The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between product quality partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination is 0.6%, t count 2.719> t table 1.984. There is a positive and significant influence between promotion partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.32. The coefficient value of determination is 0.2, t count 2.112> t table 1.984.

Abstract

The tsunami is the biggest threat to countries around the world tectonic plates and the ring of fire, including Indonesia. The impact of economic losses and heavy casualties made the tsunami worth watching out. Ecosystem-based tsunami disaster mitigation efforts are deemed necessary, considering that 2/3 of Indonesia consists of the sea. The coral reef is one of the coastal ecosystems that can reduce tsunami waves by up to 50% before it hits coastal areas. However, the current condition of coral reefs is very alarming due to the actions of irresponsible humans. Collaboration between stakeholders is needed to carry out ecosystem-based tsunami disaster mitigation efforts. Collaborative governance becomes an essential issue in efforts to build and improve services in the public sector by involving all relevant stakeholders. The sectoral ego of the stakeholders is no longer relevant to be maintained because each actor has their strengths and weaknesses. Collaboration between actors framed in a collaboration platform by having a principled engagement, shared motivation, and collective capacity will produce better results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and the use of media promotion on its sales performance of one of Bakpia Patok SMEs in Yogyakarta. The method used is explanatory research, and statistical analysis with regression test, correlation, determination, and hypothesis test. Results of this digital marketing study has a significant effect on sales performance 41,8 percent, Hypothesis testing is obtained by t arithmetic > t table or (8,208 > 1,986). The use of promotional media has a significant effect on sales performance 43,2 percent, Hypothesis testing is obtained by t arithmetic > t table or (8,457 > 1,986). Digital marketing and the use of promotional media simultaneously have a significant effect on sales performance with the regression equation Y = 9,672 + 0,362X1 + 0,405X2 and contribute with as much influence as 52,4 percent, Hypothesis testing is obtained by F-count > F table or (51,264 > 2,700).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of online-based licensing services at the Capital Investment and Integrated One-stop Services (DPM-PTSP) in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research method was using a survey method with an explanatory approach and serving the research findings in a descriptive-quantitative way. The informants were the state civil apparatuses at DPM-PTSP. The data collection techniques were: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, and 3) Questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display, and data verification interpreted quantitatively and qualitatively and taken from primary and secondary data. The research findings were: 1) The integrated one-stop service concept to improve the quality of licensing services in Gorontalo in the Fourth Industrial Revolution; 2) The determinants of the quality of licensing services in Gorontalo in the Fourth Industrial Revolution; 3) The effectiveness of online-based licensing services at DPM-PTSP in terms of a) Services: less optimized online-based licensing service implementation. The evidence argued that the service was ineffective in terms of human resources which were low. Either the staff or facilities and infrastructures were inadequate, b) Online-based program implementation: the implementation of online-based licensing services was not optimized as it was a new program at DPM-PTSP. Besides, several challenges started to appear; such as the limited number of staff who provided the online-based service for the community, the community’s inadequate understanding of how to use the Internet and the online-based licensing services, lack of facilities and infrastructures, and others. The challenges could be reduced by optimizing the education and training for the staff, optimizing socialization from DPM-PTSP to the community who were not experienced in using technology networks, providing facilities and infrastructures needed by providing budget, and optimizing service provision. Furthermore, DPM-PTSP should well respond to the customers’ complaints and improve their service performances.

Abstract

Profit is not the main goal of the cooperative business, but the business that is managed by the cooperative must obtain the remaining business results that are feasible so that the cooperative can maintain its survival and improve the ability of its business. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of members, own capital, external capital, business valves, and assets owned to the remaining results of business (Indonesian terms: Sisa Hasil Usaha/SHU) savings and loan cooperatives in Subang district. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so as many as 14 cooperatives were selected. Data analysis used in this study is classical assumption analysis and then panel data analysis is carried out, determination of test coefficients (R2), F statistical tests, t statistical tests. Based on the results of research that has been carried out simultaneously known all independent variables significantly influence the residual business results. However, the partial test shows that only the variables of business capital, business volume, and assets owned by cooperatives have an effect on the residual results of operations, while the variable number of members and external capital has no effect on the residual results of operations.

Abstract

Pancasila as the basis and ideology of the Indonesian state is a set of values that become a way of life for the Indonesian state, this condition ensures that the foundation of the state and the practice of national and state life must be based on the values contained in the Pancasila. The main challenges in grounding Pancasila in this globalization era are; decreased intensity of understanding of Pancasila in society, social exclusivism related to the swift flow of globalization so that it leads to a stronger tendency for identity politicization and social fragmentation based on SARA, decreased morality of millennial generation caused by the flow of information and technology that is not filtered properly as a result of the current industrial era 4.0. The efforts made in facing challenges in the millennial generation are fostering the spirit of nationalism, planting and practicing the values of Pancasila and using the internet wisely, building ideas and future visions of a strong young generation based on Pancasila morality.

Abstract

This study aims in examining the problem of employee performance that has decreased. The main objective of this research is to find out the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence and conclusions about the effect of compensation, discipline and motivation toward the performance of employees of Mandiri Utama Sejahtera corporation. This research uses a quantitative design method, explanatory research, by testing the survey technique hypothesis, the questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 4, using a saturated sample, which means using the entire population of 96 employees with headquarters and 5 warehouses in several areas. The results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques: (1) validity and reliability tests; (2) classic assumption test (normality, homogeneity, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test); (3) coefficient of determination (R2); (4) simple and multiple regression models; (5) hypothesis testing with partial test (t test) and simultaneous (F test).  Based on the results of the study it was found that the F test showed a very significant effect on the compensation variable (X1), the discipline variable (X2), and the motivation variable (X3) together on the Performance variable (Y). This is evidenced by the calculated Fcount (49,460)> Ftable (2.70) and the significance is less than 5% (0,000 <0.05). R value (correlation) is 0.786 and R Square value (determination) is 0.617, indicating that the variable Y (employee performance) is influenced by variable X1 (compensation), variable X2 (discipline), and variable X3 (motivation) together, of 61.70% and the remaining 38.30% is influenced by other factors not examined. So the conclusion of the research results shows that there is a positive and significant influence of compensation, discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of Mandiri Utama Sejahtera corporation.
