Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan tingkat pendapatan dengan tingkat konsumsi masyarakat di Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini mengunakan data time series yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah rumus korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 16. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Diharapkan pemerintah Kabupaten Gowa dapat mengupayakan program-program yang dapat mendorong terciptanya lapangan kerja yang lebih banyak dan beragam agar masyarakat tiap kacamatan bias mempemperoleh pendapatan yang layak dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsinya.

Abstract

This research is to know the existence of significant influence between work discipline, morale and compensation to employee performance of Carpentry (Furniture) Rahmat Baraka Hombes Kecamatan Baraka Enrekang Regency partially and simultaneously. Analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, ujit, F test and coefficient of determination. Result of regression Y = 3,905 + 0,036 X1 + 0,019 X2 + 0,818 X3 + e. Based on the results of data processing above, then the compensation variable is the most dominant variable influence on employee performance.Result of t test of work discipline (X1) on employee performance (Y) obtained t value (0,757)> from t table (0,05) then Ho accepted, hence variable of work discipline no significant effect to employee performance. The result of F value arithmetic (17.233)> from the value of F table (2,867) then Ho is rejected so that there is a significant influence of work discipline, morale, compensation for employee performance together The calculation of SPSS program obtained by Adjusted R Square value = 0,590 means work discipline variable, morale, compensation gives 59% influence to employee performance, while the rest 41% influenced by other factors outside the variable studied, for example like work environment factor, communication and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Cab. Makassar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dalam uji F (simultan) bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig F 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukan budaya organisasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig t 0,002 < 0,05, dan komitmen organisasional secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig t 0,000 < 0,05. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Aris Pasigai, SE, MM, dan Samsul Rizal, SE.,MM  Pentingnya Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan merupakan fenomena hal yang kerap mewarnai kinerja pegawai , dalam hal tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan penelitian  dan mencoba menggambarkan/menjelaskan mengenai Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Samarinda . Kecerdasan Emosional adalah emosi yang merujuk pada kemampuan untuk mengenali perasaan kita sendiri dan perasaan orang lain, kemampuan memotivasi diri sendiri dan kemampuan mengelola emosi secara baik pada diri sendiri dan dalam hubungannya dengan orang lain. Sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi adalah pendekatan sikap terhadap organisasi. Komitmen organisasi sebagai suatu sikap yang didefinisikan sebagai kekuatan relatif suatu identifikasi dan keterlibatan individu terhadap organisasi tertentu.

Abstract

NUR FAIDAH FATMI. 2015. Pengaruh Modal Kerja Terhadap Profitabilitas pada PT Tompo Dalle Cabang Makassar Di Kota Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Mahmud Nuhung dan Abd. Salam, SE, M.Si, Ak. CA Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menganalisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja pada PT. Tompo Dalle Cabang Makassar di Kota Makassar. Data yang dipakai berupa laporan keuangan pada tahun 2011-2014 sampai tahun 2014 pada PT. Tompo Dalle Cabang Makassar di Kota Makassar yang kemudian akan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan diolah melalui SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa 1) hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah modal kerja berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas yang dihasilkan oleh PT. TOMPO DALLE Cabang Makassar di Kota Makassar, 2) Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan, yang berarti bahwa nilai konstanta sebesar 1,66 adalah besarnya profitabilitas (ROA) yang dapat dicapai tanpa memperhatikan tinggi rendahnya modal kerja sedangkan 0,262 yang berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan modal kerja sebanyak 1% maka akan terjadi peningkatan profitabilitas (ROA) sebesar 0,262% pada PT. TOMPO DALLE Cabang Makassar di Kota Makassar dan 3) Besarnya kontribusi/pengaruh modal kerja terhadap ROA yaitu  r = 0,941 dengan r2 = 0,886 atau 88,6% yang berarti kontribusi modal kerja terhadap ROA sebesar 88,6% dan sisanya sebesar 11,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Berdasarkan  uji-t yang telah dilakukan terlihat  bahwa  thitung > ttabel yaitu  3,947 > 2,920. Sehingga hipotesis diterima, dimana disimpulkan bahwa modal kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ROA pada PT. TOMPO DALLE Cabang Makassar di Kota Makassar. NUR FAIDAH FATMI. 2015. Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of working capital loans to rentability At PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tanah Lemo Unit, Bonto Bahari Sub-district, Bulukumba Regency for the last five years, from fiscal year 2009 to 2013. Population in this research is all data concerning giving of working capital credit for debtor and financial statement data at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tanah Lemo Unit, Bonto Bahari Sub-district, Bulukumba District, while the sample of this research is the data of working capital credit and the five years of financial report from 2009 to 2013. From the results of data analysis can be concluded that the provision of working capital credit positf effect on profitability at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tanah Lemo Unit, Bonto Bahari Sub-district, Bulukumba District.

Abstract

This study examines labor, government expenditure and economic growth in Enrekang Regency. The approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of research used is a correlational research design that is to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Population in this study is the entire community which includes a workforce of 9,588 people and a sample of 99 inhabitants. Methods of data collection by questionnaire research, field and literature. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that labor is not significant to economic growth and government expenditure significant to economic growth in Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

Effect of Wages on Employee Productivity Level At Company PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbkdi Bulukumba, The research was done by using simple linear equation method with t test. This method is conducted to determine the effect of wages on the level of productivity employee work in the company of PT. PP London Sumatera Tbk in bulukumba. Data in the form of Journals and Data obtained in the form of writing in the form of general overview of the company, namely data collection through obsveration and direct interviews in the office of the company related to the issues to be in carefully. The results concluded that there is influence between wages on employee productivity employee productivity work at PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk Bulukumba District Tamatto Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Brand Image (Product Image) to the number of enthusiasts in the University of Muhammadiyah This study uses literature research methods and field research in which researchers spread the questionnaire (questionnaire) to the respondents ie students UNISMUH the population amounted to 20,767, while samples taken is 80 people using Cluster sampling method. the results of the questionnaire data were analyzed using quantitative analysis method and simple regression analysis. Before the data are analyzed, validity test is required, and reliability test using SPSS program. To test the hypothesis used F test (simultaneous) and T test (partial). The result of this research is Brand Variable Image Influence to Variable Interest this can be seen from the result of hypothesis prove that revealed t value = 4,437 with significance value 0,000 <0,05, Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, real (Significant) Variable Brand Image (X) to the Interests variable (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profit sharing financing and partial sale financing on profitability level -Return On Asset (ROA) - PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch with the purpose To examine the effect of financing the results and partial sale financing to the level of profitability -Return On Asset (ROA) - PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch. Data collection using documentation while the type of data used is quantitative data sourced from company reports. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression statistical analysis. Based on the results of partial significance test data processing (Test-t) obtained that the variables of profit sharing (X1) and buying and selling (X2) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (ROA). Meanwhile, based on hypothesis test result simultaneously (F test) where H0 is rejected which means that independent variables (financing of profit sharing and selling pattern) have a significant influence together to dependent variable (ROA).
