Abstract

In sustainability reports, there is a debate between two materiality concepts, namely the GRI concept & the SASB concept. Most companies that present Sustainability Reports prioritize two materiality concepts: the GRI and the SASB. Discuss sustainability reports that financially and non-financially impact University operations using the GRI and SASB materiality concepts in their application. The research was conducted to find the application of materiality in sustainability reports, which is dominant in universities in the LLDikti III region. This qualitative research uses surveys and interviews with professional teaching staff at several universities in the LLDikti III region, including Multimedia Nusantara University, Binus University, and Tarumanegara University. This research examines the application of sustainability reports, including the differences in the materiality concept applied between GRI and SASB, as well as the perceived impact and reasons related to the choice of the materiality concept applied. Based on the results of discussions in research regarding the materiality concept in sustainability reports, it was found that three universities were selected in the Kopertis region. III is more inclined towards the application of the GRI materiality concept. This research suggests implementing GRI or SASB materiality because they are considered more effective, improve quality and performance, and facilitate careful planning.

Abstract

In an increasingly digital world, cyber activism and digital identity have become central to the discourse surrounding online participation and representation. The intersection of these concepts raises questions about how individuals and groups navigate the complex politics of visibility, power, and representation in cyberspace. This research explores how cyber activism influences the construction of digital identities and the political implications of online self-presentation. The study aims to analyze the relationship between cyber activism and the formation of digital identities, focusing on how these identities are constructed, contested, and performed in online platforms. It seeks to understand the impact of digital activism on political representation and personal agency in cyberspace. A qualitative research approach was employed, using case studies of prominent cyber activism movements, interviews with digital activists, and content analysis of social media campaigns. The study also draws on theoretical frameworks of digital culture, identity politics, and power relations in cyberspace. The findings reveal that cyber activism significantly shapes digital identities by providing platforms for marginalized voices and enabling new forms of political expression. However, challenges such as surveillance, cyberbullying, and digital censorship also complicate these efforts. Activists' online identities often face tension between authenticity and performative aspects of representation.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in driving economic growth, particularly in emerging economies. However, MSMEs often face challenges related to limited resources, outdated business processes, and inefficient operational practices. The implementation of information technology (IT) has emerged as a potential solution to improve business processes, streamline operations, and enhance competitiveness. This study aims to examine the impact of information technology implementation on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in MSMEs. The research seeks to identify key factors that influence the adoption of IT, as well as assess how it contributes to improving operational efficiency, decision-making, and overall business performance in MSMEs. The findings revealed that MSMEs that integrated IT solutions experienced notable improvements in process efficiency, reduced operational costs, and enhanced decision-making. Over 70% of surveyed businesses reported better inventory management and faster response times to customer needs. Moreover, businesses leveraging IT tools showed a significant increase in productivity and profitability. The implementation of information technology significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of MSME business processes.

Abstract

In recent years, social media has emerged as a powerful tool that shapes consumer behavior globally, especially in emerging markets like Indonesia. The growing prevalence of social media platforms has transformed the way consumers make purchasing decisions, engage with brands, and share their experiences. Despite the widespread use of social media in Indonesia, its specific influence on consumer behavior remains underexplored in academic research. This study aims to analyze the impact of social media use on consumer behavior in Indonesia. Specifically, it investigates how social media affects consumers' purchasing decisions, brand perception, and online shopping habits. A mixed-methods approach was used for this research. A survey was conducted with 500 Indonesian consumers who actively engage with social media platforms. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including regression analysis, to assess the relationship between social media usage and consumer behavior. The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between social media use and consumer purchasing decisions. Consumers who frequently engage with brand-related content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter tend to have higher brand recall and are more likely to make purchases based on recommendations from influencers or online ads. Social media plays a pivotal role in shaping consumer behavior in Indonesia, influencing both direct and indirect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The development of creativity is crucial in design education, as it fosters innovative thinking and problem-solving skills essential for success in creative industries. This study addresses this gap by developing a project-based design learning model to enhance student creativity. By incorporating real-world design projects into the curriculum, students are encouraged to apply their knowledge in practical settings, fostering critical thinking and creative exploration. The primary aim of this research is to develop and evaluate a project-based learning model that increases student creativity in design education. The research follows a design-based methodology, implementing the model in a classroom setting and assessing its impact on student creativity. Data were collected through pre- and post-assessments of creativity, student surveys, and interviews with both students and instructors. The findings show that the project-based learning model significantly improved students' creativity. Students exhibited enhanced problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and a stronger capacity for collaboration. Moreover, the hands-on approach encouraged deeper engagement with design concepts and promoted an increased sense of ownership over their learning process. In conclusion, the project-based design learning model proved to be an effective strategy for fostering creativity in design students.
