Abstract

Human resource issues in the spotlight as well as the foundation for the company to continue to survive. Human resources mempakan major role in every activity of the company. Although the number of facilities, infrastructure and resources, without the support of human resources activities of the company will not run properly. Thus mempakan human resources issues have to be considered in all his needs. Human resources will determine the successful implementation of the company's activities. For that in achieving organizational objectives required competence adequate human resources in driving performance and employee performance. The general objective of this research is separately the effect of competence on performance. The number of samples in this study as many as 52 people. The results in this study is competency has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Hall of Sumatra River Region III pekanbaru. Test equipment used in this study using simple linear regression, t test, as well as to determine the influence of variables using the coefficient of determination. In a test of the validity of the entire item statement is valid for values obtained rhitung> rtabel (0.2732). Simple regression results obtained value Y = 21 524 + 0.611X. From the results of the partial test or t test was obtained tcount (5547)> t table (2.008) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.005, meaning that the variable competence positive and significant impact on performance variables. And the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.381, or 38.1%, meaning that the level of influence or contribution made by the competence variable to variable performance of 38.1% while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all customer financing at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru until in the end of December 2015 amounted to 997 People. Samples taken as many as as 91 people refer to the formula Slovin, data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and interview. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Descriptive is a comparison between the actual reality with the theoris that had to do with problems in order to draw a conclusion and are tabuled in the form of tables of frequency distribution. While the quantitative methods of research based on the data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. Simple linear regression results in this study is Y = -1,735 + 0,331X. by using the t test, obtainet ttabel value of 19,636 and a mean value t­count 19,636>ttable 1,986, which means the quality of service have a significant effect on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru with great effect 81,20%

Abstract

This research was conducted on At PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Sian Api. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Sian Api. The population in this study amounted to 33 people. In this study, sampling using samples saturated or census, which is as many as 33 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the motivation of work affect the performance of employees. The amount of influence of organizational culture on employee performance is 60.1% while the rest of 39.1% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and formulate strategies for the development of creative economy in improving the regional economy in several districts in Riau Province. The object of research is creative industry spread in small and medium business group (MSME) spread in each research area, that is 30.000 UMKM. The contribution of fishery sector in Indragiri Hilir Regency is analyzed through shift share analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is an increase in the contribution generated, this is due to improvements in resource management in Indragiri Hilir Regency. Assessment of economic base of Indragiri Hilir Regency in this study was calculated using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis. Based on location analysis of Location Quotient, fishery sub sector is base sector for last 5 years. The base sector according to Sjafrizal (2008) is a sector whose activities can generate revenue from outside the region, the sector whose demand function is exogenous and can increase the economic growth of the region and become the backbone of the regional economy because it has a high competitive advantage. Of the sixteen attributes on the aspect of goofness and policy focus, the average of the results of the analysis suggests a poor and a mean score. This score implies that the conditions of regional economic development and creative industries business institutions in Indragiri Hilir Regency are viewed from the aspect of going and low policy focus. So this condition also demands better management through a series of integrated policies. The scores were then analyzed using the Rafed technique. The value of sustainability index of regional economic development and fishery business institution of Indragiri Hilir Regency on the aspect of go-go and the policy focus obtained by Rafed technique is 52,34. Based on the sustainability criteria, the sustainability status on the aspect of going on and the focus of this policy is on a fairly sustainable status. The stress value obtained on the Aspect of Going Out and Policy Focus is 0.1392 (13.92 percent) or still below 25 percent so Rafed's analysis meets the condition of good of fit. The value of R2 obtained is 95.27 percent, which means the model using the current variables has explained 95.27 percent of the existing model. The result of leverage analysis for the aspect of go-go and the policy focus on regional economic development and creative industry business institution of Indragiri Hilir Regency that there is no dominant attribute influence the sustainability of regional economic development and creative industry business institution of Indragiri Hilir Regency from Aspect of Going and Policy Focus, the highest leverage factor values are Community Development Policy, Interregional / Local Government Cooperation Policy and Business Competition Policy

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of economic growth to index of human development in Pekanbaru. The method used in this paper is the study of literature supported by quantitative descriptive analysis of secondary data. namely data development of HDI, districts / cities and economic growth rate in 2006-2016 BPS Pekanbaru. statistical test used is simple linear regression, tes_t, and coefficient of determination. Tests conducted to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Based on the research, it is found that economic growth has a significant negative effect on human development index. and the magnitude of the effect of economic growth variables on the human development index by 69.9 percent

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Jaya Utama Rengat. Yang mana kantornya terletak di Jalan Ahmad Yani Rengat. Kemudian penulis melakukan penganalisaan dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan metode Regresi Linear berganda, Koefisien Korelasi dan determinasi dan selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaannya Y = 13561135,523 + 0,319X1 –0.015X2 yang mana artinya adalah jika variable hutang jangka pendek sebesar 0(nol) dan variable modal kerja juga 0 (nol) Maka variabel Laba bersih  adalah sebesar 13561135,523 poin. Kemudian jika variabel hutang jangka pendek (X1) naik sebesar satu-satuan dan variable modal kerja (X2) tetap maka laba bersih juga akan naik  sebesar 0,319 poin. Begitu juga jika variable modal kerja (X2) naik sebesar 1 poin sementara variable hutang jangka pendek (X1) tetap maka laba bersih  akan berkurang sebesar 0,015 poin. Koefisien korelasinya adalah sebesar 0,95 yang artinya hubungan antara variabel hutang jangka pendek dan modal kerja mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap variable laba bersih. Selanjutnya koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 90,2 % diamana variabel hutang jangka pendek dan modal kerja mempengaruhi laba bersih adalah sebesar 90,2 %, sisanya sebesar 9,8 % dipengaruhi oleh factor lain. Kemudian Hasil uji Simultan (uji f) diperoleh Fhitung 9,189 ˃ Ftabel 0,053 artinya hutang jangka pendek dan modal kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih. Uji parsial X1  thitung 4,259 >3,1824 ttabel  artinya hutang jangka pendek secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih, dan X2 thitung  -0,149 > -3,1824 ttabel  berarti secara parsial variabel modal kerja tidak  berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih

Abstract

This research is at the Sungai Lala Sub-District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The formulation of the problem is whether the organizational culture and work placement simultaneously affected the employee's performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture and work placement simultaneously on employee performance. This study used sampling with the Census Method, which all the population became sample in this research as many as 26 respondents. To analyzed the data, this research used descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis by using Multiple Linear Regression SPSS Software Version 21. Results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis obtained Y = 1,841 + 1,016X1 + 0,129X2 a = 1,841 it means that if the organizational culture and work placement are equal to 0 (zero) or constant (no increase and decrease) then the magnitude of performance is 1,841 points, b1 = 1.016 it means that if organizational culture increases by 1 (one) unit (while permanent work placement) then performance will increase by 1,016 points, b2 = 0.129 it means tgat if work placement increases by 1 (one) unit (while organizational culture remains) then performance will experience an increase of 0.129 points. The simultaneous test results (F test) obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable, then based on data testing criteria it can be seen that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that organizational culture and work placement together (simultaneous) affect the performance. The results of the calculation of the R test, have a very strong and unidirectional relationship between organizational culture and work placement with performance, meaning that if organizational culture and work placement increases, performance will also increase and R Square values or determination coefficient of 0.647 means that the performance variables can be explained by organizational culture and work placement variables of 64.7%, while the remaining 35.3% are explained by other independent variables not examined.
