, both banks have good financial performance in terms of (CAR).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Training and Reward System on the performance of employees of PT. Bio Farma (Persero). This goal is motivated by the phenomenon of the problem being faced by the company PT. Bio Farma (Persero), which is the achievement of employee performance in 2016 to 2018, has not yet reached the expected target. Among the many factors that can affect employee performance, there are two main factors that will be reviewed in this study. The two factors are training and reward system. Taking these two factors is based on the results of interviews with the company and is supported by data that has been collected. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and regression. The number of samples in this study were 30 employees of PT. Bio Farma (Persero) Division of Human Resources is determined by the saturation sampling method. Based on the results of research that has been done it can be concluded that the training and reward system has a significant and positive effect on employee performance with a score of 76.4%. These results support the implementation of training and reward systems at PT. Bio Farma (Persero) so that it can have an impact on improving the performance of its employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Strategy for Increasing Employee Productivity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Takalar Sugar Factory). This research is descriptive qualitative, by trying to describe the results of the research as it is. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then poured in a descriptive form. The results of the study explained that there are three strategies used at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Takalar Sugar Factory) in an effort to increase employee productivity, namely: by providing training, every year there is an assessment of employee performance and improving effective communication. with the training it is able to produce a positive impact, but its application is still less than perfection because the application of the strategies used has not been done regularly and is well structured. But the leadership is expected to increase training and establish more active communication to the head of the department and employees so that the company is more improved and developed.

Abstract

Customer service standards at conventional banks are not always maximally applied. This makes customers from the middle to lower economic level less satisfied, even the majority of objections with some of the bank's regulations. This could be the reason for the lower economic level people are reluctant to open savings in conventional banks. As for the middle economic level people open savings in conventional banks, do not fully entrust their financial management to the bank. One of the requirements to become an employee of a private company is relatively often used as a reason for the community to open savings in conventional banks. Relative people choose Islamic banks as a solution for their financial management. Appointed by PT. BPRS Bandar Lampung and PT. BPRS Metro Madani as a sample, in order to know the implementation of customer service standards, so that relatively many people open savings at the two banks. Qualitative methods are utilized in research. Observations, interviews, and documentation are used as data collection techniques, then the data are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the employees of PT. BPRS Bandar Lampung and PT. BPRS Metro Madani has and applies customer service standards based on sharia regulations. The research can be continued in a deeper discussion, namely about the implementation of the real application of Islamic business ethics in sharia-based institutions in improving the performance of the bank PT. BPRS Bandar Lampung and PT. BPRS Metro Madani'.
