Abstract

Civil servants (PNS) in military organizations play a vital role in national security. They fulfill their primary duties in accordance with their assigned class and position. TNI civil servants are essential for the execution of TNI duties, serving as a necessary complement to TNI soldiers. The collaboration between military personnel and PNS is crucial for the successful fulfillment of official responsibilities. Nevertheless, preliminary observations and interviews conducted revealed a decline in the performance of public workers from 2018 to 2021. This decline can be attributed to factors such as civil servants breaching disciplinary standards and experiencing poor levels of employee morale. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of civil servants at the TNI-AD Headquarters. This study employed quantitative research methodologies and focused on government servants at the TNI-AD Headquarters. The sample size consisted of 90 respondents, selected using a simple random sampling procedure. The data was analyzed using SPSS 25, which included conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using T-tests and F-tests. The findings indicate that leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation exert a favorable and substantial impact on the performance of PNS Indonesian Army Headquarters.

Abstract

The research, entitled "The Impact of Human Resources and Infrastructure on the Performance of Military Instructors at the Special Forces Training Education Centre (Pusdiklatpassus)", analyses the effect of human resources and infrastructure on the performance of military instructors. The research challenge is to identify the impact of these factors on troops who perform poorly. The objective is to determine the extent to which human resources and infrastructure influence the effectiveness of military instructors. The objective of this study is to describe and analyse the impact of human resources, infrastructure, and military instructor performance at the Special Forces Training Education Centre (Pusdiklatpassus). The research employs a quantitative explanatory survey methodology. A literature study and questionnaire-based field research were used to obtain data. AMOS 22.0 software is used for structural equation modelling (SEM). A sample of 71 was drawn from an 87-person population using basic random sampling. The investigation found that the Human Resources and Infrastructure variable scored 54.44%, which is satisfactory. The military instructors' 57.84% score is moderate. The hypothesis test for the impact of Human Resources and Infrastructure on Military Teacher Performance indicated a positive estimate of 3.509 (73%), with a p-value of 0.018 (<0.05). Consequently, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted, thereby indicating that Human Resources and Infrastructure affect Military Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance at the Dinas Psikologi Angkatan Darat (DISPSIAD). This research is based on the gap between theory and reality. The data shows that the average Dispsiad employee discipline score is still very low, namely 65.75 points out of 100 points. The data used in this study is primary data collected using a questionnaire. The total population is 52 and by using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling so that a sample of 38 respondents is obtained. Technical data analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 22 tool used is multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test shows that the partial test (t test) for the work discipline variable H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, as well as the competency variable H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that partially there is a significant influence on the performance of Army Psychology Service employees. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between work discipline and competence on the performance of Army Psychology Service Employees with a large influence of 48.70%.

Abstract

Puspenerbad is a combat mobility support unit for the Indonesian Army, which operates army-owned flight facilities, such as fixed wing and rotary aircraft. Puspenerbad has a strategic function in carrying out the tasks of Military Operations for War (OMP) and Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP). The personnel in it are more than 321 members with their respective specialization qualifications/ratings. Therefore, in supporting the main tasks as Airborne Flight personnel, they are required to have good and optimal performance. However, the problem with human resources for soldiers in Squadron-21/Multipurpose is the low achievement of soldier performance targets. The factors that influence performance are training, competence and work discipline. This study aims to determine training, competence and work discipline on performance in Squadron-21/Multipurpose Puspenerbad either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative research, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire and in analyzing the data using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0. Abstract

This study has a problem formulation of how the influence of leadership and work environment affects the performance of personnel at Korem 031/WB especially the personnel of Makorem 031/WB with the aim of knowing the magnitude of the influence of leadership and work environment on the performance of personnel at Korem 031/WB, especially personnel of Makorem 031/ WB. This research method uses quantitative methods with analytical testing techniques using simple linear regression, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has an influence on personnel performance by 58% and the work environment variable has a positive influence as well as 54%. Simultaneously leadership and work environment on the performance of personnel have a positive effect. So the results of the study are in line with the hypothesis that there is an influence between leadership and work environment on the performance of personnel at Makorem 031/WB.
