Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis common size untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Mandiri Perkasa Interior. Hasil menunjukkan fluktuasi kas dari 79,75% ke 65,05%. Piutang usaha menurun dari 16,31% ke 3,15%, lalu meningkat menjadi 21,06%. Biaya produksi menurun dari 83,33% ke 80,01%. Biaya operasional meningkat dari 8,70% ke 9,34%, tetapi tetap konsisten. Pajak meningkat dari 0,28% ke 0,77%. Laba bersih setelah pajak meningkat dari 7,69% ke 9,88%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of Mandiri Perkasa Interior based on the time series approach. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from financial statements, namely the balance sheet and income statement of Mandiri Perkasa Interior. The results showed that there was an increase in almost all items or accounts contained in the balance sheet and income statement. So it can be assumed that the financial performance of Mandiri Perkasa Interior based on the time series approach is quite good because it has increased from year to year.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the quality of service, promotion and digital marketing partially affect credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch. (2) To determine the quality of service, promotion and digital marketing simultaneously affect credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch. The data collection techniques that researchers use in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. As a population, all credit customers of PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, the slovin formula is used in this study where population members are sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study was 293 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Service Quality Variable (X1) has a partial effect on credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with tcount> ttable (3.081> 1.971) and significant <0.05 (0.002 <0.05). (2) Promotion Variable (X2) has no partial effect on credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with the results of tcount < ttable (1.289 < 1.971) and significant > 0.05 (0.198 > 0.05). (3) Digital Marketing variable (X3) has a partial effect on credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with tcount < ttable (14.764> 1.971) and significant> 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). (4) Service Quality, Promotion and Digital Marketing simultaneously affect credit decisions at PT Mega Finance Parepare Branch with Fcount> Ftable (124.475> 2.64) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (5) The value of R2 = 0.564 means that the influence of the variables of Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Digital Marketing (X3) on Credit Decisions (Y) is 56.4%. While the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as product quality, price, brand image, marketing mix, etc.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari beban kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Parepare. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sampel terdiri dari 92 pegawai negeri sipil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Nilai R^2 sebesar 48,8% menunjukkan pengaruh variabel yang diteliti, sedangkan 51,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership style and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. With the population being all employees at PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, in this study saturated sampling was used where population members were sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study were 39 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with tcount> ttable (5.595> 2.028) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (2) The Work Motivation variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance at PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with the results of tcount < ttable (1.341 < 2.028) and significant> 0.05 (0.188> 0.05). (3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with Fcount> Ftable (19.735> 3.28) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (4) The value of R2 = 0.654 means that the influence of the variables of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 65.4%. While the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership, reward, workload, ability, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and express the relationship that exists in the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee productivity at the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religion Office, both partially and simultaneously. The analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Rehability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2 Test) with a total sample respondents of 41 people. The results showed that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect partially on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religion Office, with a t-count value of 5.844> t-table 2.024 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on work productivity (Y) of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, with a t-count value of 2.588> t-table 2.024 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05. Each variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employees of the Sidenreng Rappang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office with an F-count value of 45.695> F-table 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the financial performance of PDAM Sidenreng Rappang Regency is measured using Liquidity and Profitability Ratios.The analytical method used in this research is the financial ratio analysis method. The financial reports are then analyzed using liquidity ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Cash Turn Over, Inventory to Net Working Capital) and profitability ratios (Net Profit Margin, Retrun on investment, and Return on Equity)These results show that: for liquidity ratios, namely Current Ratio, from 2020 to 2022 with an average of 6.63 times, it is in accordance with industry standards, Quick Rati, from 2020 - 2022 with an average of 6.30 times is in accordance with industry standards, Cash Ratio, in 2020 and 2022 is in line with industry standards with an average of 81.78%, while 2021 does not yet meet industry standards, Cash Turn Over, from 2020 - 2022 with an average of 292% is in line with industry standards, and Inventory to Net Working Capital with an average of an average of 5.75% does not meet industry standards. For the profitability ratio, namely Net Profit Margin, from 2020 - 2022 the average (23.44%) does not meet established industry standards. Return on investment, from 2020 - 2022 with an average of (8.57%) does not comply with established industry standards, and Return On Equity, from 2020 - 2022 with an average of (8.84%) does not comply with established industry standards. has been set.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and competence on employee performance at the Immigration Checkpoint in Immigration Office II Parepare. The analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination to tests the hypotheses. The results of the study show that training partially affects employee performance, where as competence simultaneously affect employee performance. The R Square value obtained is 17,5%, indicating that the influence of training and competence on employee performance is 17,5%, while the remaining 82,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze financial performance using profitability ratios at the Syakir Farma Pharmacy Palanro Village in accordance with industry standards. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. Quantitative data in the form of a sample of the financial report of the Syakir Farma Pharmacy Palanro Village in the form of a balance sheet and profit and loss for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis method in this research uses profitability ratios. The results of this research show that the financial reports at the Syakir Farma Pharmacy, which were assessed through Gross Profit Margin (GPM) analysis, are in very good condition and comply with industry standards. In 2020 the value achieved by GPM was 36.44%, in 2021 it was 34.12% and in 2022 it was 34.17%. The financial performance measured through Net Profit Margin (NPM) analysis is in fairly good condition according to industry standards. The value achieved by NPM in 2020 was 17.82%, in 2021 it was 20.09% and in 2022 it was 19.99%. Then the financial performance measured through Return On Asset (ROA) analysis is in very good condition according to industry standards, the value achieved by ROA in 2020 was 27.64%, in 2021 it was 37.54% and in 2022 it was 41.05%. And financial performance as measured through Return On Equity (ROE) analysis is in very good condition according to industry standards with the value achieved in 2020 amounting to 45.04%, in 2021 amounting to 56.04% and in 2022 amounting to 60.11%. It can be seen that the financial performance of Syakir Farma Pharmacy Kel. Palanro uses the profitability ratio method in accordance with industry standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image, product quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Manuntung Raya Sidrap using the SPSS 23 analysis method. The type of research used is descriptive research and data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the sample treatment method is to determine the roscoe formula as many as 60 the number of respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that: 1. Corporate image (X1) test results showed a value of tcount (1.587) < ttable (2.003) with a significant value (0.120) > (0.05). 2. Product Quality (X2) test results show t count (-2.064) > t table (2.003) with a significance value (0.045) < (0.05). 3. Price (X3) test results show t count (7.513) > t table (2.003) with a significance value (0.000) < (0.05). Fcount = (21.580) > Ftable (0.277) with a significance value of (0.000) < (0.05) which means that Corporate Image, Product Quality and Price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.612 points or 61.2% which means that the variables of company image, product quality and price can be explained equally as increasing 61.2% of PT. Manuntung Raya Sidrap, while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other factors that are not the focus of this research object.
