Abstract

The problem that occurred in the company was that data management was still using a manual system, making it difficult for Adeeena Village to manage and store data. Therefore, a data management application was created to manage employee payroll more effectively, quickly, and accurately. The system developed is a web-based application, while the programming used is Framework, PHP, and Javascript, with a MySQL database. The results of this research are structured sales data, so this system can also maximize work efficiency. This system can be further developed in the future to further improve the employee payroll system.

Abstract

The problem at Almira Primary Clinic is that patient registration is still done manually, causing various obstacles in the management and storage of patient data. This manual process has the potential to cause errors in recording, duplication of data, delays in service, and difficulties in searching for patient data when it is needed again. In addition, storing data in physical archives also carries the risk of document loss and damage, which can hamper the performance of health services at the clinic. Based on these problems, this study aims to design and develop a web-based patient registration application that can help Almira Primary Clinic manage patient data more effectively, quickly, and accurately. The developed system is expected to simplify the patient registration process, speed up service flow, and improve the work efficiency of clinic administrative staff. This application is designed to be web-based so that it can be accessed easily and flexibly according to the operational needs of the clinic. In developing the system, the programming method used is the CodeIgniter 4 framework with MySQL database support as the data storage medium.

Abstract

Archives are records of activities in various forms of media created and received by institutions in carrying out their activities. The process of securely storing information in the form of archives and organizing it neatly within a period of time determined by law is called archiving. Storing these archives is not easy, because archivists must record the location of the shelves where the boxes containing the archives will be placed. Based on the above explanation, the author is interested in creating an information system design for the archiving department, so the author has titled this final project “Designing a Web-Based Archive Storage Information System.” The purpose of this final project is to simplify the archive storage process to make it more effective. Before writing the final project, the author must follow a writing methodology, which includes searching for several references related to archives on the internet and conducting observations related to the archiving department. The conclusion of this final project is that the author can assist archivists in storing archives and can also present reports neatly and appropriately.

Abstract

This research was motivated by observations at PT. Danadipa Nusa Arta. The event management process at the company is still carried out manually, which causes obstacles in data processing, such as creating event activities and inputting guest data, errors in writing names or titles, differences between invited and uninvited guests, and reports to be used as information as needed. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design an Event Organizer information system. The research problems are the design and development of an event management system to help event organizers speed up their work, help receptionists distinguish between invited and uninvited guests, and help clients receive attendance reports.

Abstract

The role of information technology in every information process is very important in processing data into accurate information according to user needs. Toko Kue Sumber Mas Jakarta is a shop that sells cakes. This shop has a fairly large business premises, so there are many employees working there. The problem addressed in this practicum is how to design and create an effective and efficient attendance information system at Sumber Mas Jakarta Cake Shop. The discussion is limited to handling several processes, starting from the attendance process for each employee to exporting employee attendance reports. However, to overcome these problems, several steps are required, namely analyzing the system through interviews, with the aim of obtaining information about the employee attendance mechanism, then designing the system, including Use Case Diagram, Scenario Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Database Normalization, File Classification, ERD, LRS, and User Interface. Next, implement the system and discuss the results of the system implementation.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's observations at the Agusahidin Medical Inpatient Clinic in Depok. The drug management process at the clinic is still carried out manually, which causes obstacles in managing drug data such as available drugs, drug input, drug output, and reports. The purpose of creating a new system at the Agusahidin Medical Inpatient Clinic is to facilitate the management of the clinic's drug data. This system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC) method. This method is the first information system development method to be used, which is why it is called the traditional method. This method involves several stages, namely conducting surveys, analyzing current processes, determining user requirements, selecting the best solution to the problem, determining the software and hardware, designing a new information system, and implementing the new information system. This drug inventory system is expected to simplify the report generation process, thereby producing more accurate and effective data.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various educational institutions to utilize digital-based systems to support their operational activities, one of which is the student registration process. The registration process, which is still carried out manually, requires prospective students or applicants to come directly to the registration location, which is considered ineffective and inefficient in terms of time, energy, and data processing. Therefore, a system is needed that can help registrants complete the student registration process online without having to come to the registration location. This study aims to design and develop a web-based student registration system that can make it easier for registrants to complete the registration process and help schools manage registration data in a more organized manner. With this system, the process of accepting new students is expected to be more effective, efficient, and accurate. The system design was carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system modeling tool, while the data architecture design used Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS). The system implementation used the PHP programming language with the support of HTML and CSS as the interface designer. The results of this study are expected to be a solution in improving the quality of student registration services in schools.

Abstract

Placement is the process of assigning or filling positions or reassigning employees to new or different tasks or positions. This assignment can be the first assignment for newly recruited employees, but it can also be through promotion, transfer, demotion, or even termination of employment. In this case, C&P, as the division handling job placement, experienced difficulties because all stages of placement and recording were still very manual. Therefore, the author conducted observations from January 2022 at the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, Sudirman Campus, Tangerang, with the aim of simplifying the job placement recording process by developing a web-based job placement information system, which has the advantage of being accessible anywhere and is more efficient because it does not use paper or Excel, which must be managed manually. The author used the Laravel framework, built with the Visual Studio Code editor, which is a cutting-edge technology at the time this report was written.

Abstract

The E-Filing System at the LP3I Polytechnic is a web-based document storage system designed to manage archives and documents electronically. This system can store various types and formats of digital documents, facilitating the process of storing, searching, grouping, and managing documents in a structured manner. The implementation of the E-Filing system aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness in administrative document management, while reducing reliance on paper, which can generate waste and high operational costs. Furthermore, this system is designed to minimize the risk of document loss, damage, or duplication, which often occurs in manual filing systems. With the E-Filing system, document management can be carried out centrally, securely, and easily accessed by authorized parties anytime and anywhere via the internet. Implementation of this system is expected to improve the performance of administrative staff in managing documents more quickly, accurately, and organized, while also supporting the creation of a more modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly work environment.

Abstract

Sales are a very common thing in this world, where there are two actors involved in the activity, namely the seller and the buyer. The seller acts to sell the product and receives money from the buyer, while the buyer gives money to the seller and can get the product sold by the buyer according to the agreement that is taking place. In today's advanced world, buyers do not need to purchase goods by going directly to the place of sale. By simply using a system on a device such as a smartphone, buyers can purchase goods more easily, quickly, and efficiently. Therefore, an online cake sales system was developed to make it easier for users. In this system, there are three actors: the owner, the admin, and the customer. The owner can only manage reports, while the admin can manage more than that, such as user data, product data, and others. Customers can make purchases in the system. Ultimately, this final project report examines the design and development of a web-based dry cake sales information system at the Azmya Cipete Selatan store in Jakarta.
