Abstract

The recording of employees' daily attendance still uses manual input. With these conditions, HRD staff find  it  difficult  to control employees  when the hours are in, whether the employee is really in the office. The next obstacle is recording attendance written  on  paper,  it  will  be  vulnerable  to  lost  data  damaged  and  difficulty  in recapitulating it. This will lead to uncontrolled employees. In the research phase carried out is collecting  field  data by observation,  and  analyzing  system requirements.  By looking at the needs, the system is made web-based, the next stage is to design, build a database with MYSQL, design the user interface, build a system using the Laravel framework, and create and test programs. Based on the results of the system test, the design of the employee attendance information system at PT Infinite Business Synergy in Jakarta can facilitate the parties with an interest in this final project (in terms of authors, companies, and in education) to obtain the information and benefits needed, to become a solution in increasing discipline for employees as well as making it easier to record, control and report because it is easily accessible via web media.Keywords: Framework, Design, Employees, Presence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, competence and Management Information Systems on the performance of academic staff at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Where the independent variables, namely Training (X1), Competence (X2), and Management Information Systems (X3) affect the dependent variable, namely Academic Staff Performance. The research was conducted at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta with a total of 52 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire instrument with five rating scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The research was conducted quantitatively by describing the research data and conducting inference analysis. Simple and multiple regression analysis was used as an analytical tool, while hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test. The study resulted in four main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely: 1) Training does not have a significant effect on Academic Staff Performance, 2) Competence does not have a significant effect on Academic Staff Performance, 3) Management Information Systems have a positive and significant influence. on the Performance of Academic Staff, 4) Training, Competence, and Management Information Systems together have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Academic Staff. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts to improve employee performance be made to improve Training, Competence, and Management Information Systems as well as further research so that training and competence have a positive and significant impact on Academic Staff Performance.Keyword : Training, Competence, Management Information System, Academic Staff Performance

Abstract

Information system is the one example of technology products that are developing at this time. Information system can be used to help our activity, and to arrange humans live and process decision making. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Keramat is one of the Universities that requires the participation of information technology to process the value of depreciation of assets owned, therefore an information system is designed that aims to meet those needs. Information System Design The calculation of asset values is designed using the straight-line method. And using the Use Case design model, Sequence diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram and ERD. For applications on programs using PHP, as well as CodeIgnitor and XAMPP applications. Abstract

Social media is a strategic means of sharing information, opinions and expressing attitudes for netizens, including expressing themselves as atheists. Being an atheist is a trend for some people right now. The purpose of this research is to find out whether expressing the expression of being atheist through social media can violate the Information and Electronic Transactions Law. The right to freedom of expression is regulated in the 1945 Constitution and the ITE Law. Not a few netizens have been caught up in the ITE Law regarding their careless comments. The acknowledgment of being an atheist as long as it does not insult and desecrate ethnicity, religion, race and between groups is an expression of the thoughts of these citizens who are poured out through social media. The category of this research is library research by emphasizing the concept of law in books, namely law as stated in statutory regulations or law as a norm in the form of guidelines for community behavior that is considered appropriate or not. With Pancasila as the grundnorm of the Indonesian nation, the state protects all religions, beliefs and adherents from defamation and humiliation.Key words: The acknowledgment of being an atheist. Abstract

The development of the Car Insurance Service Administration System is a web application where there are several inputs which include vehicle data, spare parts data, service data, and claim billing data. Abstract

The Jatipadang Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a government-owned agency, engaged in the health sector, located in Jatipadang Village, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. This health center requires an appropriate data processing system in order to create time efficiency and data accuracy that can support the operational, management and decision-making processes properly and accurately. The outpatient process at the Jatipadang Village Health Center does not yet use a computerized system. Abstract

Apotek Metromedica Center is a private institution engaged in the pharmaceutical sector located on Jalan Pejaten Raya, South Jakarta. This pharmacy still requires a drug stock system in order to create time efficiency and data accuracy. The drug stock process at the Metromedica Center Pharmacy still does not use a computer system. Employees in recording drug stock must write incoming and outgoing stock data on sheets of paper, then in making reports of incoming and outgoing drug stocks written in the report book. Keywords: system design, stock, medicine

Abstract

PT Prakarsa Multisari Mandiri is a company engaged in the aviation sector located at The Garden Center Floor 5 Unit 22, Jakarta. This company still needs the right data processing in order to create time efficiency and data accuracy that can support operational, management and decision-making processes properly and accurately. In the case of inventories, this company still does not use a computerized system, employees within the warehouse scope are still recording manually after printing the form created using Microsoft Excel and then the data is stored back into the computer. Keywords: Aircraft Spare Parts Inventory, Spare Parts, Aircraft, Excel.

Abstract

Arfa Barbershop Depok adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha pangkas rambut pria. Arfa barbershop Depok masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya karena sistem yang mereka gunakan masih terdapat kendala, sehingga akan memerlukan lebih banyak waktu untuk memberikan pelayanan jasa. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mendukung kasir untuk meningkatkan proses transaksi agar lebih baik dan cepat dengan menerapkan sistem baru. Dan Memudahkan admin  dalam mengelola laporan, Sehingga waktu dan kinerja menjadi lebih terkontrol dan teratasi. Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui sistem barbershop di arfa barbershop depok dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan observasi langsung ke tempat yang menjadi objek penulisan. Hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh penulis dalam sistem barbershop di Arfa Barbershop Depok meliputi pengolahan data master service, kategori service, kasir, dan transaksi serta menginput data servis, sekaligus mengelola data servis. Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Sistem, informasi, Pembayaran, Barbershop

Abstract

Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Pemandu Wisata Pada Taman Margasatwa Ragunan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan dan menganalisa data berdasarkan fakta-fakta dan informasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan studi lapangan yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Taman Margasatwa Ragunan masih menggunakan sistem yang manual dalam menjalankan proses penginputan pemesanan. Hal ini membuat beberapa kendala yaitu keterlambatan penyelesaian pembuatan aplikasi karena belum adanya pemesanan untuk pembuatan aplikasi secara terstruktur. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Penginputan Pemesanan
