Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasam pasien pada Poliklinik Satuan Brimop Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Poliklinik Satuan Brimob Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 3.849 pasien. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 pasien dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t hitung (10.045) > t tabel (1,984) dan nilai sig 0.000 < 0,05, maka kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Poliklinik Satuan Brimop Pekanbaru.Dari hasil koefisien determinasi bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,512 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien dipengaruhi sebesar 51,2 % oleh kualitas pelayanan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Objective– The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions in purchasing Happy Soya cooking oil at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur PekanbaruMethodology/approach– Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. the total population is 84 shops, while the number of samples is also 84 shops, the sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis is descriptive and quantitative, in the form of hypothesis testing.Findings– The results of the study show that both the partial test that prices affect the shop's decision to buy goods. And the magnitude of the influence of the price variable on the purchasing decision variable is 24.70%. Meanwhile, the remaining 75.30% is influenced by other variables outside the price variable which are not examined in this study.Novelty/value– That the price variable has a negative direction towards purchasing decisions. Each increase in the price of one unit will reduce the purchase decision, and vice versa, each decrease in the price of one unit will increase the purchase decision.

This study aims to examine and identify the impact of the study program and coaching conducted by STIE Riau in collaboration with the Bangun Bonai Lestari Village Cooperative Unit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This program focuses on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the coaching model that has been implemented in Kuala Lumpur. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observations as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the study program and coaching of MSMEs has succeeded in increasing the capacity of local entrepreneurs in terms of managerial and technology utilization. In addition, this cross-country collaboration also shows the importance of support from cooperatives in optimizing the potential of MSMEs. This study suggests that similar programs be expanded with an emphasis on digital marketing aspects and better financial management.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari program studi tiru dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh STIE Riau bekerja sama dengan Koperasi Unit Desa Bangun Bonai Lestari di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Program ini difokuskan pada pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan berbasis pada model pembinaan yang sudah diterapkan di Kuala Lumpur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program studi tiru dan pembinaan UMKM berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pengusaha lokal dalam hal manajerial dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu, kerjasama lintas negara ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan dari koperasi dalam mengoptimalkan potensi UMKM. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar program serupa diperluas dengan penekanan pada aspek pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all customer financing at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru until in the end of December 2015 amounted to 997 People. Samples taken as many as as 91 people refer to the formula Slovin, data collection techniques in this study was a questionnaire and interview. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Descriptive is a comparison between the actual reality with the theoris that had to do with problems in order to draw a conclusion and are tabuled in the form of tables of frequency distribution. While the quantitative methods of research based on the data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. Simple linear regression results in this study is Y = -1,735 + 0,331X. by using the t test, obtainet ttabel value of 19,636 and a mean value tcount 19,636>ttable 1,986, which means the quality of service have a significant effect on costumer satisfaction finance at PT.Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Branch Office Pekanbaru with great effect 81,20%

This study aims to Know Sales Promotion Effect on Purchase Decision Furniture at CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 51 store, while the sampling technique using Accidental Sampling method. The data analysis in this study with descriptive and quantitative methods with simple linear regression. Based on the research results through tests T, the value is greater thitung 7,002 dati t table with ttable value of 2,009, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it means sales promotion variable (X) significantly influence the purchase decision variable (Y). It can be concluded that promotional sales significantly influence buying decisions Furniture on the CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. Based on the result of determination, so in this study can be concluded that the sales promotion variable effect of 50% on purchasing decisions furniture in the CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. while the remaining 50% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or are not examined in this study

Abstract : The study wasconducted in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Based on the background of the research stated above, the writer can formulate the problem of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of work on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. Data analysis carried out in this study was carried out using descriptive and quantitative methods with a total of 47 respondents, based on the above ouput obtained t_count of 16,999 while t_table obtained 2,0141 so this can judge that the value of t_count (16,999)> of t_table(2,0141), so that could concluded that there isa significant effect between discipline on the performance teacher or reject H0 and then could obtained value R_square or coefficient determination equal to 0,65 which has meaning magnitude influence variable free/discipline to variable bound/performance as big as 86,5% whereas the rest as big as 13,5% describes variable free others who don’t observed in research this.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Pekanbaru branch of Tambusai. The total population is 99 people with a sample size of 99 respondents. Sampling in this study using a probability sampling technique. The research method used by researchers is descriptive quantitative, with simple linear regression data analysis techniques with SPSS 23 for windows as a tool. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Pekanbaru branch of Tambusai. This can be seen from the acquisition of tcount>ttable (11,967> 1,988. This means that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and accepts Ha. Based on the simple linear regression equation Y = 5.016 + 0.668 X. Then seen from the constant of 5.016, while the quality of service (X) to satisfaction customer is proven positive b = 0.668 which means that each one-unit increase in service quality will be able to increase customer satisfaction PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Pekanbaru branch Tambusai by 0.668 units From the results of R Square (coefficient of determination) of 0.596 or 59 , 6%. This shows that the quality of service to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Pekanbaru branch Tambusai is 59.6% while the rest (100% - 59.6%) = 40.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research variable.

Technology and science that are developing rapidly give rise to modern technological products for customers. The technology that exists today is a technology that serves humans and is not just a sophisticated technology created for sophistication itself. One of them is the field of communication and information technology. The change in the advancement of communication and information technology makes the increase in the use of mobile phones faster. Along with the development of technology, the function of cellphones is not only as a telephone and SMS tool but has been referred to as a smartphone information search and entertainment tool. With a good brand image of a company's product, it is able to make the company maintain its continuity so that it continues to grow and survive amidst the onslaught of competitors and the same product. To get a good brand image label from customers, a company is able to make innovations and evaluate the products being marketed. Companies must also maintain quality, consistency, perform maintenance, and maintain good relations with consumers. The number of samples in this study were 87 people. From the results of the item validity test, the overall statement between the competence and performance variables was declared valid because the value rcount > rtable (0.2108). The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 25.527 + 0.381. From the results of the partial test or t test, the tcount value (5,641)> from the ttable value (1,98827) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the brand image variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable. And the value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.272, meaning that the influence or the magnitude of the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions is 0.272 or 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Testing the Customer Satisfaction variable on customer loyalty through the t-test can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (5,770>2,042). Thus it can be concluded that the variable Customer Satisfaction (X) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Fadira Bookstore Pekanbaru. The results of simple linear regression show Y=a+bX, namely: Y= 9,251 + 0,814X. From these equations it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. The result of R Squere is that Fadira Pekanbaru Bookstore is influenced by customer satisfaction of 52.6% while the remaining 47.4% is influenced by other variables not examined

This research was conducted on CV. XY, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at CV. XY, with the population in this study were 780 people and a sample of 89 people. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis techniques used with a significant level of 0.05 were validity test, reliability test with Cronbach alpha, t test, and simple linear regression analysis and analysis of determination R Square (R^2). The results of the analysis and the data of this study using SPSS version 21, the results of the simple linear regression equation are Y = 13,121 + 0,775 X. Based on the results of research on the t test, the value of t_count> t_table (8,272> 1,987) then the results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the data obtained from the results of the correlation analysis between variables X and Y variables obtained R Square (R²) of 0.440 or 44.0%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 44.0% while the remaining 56, 0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
