Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of government employees at the Department of Labor and transmigration Service in Riau Province. The variable in this study consisted of the dependent variable (performance) and the independent variable (leadership), the populations in this study  as many 210 people. The samples in this study  as many 67 people. Analysis of the data in this study using quatitative descriptive analysis ia a way to explain the result of existing research using mathematical formulas and equations linking theory, then deduced. Meanwhile, to test the feasibility of the data collected is used testing instrument validity, reliability, normality, determinaty coefficient, T test and simple linear regression test. The result of this  study are simple linear regression Y=21.467+0,285X. Based on empirical data on the T test, an tcount > ttable is 2,468 > 1,668 an test result determinaty coefficient (R2) = 0,086 (8,60%) while the remaining is influenced bt other variables outside of this research. So H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between leadership and performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum of Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, located on Jalan Raya Pematang Reba. This study aims to determine the causes of job satisfaction at the Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum of Kabupaten  Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of the research that the author is doing is to find out the causes of factors that affect employee job satisfaction in the field of water resources (SDA), as well as to find out the efforts made in overcoming the factors that influence job satisfaction in the Department of Public Works water Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum of Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. In conducting this research the author uses interview and questionnaire methods in an effort to collect data. The author requires data relating to the problem under study. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. As for the population and sample in this study are all the number of employees working in the field of Water Resources Public Works Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum of Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. From the results of the research that the authors did, it can be seen that the factors that influence employee job satisfaction in the field of Water Resources Public Works Office Dinas Pekerjaan Umum of Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu are facilities and infrastructure, Compensation, and Work Environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Angel’s School. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Orang Tua dalam memilih Angel’s School. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 orang. Dengan analisis data yang digunakan analisis faktor dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Orang tua dalam memilih Angel’s School  adalah Faktor 1 adalah orang dan bukti fisik, faktor 2 adalah faktor harga dan pendidiknya, faktor 3 adalah faktor fasilitas dan promosi, faktor 4 adalah faktor biaya, faktor 5 adalah faktor motivasi dan kurikulum, faktor 6 adalah faktor kelompok referensi dan keluarga, faktor 7 adalah faktor fasilitas dan pendidiknya

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pertamina Ep Aset 1 Lirik. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance on pertamina Ep Aset 1 Lirik. The study was conducted with quantitative methods, namely research that describes the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance on pertamina Ep Aset 1 Lirik. From the results of the study with the regression equation Y = 1.992 + 0.304 X1 + 0.571 X2. a = constant of 1,992 and if the independent variable is zero (0) then the performance of employees is equal to 1,992 meaning that employee performance is 1,992 if X1 (leadership) and X2 (organizational commitment) = 0. b1 = leadership regression coefficient of 0,304 indicates that each increase leadership of one unit and variable organizational commitment remains, an increase in employee performance of 0.304. b2 = regression coefficient organizational commitment of 0.571 shows that every increase in organizational commitment of one unit and fixed leadership variables, then employee performance is 0.571. Correlation coefficient is known that R is 0.830 means that it has a very strong and direct relationship. and the multiple determination coefficient (R2) is 0.689. this shows that (X1) leadership and (X2) organizational commitment together can have an influence on variable (Y) employee performance by 68.9%. And the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other variables. Hypothesis testing at a significant level = 5% where F count is 50,956, while F tables can be obtained using table F with free degrees (df) residuals (46) as df denominator and df Regresion (treatment) that is 2 as df numerator with significant level of 0.05, so that F table 3.20 is obtained because F count (50,956)> F table (3,20) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that leadership variables and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the Ep Aset 1 Lirik. And a Partial Test is carried out where see t count the leadership variable is 2.036 in table t obtained 2.012. because t count (2,036)> from t table (2,012) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. t count for the variable organizational commitment is 4.278, in table t with db 46 and a significant level of 0.025 is obtained 2.012. because t count (4,278)> from t table (2,012) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance. From the results of the calculation, the validity test shows that r count> r table at a significance value of 5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that all data in this study are valid. And the reliability test obtained an Alpha value of 0, 837, while the r value of 0.05 with the amount of data (n) = 49 was obtained at 0.275 because the value was> 0.275, it was concluded that the results of the study were reliable

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the organization commitment, locus of control, auditor performance, audit quality reduction . The population in this study is the auditor at Public Accounting Firm second tiers in Indonesia. Collection of sample of 63 people. Data processing is done by SPSS software. The results show that  organization commitment has a positive effect on audit quality reduction. Locus of control has a negative effect on audit quality reduction. Organization amd auditor performance has a negative effect on audit quality reduction. Locus of control has a positive effect on audit quality reduction

Abstract

Pengusaha rumah tangga (home industri) bisa disebut sebagai  individu yang menjalankan bisnis, dan mampu melaksanakan tugas, tanggung jawab, dan upaya mereka dalam dalam meningkatakan pendapatan, karena mereka di dirangsang oleh program-program lembaga zakat yang banyak jumlahnya di Pekanbaru. terutama bagi mereka yang tergolong miskin. Ajaran islam sangat memperhatikan dan mengistimewakan mereka golongan miskin itu dengan konsep zakat. Sebab dengan memanfaatkan dana zakat secara produktif mampu membantu dan mensukseskan usaha golongan masyarakat miskin. Dengan kata lain pemberian modal dengan memanfaatkan dana zakat mampu menghindari mereka dari jebakan sistem riba yang dikembangkan oleh institusi keuangan mikro lain atau pihak rentenir yang menjadikan mereka sebagai lahan subur untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka. disamping itu  pendayagunaan dana zakat bertujuan untuk menghapus ketergantungan golongan miskin terhadap zakat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan (observasi) yang peneliti lakukan banyak sekali para pengusaha industri rumah tangga (home industri) yang cukup berhasil, oleh karena itu, mereka yang berhasil itu menjadi perhatian peneliti, sebab mereka itu adalah penerima dana zakat produktif yang mereka kembangkan, namun mereka masih terdapat kelemahan dan kekurangan dari berbagai aspek manajemen. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik mengangkat masalah ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berkonstribusi terhadap kesuksesan pengusaha industri rumah tangga (home industri) di Pekanbaru ini. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dalam kaedah kualitatif. Data yang diperlukan dikumpul melalui wawancara secara langsung kepada beberapa orang pengusaha industri rumah tangga yang memperoleh bantuan modal dari program lembaga zakat di Kota pekanbaru. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunujukkaan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang berkonstribusi terhadap kesuksesan para pengusaha industri rumah tangga di Pekanbaru diantaranya : adalah faktor karakter,  pengalaman berusaha dan pengamalan ajaran Agama. dari faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi  modal dan tidak berputus asa

Abstract

The most important organizational resource in addition to natural resources is its human resources. In an agency or organization required a system that can support the performance of the organization. One is the ability to achieve what has been planned. One's performance is also determined by one's ability to carry out the work or tasks assigned to it. To be able to create good performance, one of the things that must be a concern is the competence that someone has in an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of competence on the performance of employees at the Department of Fisheries and Marine Pelalawan District. The number of samples in this study as many as 41 employees. The results of this study indicate that the results of the validity of the overall item statement of the variable is valid because it obtained the value rhitung> rtabel (0.308). The results of simple linear regression test obtained value Y = 12.455 + 0.635X. From result of hypothesis test on result of t test obtained tcount (5,795) bigger than ttable value (2,022) with significant level 0.000 <0.05 which means that competence have positive and significant effect to performance. And from result of test of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value equal to 0.463 meaning contribution or contribution of influence of competence variable to performance variable equal to 0.463 or 46.3 % while the rest equal to 53.7% influenced by other variable ignored or not examined in this research

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to know the influence of empowerment, belief, and reward simultaneously and partially and to know which one the highest aspect influence employee’s commitment at mother and child hospital of Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The method of this research used quantitative research and designed with correlational research. The population in this research was 164 employees. By using random sampling method, it can be calculated that the sample was 116 respondents. Then, the data collection technic used questionnaire and interview. In finding the quantity of an independent variable, influence with dependent variable used multiple linear regression analysis. This research concluded that empowerment, belief, and reward simultaneously gave significant influence toward employee’s commitment. Partially, empowerment had significant influence, which was dominated toward employee’s commitment. Meanwhile, belief and reward did not have influence toward employee’s commitment

Abstract

A leader plays an important role in running and organizing an institution. A leader is a key person to make an institution will be a great institution . The role of a leader in an organization or group is vital. Because in that role, a leader will help the organization to realize its vision and mission. the purpose of this research can be formulated as follows: To determine the influence of Leadership on Performance of Administration Staff at district secretariat office at Rokan Hilir District. This is a descriptive quantitative research, which describes the relationship between variables to analyze numerical data using statistical methods through hypothesis testing. In this study took the entire population of employees at district secretariat office at Rokan Hilir District which consists of 37 people. Results of simple correlation analysis showed that the leadership role positively and significantly correlated to the performance of an employee or significant influence with the power of 79.8%; meaning that developments in performance of 79.8% is determined or influenced by the leadership role
