Balance: Jurnal Ekonomi has p-ISSN 1858-2192 and e-ISSN 2686-5467 published by the Development Economics Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, this journal publishes research articles in the field of Economics. This journal publishes research studies that use various qualitative and/or quantitative methods and approaches in the field of Economics. This journal aims to develop concepts, theories, perspectives, paradigms, and methodologies in the scope of Economics published twice a year, namely June and December. The scope of Balance: Journal of Economics covers Economics and Development, Economic Behavior, Islamic Economic System, International Economy as well as applied sciences of Statistical Economics, Macro and Micro. Article submissions are made using the Balance: Jurnal Ekonomi template accompanied by supporting documents in the form of: a statement of authorship, ethics, and a copyright statement, which can be downloaded on the main page of the Balance: Jurnal Ekonomi website. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of equalization funds directly to economic growth and its impact on regional revenue Takalar. The study used secondary data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the results of the study concluded that the funds Balance (through tax revenue sharing, profit sharing SDA, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Tax-sharing of province of South Sulawesi) positive effect on the Gross Domestic Product which means that the fund balance is able to enhance economic growth KabupatenTakalar, or it can also mean that the economic growth that occurred in Takalar has been determined by the Fund Balance. Economic growth is positive and significant impact on regional revenue in Takalar, especially directly to local taxes and levies.

Abstract

Pembiayaan atau keuangan merupakan faktor vital dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan otonomi desa, sebagaimana juga pada pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Untuk mengatur rumah tangganya sendiri, desa memerlukan dana/biaya yang memadai untuk melaksanakan semua kewenangan yang dimilikinya. Sejak tahun 1999, yaitu sejak penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 tahun 1999 yang dilanjutkan dengan Undang-Undang nomor 32 tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan pemberian dana segar (grant) ke desa-desa melalui program kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD). Bila tahun 2001 sebagai tahun efektif pelaksanaan Undang-Undang nomor 22 tahun 1999, berarti usia kebijakan ADD telah mencapai 10 tahun atau 1 (satu) dasawarsa per tahun 2011. Berarti sudah sekitar 10 tahun desa diberikan kewenangan untuk mengatur pembangunan dan pemerintahannya sendiri dengan dukungan dana dari pemerintah pusat/kabupaten/kota.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimanaaspek-aspek kompetensi guru yaitu : (1) kompetensi pedagogik, (2)kompetensi kepribadian, (3) kompetensi sosial, dan (4) kompetensiprofesional yang mempenagruhi kinerja guru bersertifikasi dalammelaksanakan proses pembelajaran pada Sekolah Menengah Umum(SMU) Negeri I Baebunta Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh aspek-aspekkompetensi yang merupakan variabel bebas (X) yang terdiri darikompetensi pedagogik (X1), kompetensi kepribadian (X), kompetensisosial (X3), dan kompetensi profesional (X42) terhadap kinerja gurubersertifikasi dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yangmerupakan variabel terikat (Y) baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupunsecara bersama-sama dengan menggunakan analisis regresi bergandayang selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan uji tdan uji F. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukandiperoleh koefisien regresi untuk variabel kompetensi pedagogik (X)sebesar positif 0,016 namun tidak signifikan, variabel kompetensikepribadian sebesar positif 0,968 dan signifikan. Sedangkan koefisienregresi untuk variabel kompetensi sosial adalah sebesar positif 0,089dan signifikan, sementara untuk variabel kompetensi profesional adalahsebesar 0,282 dan signifikan. Untuk variabel penyebab secara bersamasamasetelah dilakukan uji F diketahui bahwa koefisien determinansebesar R2 0,531 atau sebesar 53,10% dan sisanya sebesar 46,90%merupakan faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam analisis ini.

Abstract

The research was done by using simple linear equation method with t test. This method is conducted to determine the effect of wages on the level of productivity employee work in the company of PT. PP London Sumatera Tbk in bulukumba.Data in the form of Journals and Data obtained in the form of writing in the form of general overview of the company, namely data collection through obsveration and direct interviews in the office of the company related to the issues to be in carefully.The results concluded that there is influence between wages on employee productivity employee productivity work at PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk Bulukumba District Tamatto Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profit sharing financing and partial sale financing on profitability level -Return On Asset (ROA) - PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar Branch with the purpose To examine the effect of financing the results and partial sale financing to the level of profitability -Return On Asset (ROA) - PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Makassar BranchData collection using documentation while the type of data used is quantitative data sourced from company reports. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression statistical analysis.Based on the results of partial significance test data processing (Test-t) obtained that the variables of profit sharing (X1) and buying and selling (X2) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (ROA). Meanwhile, based on hypothesis test result simultaneously (F test) where H0 is rejected which means that independent variables (financing of profit sharing and selling pattern) have a significant influence together to dependent variable (ROA).

Abstract

This study uses time series data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2015 research method used is to use the formula Correlation data processing that is using Peason Correlation Analysis to know the relationship between variables with the help of SPSS For Windows Release 16. That income and level of public consumption there is a significant relationship to the level of income with the average consumption level of each kecacam. This research expects the sub-district government to create more and more job opportunities in order for the people of each bias to have a decent income and meet their consumption needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the amount of labor, education and government spending on economic growth in the city of Makassar. The hypothesis is that the amount of labor, education level and government spending have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Makassar. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data is then processed using a computer program that is SPSS 16 with multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the number of labor force, education level and government expenditure had a positive effect on the economic growth in Makassar City, the regression result between dependent variable and independent variable was R-Square = 0,979 and F statistic = 93,880 so that together variable of labor force, and government expenditure has a positive effect on economic growth in Makassar City.Economic Growth, Workforce, Education Level And Government Expenditure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between the level of income with the level of public consumption in District Bontonompo Gowa District. This research uses time series data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical tool used is Pearson correlation formula with the help of SPSS For Windows Release 16. The results concluded that the income level has a significant relationship to the level of public income in District Bontonompo Gowa Regency. It is expected that the Gowa Regency government can pursue programs that can encourage the creation of more and more diverse employment so that the communities of each bias can earn a decent income and meet their consumption needs

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality, service quality, price, and places of purchase decision of Gift Shop and factor analysis most influential in influencing decision of Gift Shop in Kec. Baraka Kab.Enrekang. The population in this study are the consumers of Toko Anugerah. The sample that amounted to 100 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with Accidental sampling approach, that is the technique of determining the sample based on the place, that is who met the researcher if it is suitable. Based on the results of research, obtained regression picture as follows: Y = 0,201 X1 + 0,302 X2 + 0,309 X3 + 0,201 X4 + e. With statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. The independent variables of each of the most influential variables are the variables with regression coefficient of 0.309, then the quality of service with regression coefficient of 0.302, then followed by the most ugly variables namely the correlation coefficient of 0.201, and place variables with coefficients. regression of 0.201. The Gift Shop needs to preserve the elements that already exist well by the customer and need to Install things that are still lacking.
