Abstract

Departemen QA (quality assurance), memiliki beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses peminjaman dokumen Batch Record untuk semua departemen yang sedang berjalan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara mencatat dan dibantu dengan Microsoft Word, sehingga pada proses peminjaman Batch Record tidak efektif dan efisien. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat system peminjaman dokumen Batch Record yang terkomputerisasi. Metedologi penelitian yang digunakan melalui observasi, yaitu mengamati langsung objek yang akan dikaji. Terdapat dua (2) aktor pada sistem ini yaitu QA (quality assurance) sebagai admin yang mencatat semua dokumen Batch Record, dan pada karyawan disemua departemen (user). Departemen QA (quality assurance) dapat mengakses semua yang ada pada sistem ini, sementara karyawan departemen lain hanya dapat menggunakan aplikasi sebagai pengguna yaitu peminjam dan mengembalikan dokumen Batch Record. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini software yang digunakan yaitu Enterprise Architech, Xampp, Visio 2013, Balsamiq Mockups 3, Visual Studio 2013, dan Power Designer . Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Pencatatan peminjaman dokumen Batch Record untuk bagian QA (quality assurance) ini dapat mempermudah dan mengontrol proses peminjaman dokumen Batch Record.Kata Kunci    : Sistem Informasi, Peminjaman, Dokumen, Batch Record

Abstract

Keamanan merupakan hal penting yang tidak boleh dilupakan. Kerentanan biasanya terjadi disebabkan kelalaian pengembang dalam mengembangkan aplikasi itu sendiri. Aplikasi web OAS sepenuhnya lewat media internet, ini merupakan keharusan adanya keamanan. Serangan SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting dan masih banyak lainnya menjadi sebab perlunya keamanan pada aplikasi web OAS. Perlunya audit terhadap keamanan aplikasi web OAS ini sangat penting bagi tim pengembang aplikasi. Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan tool acunetix di dapatkan banyaknya kerentanan yang ada di aplikasi web OAS. Dengan ditemukannya kerentanan pada aplikasi web OAS, maka bagi tim pengembang aplikasi dapat secepatnya melakukan perbaikan.Kata kunci:  Analisis Keamanan, Audit, Aplikasi Web, Acunetix Web Vulnerability

Abstract

Physiological human needs such as clothing, food and shelter can be met through several processes including sales. Sales are activities carried out by companies or individuals to maintain their business in order to develop by getting the desired profit or profit. The tight competition requires companies or individuals to know early the factors that affect the ups and downs of sales volume. Estimated sales volume can be estimated using the Artificial Intelligence branch of science in the form of Data Mining. This research aims to measure the level of ups and downs of sales volume using the multiple liner method. The stages of estimating the rise and fall of sales volume are by determining the dataset taken from public data https://www.kaggle.com/ followed by using data mining methods in the form of estimation and linear regression algorithms applied using ms. excel and rapidminer software each of which produces output Linear regression equation (0.053 * tv + 0.224 * radio + 0. 023 * newspaper) from the results of the process on rapidminer and Equation (3.314 + (0.043 * tv )+ (0.191 * radio )+ (0.002 * neswpaper) from the results of the process on Ms. Excel and its application to the testing data produces an RMSE (root mean squared error) value of 1.744 in the RapidMiner application and 3.277 in the Ms. Excel application, using 160 training data and 40 testing data, or a comparison of 1.744 and 3.277 in the Ms. Excel application. by using 160 training data and 40 testing data, or a ratio of 8:2. Thus, because the RMSE value of the results of Rapidminer is smaller than the results of Ms. Excel calculations, using rapidminer software is more suitable than using Ms. Excel.Key words: Sales, Regression, Linear, Rapidminer, Data Mining

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly transformed the retail industry, necessitating a data-driven approach for companies. PT XYZ, an accessories company, currently faces challenges in its manual and inefficient product data management system. This research aims to design and develop an integrated, efficient product data collection information system. Using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design tool, the system incorporates three primary actors: admin, staff, and owner. The system is built using the Next.js framework. Through qualitative data collection (observations and interviews) and a literature review, this research identified key issues within the existing system: difficulty in data retrieval and inefficient business processes. The proposed information system seeks to address these challenges through automated data scanning and comprehensive report generation. It is anticipated that this system will enhance productivity, improve data accuracy, and facilitate better decision-making at PT XYZ

Abstract

Sistem monitoring anggaran adalah sebuah mekanisme atau alat yang digunakan untuk memantau, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi penggunaan anggaran dalam suatu organisasi, proyek, atau institusi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memastikan bahwa alokasi dan realisasi anggaran berjalan sesuai dengan rencana, kebijakan, dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Tidak adanya sistem monitoring pengelolaan anggaran yang baik menyebabkan penyajian laporan menjadi kurang akurat Untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ditimbulkan tersebut, penulis mengusulkan untuk membangun sistem monitoring pengelolaan anggaran berbasis web. Dengan usulan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan meminimalisir kendala yang ada.

Abstract

Information and communication technology has increased significantly over the past few decades. Websites are often the target of cyber attacks because there are vulnerabilities that can be exploited by attackers. This study aims to conduct a Vulnerability Assessment (VA) on the website of admission of new students by following the guidelines of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP). OWASP provides a list of the top ten vulnerabilities that are often found in web applications, such as SQL Injection, XSS (Cross-Site Scripting), and CSRF (Cross- Site Request Forgery). This study uses the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method, which consists of several stages: information gathering, scanning to identify security holes, and generating reports. The tool that used include OWASPZAP to detect and test vulnerabilities. This study produces a report that identifies 33,3% medium risk level vulnerabilities (six flags), 38% low risk level vulnerabilities (seven flags), 27,7% Informational Risk Level ( 5 flags) and no high-level vulnerabilities. It is hoped that these results can help IT staff in improving the security and convenience of accessing their pmb websites.

An IT Helpdesk system is a system designed to help an organization or company that aims to handle technician support requests from users. In this article, we propose solutions through the development of health monitoring systems based on information and communication technology. Abstract

Management Bandwidth adalah suatu mekanisme yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatur dan mengoptimalkan berbagai jenis jaringan dengan menerapkan layanan Quality Of Service (QoS) untuk menetapkan tipe-tipe lalulintas jaringan. Tidak adanya manajemen bandwidth dalam infrastruktur jaringan komputer pada balai pelatihan teknik perkeretaapian sofyan hadi bekasi menyebabkan akses internet yang cenderung lambat dan tidak stabil serta koneksi internet yang sering terputus sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya aktifitas karyawan pada balai pelatihan teknik perkeretaapian sofyan hadi bekasi. Untuk menyelesaikan hambatan – hambatan yang terjadi, penulis mengusulkan untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen bandwidth jaringan mikrotik dengan simple queue. Dengan usulan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja staff perusahaan dan meminimalisir kendala yang ada.
