Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panam in Pekanbaru. Based on the research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this research is Bagaiamanakah pengaru h Loyalty Customer Relationship Marketing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panam in Pekanbaru .. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Loyalty Customer Relationship Marketing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panam in Pekanbaru. The data analysis in this research by using descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods descriptive analysis of data by the decomposition of the theories contained in the bibliography, and are associated with the data obtained from the research that will be collected, classified and tabulated then be concluded. And quantitative methods with simple linear regression techniques.Samples taken in this study was of 100 people, the research results are seen from the calculation that the value t count was 11 526 and for t_tabel value can be determined by the following formula: t_tabel (? / 2; n-2). Then it can be determined the value t_tabel (0.05 / 2) (100-2). Retrieved t_tabel value of 1.9844 based on the value t_tabel, it can be concluded that the value t count> t table (11 526> 1.9844) H0 is rejected it means a significant difference between Relationship Marketing on customer loyalty, and R Square obtained figures for 0575 show that 57.5% influence of independent variables (Relationship Marketing) on the dependent variable (customer loyalty) while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employees’ performance at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study were 55 people from 120 employees. The sample were taken by using random sampling (Random Sampling). The hypothesis in this study consist of F test, and T test. Based on F test result, it proved that compensation and work environment has significant effect to employee performance, indicated by value of Fcount which was bigger than Ftable (6,352 > 3,175). Based on T test proved that the compensation of work has not significant effect to employees’ performance which was shown by Tcount was bigger than Ttable (0,747 < 2,005) with significant level is 0,459 < 0,005. Work environment has significant effect to employees’ performance at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. It was shown by Tcount value was greater than Ttable (3,367 > 2,005) with significant level is 0,001) < (0,005

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. Population in this research all employees of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru which amounted to 32 people. Because the population is relatively few and less than 100 people, the sampling technique in this study using saturated sampling. Where all members of the population are sampled. So the sample in this study is 32 employees of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru .. Data analysis methods used are reliability test, and coefficient of determination. While the hypothesis test used simple linear regression test and t test. Abstract

The study was posted on PT. Personnel (Persero) Pekanbaru Regional Office, as for the purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the position mutation on employee performance at PT. Personnel (Persero) Regional Office Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees who have received mutations during work that amounted to 33 employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 33 people with saturated sample approach. Data analysis used to measure this research using descriptive and quantitative method by performing simple linear regression. The results obtained in this study through SPSS 19 data processing showed that the value of independent variables (mutation of positions) on t test obtained t count value of 3,500 is greater than the value of t table of 2.039. based on the above results can be concluded that Ho is rejected, it means that the position mutations significantly affect the performance of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office Pekanbaru. The big influence of the variable of position mutation on employee performance is 28.3% while the rest of 71.7% is influenced by other factors which are not careful in this research

Abstract

Some students have difficulty identifying the known variables, questions, and strategies for solving the given problem as well. This indicates that students' synthesis analysis ability is still low due to poorly trained. This research type is Class Action Research (PTK) because in this research to overcome the existing problem in class X at Al-Huda Foundation Pekanbaru relates to ability of low student synthesis analysis by applying direct instruction with problem solving method. Abstract

The Effect of Leadership and Motivation toward Employer Performance through Intervening Variable of Working Spirit at Pundi Bank-Riau Province. The background in this research was focused on the low of employers’ performance at Pundi bank in Riau Province. The purpose in this research were to know the effect of leadership toward working spirit, motivation toward working spirit, leadership toward employers’ performance, motivation toward employers’ performance, working spirit toward employers’ performance at Pundi Bank-Riau Province. This research used survey design, were the research sample was the employers of Indonesia Pundi Bank Tbk Company in Riau Province which located on Pekanbaru, Bengkalis Regency, Kuantan Singingi Regency and Indragiri hulu Regency. There were 149 respondents and the data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by using ….. Analysis. The research findings showed that leadership gave positive influence and significant toward working spirit; motivation gave positive influence toward working spirit; that leadership doesn`t give positive influence and significant toward performance; motivation gave positive influence toward performance; working spirit gave positive influence toward performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership and motivation to work discipline of PT. Posmetro Mandau Duri. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Posmetro Mandau Duri with 38 employes. Thus the sample in this study taken entirely, because the population is relatively little or less than 100. The research method used is multiple linear regression test, test coefficient determination and Test F. The results of this study is simultaneously leadership and motivation have a significantinfluence on the discipline of work with signification rate is 0.003.  While the  leadership by partial has a significant effect on the discipline of work, but motivation has no significant effect on employee work discipline of PT. Abstract

Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil is one of the microcredit agencies introduced in Riau Region in 1987. The establishment of BMT in Riau is very easy and the number is quite a lot, it is 84 units. The manifestation of Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil continues to prevail and operate well. He is in charge of building a small peniaga. However, the facts show that some BMTs are inactive and problematic. The impression is that customer problems that require capital can not be solved because BMT does not have the ability to run its role as a micro credit agency. This study aims to identify the viability, strengths and weaknesses of microcredit agencies in fostering small traders in Riau Province. This study answers the following three issues: 1) What affects the power of Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil in carrying out its operations. A qualitative approach to severity studies was selected to refine and address the study question. Approach and method is chosen because he is able to answer the problem of study that wants to know the factor of business continuity Baitul Mal wat-Tamwil. The structured technique is used to collect data from nine BMT executives who share their experiences in carrying out the DGH operation. The data has been analyzed by fostering themes and categories to answer the study questions. The findings of the study found that the factors that power Baitul mal wat Tamwil are: 1) Smaller trading pedestal, 2) labor cooperation

Abstract

Every good institution engaged in education or other fields, certainly has a vision and mission. In fact, there are some things that still not optimally performed by teacher educators who are at MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru, of which there are many teachers who have not completed their teaching device that should be the beginning of the semester learning devices These must already exist. And also still often found empty classes because teachers have still not even come that late hour lesson when effective progress. Population and sample in this research are as many as 47 teachers at MTs Al-Huda Pekanbaru, this study was conducted in December 2016, which is located at Jalan HR Soebrantas Pekanbaru. To answer the formulation, objectives and hypotheses of the study then used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the study that in partial Influence of working facilities to teachers working seangat (sig < 0,05), meaning that partially positive and significant impact includes work on morale of teachers, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Working environmental influences on morale of teachers (sig < 0,05), meaning that partially there is a positive influence and significant correlation between the work environment to the morale of teachers, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. That is, the better the work environment, the higher the morale of teachers, conversely the lower the quality of the work environment, the lower the morale of teachers. The influence of organizational culture on teachers 'morale (sig < 0,05), meaning that partially positive and significant effect between organizational culture on teachers' morale, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted".
