Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia because of the CV system. Sporta Jawara Indonesia is still recording manually, which has led to a search for data on ordering printing services. To solve this problem, CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia needs a system that can manage data and information in printing services. The form of research and data methods used were interviews, literature study, and observation. The diagram used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the information system design application is the Web programming language with the help of the Adobe XD application used to design the web in images, Adobe Dreamweaver and Sublime for easier coding, MySQL as a database, Xampp connector and managed PhpMyadmin. Based on research conducted at CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia can be seen that the system is running now on CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia still uses a manual recording system, therefore it must be done a new system design using a web-based system to help CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia improves performance through this system which can store and process CV data. Sporta Jawara Indonesia is a company report that is used as information for companies in making decisions. The conclusion obtained from the design of a web-based online printing service information system on CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia is the proposed system for CV. Sporta Jawara Indonesia and is expected to be able to assist companies in carrying out the ordering process and ordering data ordering. Suggestions for the CV. Abstract

Administration is something important in government system because if there is no administration then there will be a lot of thing happen like tracking and message will be uncoordinated and those data became hard to find. One important aspect in administration system is speed and that is the reason why author perform testing on administration system in sutera village named nusANTARA and implementing redis strategy in nusANTARA system so the system can be more efficient in handling user. The author uses experimental research designs to make research, while the data collection method used is the study of literature containing scientific books, theses, scientific papers, scientific journals, and other sources that related to the research topic. The system analysis technique used is object-oriented technique with Unified Modelling Language (UML) modeling. The design application uses the Laravel framework and MySQL database management system. This research produce a system that already implemented with redis strategy and compare result between old system and new system. The conclusion of this research is nusANTARA system canoot handle user more than 500 user when test take place which can be solve with implementing redis strategy that can reduce a down server time of nusANTARA. Keywords: Laravel, Redis, Jmeter

Abstract

PO Sahabat is a business venture in the field of selling merchandise such as groceries, snacks and packaged drinks and others. As for carrying out the business process, recording is done manually, so that business processes that are still done manually make business performance slow and can affect the company's business processes in the future. This method still takes a long time and is prone to calculation errors. In reporting, there are often delays in presenting inventory reports to owners and difficulties in obtaining accurate information about the amount and type of inventory. With the implementation of a computer-based inventory and sales information system, it is expected to increase sales and inventory control in a better direction and provide fast and accurate information to make decisions. Due to the limitations of the manual system, in this study, the authors used a descriptive design as a research design, while the data collection techniques used observation, interviews and literature study. Meanwhile, systems analysis techniques in designing inventory and sales information systems use Unified Modeling Language (UML) and application program design techniques using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, MySQL and Crystal Report 13. The research that has been done at PO Sahabat has produced an inventory information system, purchases of goods, returns for purchases of goods, sales of goods, goods sales returns, inventory reports, purchase reports, purchase returns reports and sales reports on PO Sahabat in order to assist in obtaining information and processing data quickly , precise and accurate. The conclusion from the results of the research that the author has conducted at PO Sahabat is expected to help PO Sahabat in minimizing errors in the data processing process and can increase work effectiveness and efficiency in order to produce faster, more precise and accurate information. Suggestions from the author for the application of a computerized system, namely the PO Sahabat provide training for users who will use the inventory and sales applications and the need for good accuracy in entering data. Keywords: Information Systems, Inventory, Sales, Barcode.

Abstract

PT Karunia Mekar Teknindo is the company that move in electricity power utilization installation selling in Kota Pontianak, where the sales activities of it is products are still done manually. There are several sales process problems with PT Karunia Mekar Teknindo, such as lack of delivering information on selling products media and constraints on the ordering and recording system, and the payments are often not confirmed so customers must come directly to the office to complete the transaction process. By using a web-based information system, it can improve the company's operational activities, especially in the sales sector. Data collection methods that used by researchers are observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The researcher uses system design analysis techniques with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling using the StarUML and the system design application that used for analyzing and designing web-based sales information systems is the PHP programming language using the Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 interface design application, and processing the database with MySQL using the XAMPP. With the design of a web-based sales information system towards PT Karunia Mekar Teknindo, it is hoped that it can improves the customer service, delivering the product information and sales activity could reach the area more widely and be able to record the transaction and inventory more accurately so it can increase the company profits.  Keywords: Information Systems, Sales, Web

Abstract

Tour guide is a profession in the field of tourism. Tour guides are responsible for accompanying tourists and providing directions and guidance to tourists. The tour guide must be able to explain the ins and outs of the places visited during the tour. Tour guides contain things that can guide visitors in exploring the entire area of tourist attractions and providing information about rides. Tourist guides are considered important because they are the reference for visitors in traveling at tourist sites. Tourism is everything related to tourism, including entrepreneurs of tourist objects and attractions and related businesses in that field. While traveling is a travel activity or part of these activities which is carried out voluntarily and temporarily to enjoy tourist objects and attractions. West Kalimantan is one of the tourist areas that has a variety of interesting tours. Most tourists visit West Kalimantan to see the natural and preserved culture and tourist attractions. Therefore, an Android-based application is designed to introduce these various tourist attractions to users, so new and appropriate innovations are needed to be better understood. So that users know some tourist attractions in West Kalimantan. This is the background for designing an application with the title "Designing an Android-Based Tourist Guide Application in West Kalimantan". The result of the research is to create an Android-based tourist guide application in West Kalimantan, which is expected to be able to provide convenience for users to find out tour guides and tourist information for West Kalimantan. The conclusion obtained by the author is that this application can display logins, registers, location of tourist attractions, show tour guides, verified status of tour guides and display detailed tour guide information.  Keywords: Apps, tour guides, Android, smartphones

Abstract

The development of competition in the business world in the health sector is very high. Every business entity always strives to improve the quality of various aspects, including information system aspects which play an important role in supporting the development of an institution. The availability of fast, accurate and timely information will greatly assist management in carrying out operational activities, especially when making important decisions by choosing a number of existing alternatives, a clinic is a health service facility that provides individual health services providing basic or specific medical services, organized by more than one type of health and led by several medical personnel. In midwifery practice, starting from patient registration, inputting patient data, diagnosing and prescribing, payments and data reports, the manual method is still used, which method is considered to be ineffective. Researchers used descriptive method as a research design. Data collection methods used are interview techniques, field observations, book literature. The system analysis and design techniques used in this research are HyperText Preprocessor (PHP), Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system design technique used in this research is the application of Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XAMPP and MySQL. Abstract

The manual system is waiting for the service process at Warung Bakso Mas Ari because the small number of servants cannot serve customers who are busy on certain days. This system will run slower because the waiter must serve one by one and add all customer orders manually, so that it will improve the service process and correct calculation problems due to lack of accuracy. Computerized systems are needed so that employees can work optimally and service faster will help solve problems in calculations. Therefore, this study was conducted to discuss an application that can streamline employee work and more accurate calculations. The author uses descriptive research designs to make research, while the data collection method used is the study of literature that includes scientific books, scientific papers, scientific journals, theses, and sources that can be shared in various media. The system analysis technique used is object-oriented technique with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The design application uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database management system. This research resulted in a web-based sales application at Warung Bakso Mas Ari. Application designed to streamline employee work and more accurate calculations. Reports generated can be viewed through the report menu available in the application. With this application, it is expected to reduce calculation errors and improve employee work. The conclusion of this research is that the application built can streamline employee work and calculate sales totals more accurately. Suggestions from writers that can be given are using barcodes to add stock data, the system can be provided online, adding notification features. Keywords: Sales, Website, Restaurant

Abstract

In a running system, CV Sumber Sahabat have computerization system that limited to purchase and sales which a simple report. CV Sumbe Sahabat still does not have web-base or e-commerce sales, where sales can only be done directly and through by sales. So that the author designed a web-base sales information system with the aim of helping CV Sumber Sahabat in wide scope of selling. The author uses descriptive research design as a research design, While the data collection method used is the method of interview, observation, and literature study. The author uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system analysis technique in sales information systems. The system design information technique used is the PHP Programming Language, DreamWeaver CS6 V 12.0 Editor and MySQL database design. The results of the research carried out in the form of a web-based sales information system at CV Sumber Sahabat which can be used to assist in selling goods in a wider scope. The page consists of inventory and sales transactions, inventory reports, daily sales reports and monthly sales reports on CV Sumber Sahabat in order to help employees obtain information and process better and quality data. Abstract

PT Rehobot Bethania Trans Pontianak is a company engaged in public transportation. With the ticket purchasing system still manually and not yet computerized, the company sometimes forgets to record the ticket buyer's name, this makes the company experience difficulties in recording data for each prospective passenger. In this study the authors used qualitative analysis methods. The method of qualitative analysis is to collect data both through observation and interviews which are then used as a description of the application design. As for the application design, the author uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. At the system design stage the author uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), where this UML is a standard modeling language consisting of a series of integrated diagrams, while for application modeling the author uses several diagrams, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, Sekuensial diagrams and class diagrams. Meanwhile, the research method used during the research is the waterfall method, namely the creation of a structured and sequential website starting from system analysis, application design, coding to the testing phase and normalization. Thus customers do not experience difficulties when they want to order tickets online. The conclusion obtained by the author is that this application can display logins, registers, ticket reservations, ticket payments, view departure schedules, order statuses and payment confirmations. Abstract

Along with the development of time, a lot of technology has become increasingly sophisticated and is present to help human work, especially in the modern era like today, computers and cellphones are indispensable to support every activity carried out by humans in all fields ranging from education to education. in daily work. The perceived benefits of using computer technology are being able to process large amounts of data, archiving data or documents and being able to generate reports automatically from data that has been previously processed on a computer. Sales is an activity carried out individually or in groups that offer goods or services that can be purchased by customers. Mobile Phone Series Store is a store that sells various types of cellphones, ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive prices, besides that this store also sells credit, vouchers and other cellphone accessories. From the background of this research the author will analyze the sales process at the Cellphone Series Store and build a web-based sales information system. The author uses a system design analysis technique that uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The system design application used is Sublime Text Editor, Xampp, MySql. The results of this study in the form of a Web-based sales information system at the Cellphone Series Store which aims to assist data processing of goods, sales and purchases and facilitate the manufacture of computerized and sales reports. From this research, it can be concluded that the system is made using web-based computer technology that can be accessed easily while making it easier for owners to record sales transactions by implementing the idea of ​​a Web-Based Sales Information System. The existence of a web-based sales information system at the Mobile Series Store makes it easier for business owners to carry out promotions with a wider range.
