Abstract

Latar belakang: Kurangnya pengalaman dalam mengelola usahanya sendiri sering dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM, selain itu banyaknya pelaku UMKM yang tidak memikirkan bagaimana cara mengembangkan usahanya. Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong kemajuan di berbagai bidang, termasuk transaksi bisnis dengan menggunakan pemasaran digital dan media sosial yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan mengembangkan bisnisnya. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama peranan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan produk UMKM atau digital marketing. Metode: Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan di bidang digital marketing untuk UMKM di Desa Siwalan. Total ada 15 UMKM yang bergerak di sektor pangan, telah diadakan pelatihan penerapan digital marketing dan media sosial dalam pemasaran. Hasil: Pasca pelaksanaan pelatihan, lebih dari 80% pelaku UMKM di desa Siwalan memahami materi. Kesimpulan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil membuat UMKM menerapkan pemasaran digital dan media sosial dalam kegiatan jual belinya.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Stunting adalah kondisi gagal pertumbuhan pada anak baik itu pertumbuhan tubuh maupun otak. Kurangnya asupan gizi yang dikonsumsi anak sejak dalam kandungan maupun masa balita dan rendahnya pengetahuan ibu mengenai kesehatan dan gizi sebelum masa kehamilan maupun pasca hamil menjadi penyebab umum terjadinya stunting. Hal tersebut membuat stunting menjadi salah satu focus pemerintah pada target perbaikan gizi di dunia sampai tahun 2025. Tujuan: Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan pemahaman pada ibu baduta,ibu hamil dan beberapa kader posyandu yang ikut serta tentang pencegahan stunting. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan atau sosialisasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perubahan pemahaman mengenai stunting.  Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan stunting berpengaruh pada peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat. Dan faktor tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan juga keaktifan pemeriksaan ke posyandu berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Background: According to WHO upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) is an infectious disease of the upper respiratory tract which can cause a wide spectrum of disease ranging from mild infection to severe and deadly disease, depending on the causative pathogen, host factors and environmental factors. Environment-based diseases are still the leading cause of death in Indonesia. URTI disease in Indonesia is in the top 10 list of diseases in hospitals. URTI causes are related to the environmental conditions where the patient lives. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of patients and families of patients at the Muhammadiyah Sugio Clinic how to recognize risk factors for URT disease transmission. Method: The activity was carried out on Friday, September 23, 2022. Results: The results of the community service activities obtained that of the 10 patient families who participated in the activity, 50% were aware of URTI disease and 25% understood how to prevent and treat URTI disease. Conclusion: it can be conclude that this community service program has increase the knowledge of respiratory disease among inpatient at sugio muhammadiyah clini Lamongan

Abstract

A tantrum in children is a way for them to express their feelings, as they are not yet able to communicate effectively. Tantrums often occur in toddlers and preschool-aged children, typically between 3-4 years old. Community service was provided to parents and teachers through health education on how to handle tantrums in children. This activity was conducted with the hope that parents and teachers would be better able to understand the children. The community service was carried out through lectures and question-and-answer discussions. The results of this community service showed a 43% increase in knowledge after the health education was provided. There was an increase in the knowledge of parents and teachers regarding how to handle children experiencing tantrums. Health education has a significant impact on the knowledge of parents and teachers, helping them develop positive coping mechanisms when dealing with children having tantrums.

Abstract

Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in the world after Alzheimer's disease. The global prevalence of Parkinson's disease is approximately 300 cases per 100,000 people per year, increasing by more than 3% in those over 80 years old. In Indonesia, most cases of Parkinson's disease are found in individuals aged 40-70 years, with an average age of 58-62 years, and only about 5% occur in those under 40 years old. The health education on Parkinson's disease was conducted using lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. This activity took place in Deket Wetan Village, Deket Sub-district, Lamongan Regency, on Saturday, February 11, 2023, from 6:30 to 7:30 PM WIB and was attended by approximately 13 members of the PKK (Family Welfare Program). The event ran smoothly, and all participants were very enthusiastic about the activity.
