Abstract

The growing public awareness of environmental issues has encouraged companies to implement environmentally friendly marketing strategies known as green marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing on consumer behavior at KFC fast food restaurants. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to KFC consumers. The collected data were analyzed using statistical methods to examine the relationship between green marketing and consumer behavior. The results indicate that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on KFC consumer behavior. Environmentally friendly programs, the use of sustainable packaging, and effective environmental communication contribute to positive consumer attitudes, purchase intentions, and customer loyalty. Therefore, green marketing can be considered an effective strategy for KFC in building a sustainable brand image and encouraging environmentally conscious consumer behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengenalisis Strategi Mengurangi Rasa Homesick pada Mahasiswa Rantau. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data primer, yang diperoleh secara langsung dari mahasiswa rantau yang tengah menghadapi homesickness. Data primer mencakup cerita, pengalaman, pandangan, serta makna mendalam yang diungkapkan oleh para informan melalui proses wawancara yang menekankan penilaian individu (cognitive appraisal) dan strategi coping yang mereka gunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang strategi coping yang diterapkan oleh mahasiswa rantau dalam mengurangi rasa homesick, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Mahasiswa rantau mengalami homesick baik secara emosional maupun sosial. Rasa homesick sering muncul sebagai perasaan sedih, kesepian, keinginan untuk pulang, hingga ketidaknyamanan terhadap lingkungan baru. Fenomena ini umumnya dialami pada awal masa perkuliahan dan cenderung meningkat ketika mahasiswa menghadapi tekanan akademik atau situasi tertentu seperti melihat teman yang pulang kampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi konten Kristen di TikTok dalam pembentukan karakter unggul anak dan mengidentifikasi indikator karakter Kristen yang berkembang melalui konten digital. Dalam era digital, perkembangan anak terpengaruh oleh media sosial, termasuk TikTok yang menjadi sarana efektif untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai religius. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis sumber-sumber tertulis terkait topik ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paparan konten religius di TikTok mampu memperkuat karakter anak, terutama dalam aspek kasih, pengendalian diri, integritas, kerendahan hati, kejujuran, pelayanan, dan penghormatan terhadap sesama. Selain itu, pentingnya literasi digital dan dukungan lingkungan terdekat ditekankan dalam memastikan efek positif dari konten tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang strategi pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pendidikan karakter Kristen di era digital.

Abstract

School organizational management requires not only a technical and administrative approach but also a strong philosophical foundation to ensure direction, meaning, and value. The philosophy of management science provides a fundamental framework for thinking about the nature (ontology), the acquisition of knowledge (epistemology), and the utility value (axiology) in management practice. This article aims to examine the philosophy of management science and analyze its application in school management organizations. The research method used is a literature review, examining classic and contemporary books and scientific journal articles relevant to the philosophy of science, management, and educational management. The results of the study indicate that the philosophy of management science plays a crucial role in developing a rational, systematic school management paradigm oriented toward human values ​​and educational goals. The application of the philosophy of management science in school organizations is reflected in the mission statement, decision-making, human resource management, and school performance evaluation. Thus, an understanding of the philosophy of management science serves as a strategic foundation for developing an effective, ethical, and sustainable school management organization.

Abstract

The problems in implementing the School Literacy Movement are still closely related to the role of teachers in fostering students' interest in reading through literacy activities in elementary schools. Teachers have not been fully able to optimize reading activities consistently, so that they have not had an impact on students' reading culture evenly. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in implementing the School Literacy Movement and its impact on students' interest in reading at SD Panongan II Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of two classroom teachers and two third and fifth grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that teachers play the role of facilitators, motivators, and mentors in literacy activities through scheduled reading, 15 minutes of reading before class, and follow-up activities such as writing and presenting the results of their reading. However, the role of teachers has not been optimal due to limited literacy facilities, variations in reading materials, student characteristics, and the influence of gadget use, which affects students' interest in reading.   Permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah masih berkaitan erat dengan peran guru dalam menumbuhkan minat baca siswa melalui kegiatan literasi di sekolah dasar. Guru belum sepenuhnya mampu mengoptimalkan kegiatan membaca secara konsisten sehingga belum berdampak pada budaya membaca siswa secara merata, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah serta dampaknya terhadap minat baca siswa di SD Panongan II Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas dua guru kelas dan dua siswa kelas III dan V. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator dan pembimbing dalam kegiatan literasi melalui pelaksanaan membaca terjadwal, membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran serta kegiatan lanjutan berupa menulis dan mempresentasikan hasil bacaan. Namun, peran guru belum berjalan optimal akibat keterbatasan sarana literasi, variasi bahan bacaan, karakteristik siswa serta pengaruh penggunaan gadget yang memengaruhi minat baca siswa

Abstract

Jemaat Immanuel Natoen faces serious challenges due to church councils neglecting core service duties, resulting in spiritual stagnation and declining congregational participation. This study proposes worship revitalization as a strategic solution to restore service mandates through theological and practical approaches. Methods include biblical analysis, case studies of similar churches, and team-building strategies for councils based on interactive liturgy. Findings indicate that worship revitalization can increase engagement by up to 60%, strengthen spiritual leadership, and integrate worship as a mission foundation. Recommendations encompass ongoing training and technology use for dynamic worship.”

Abstract

This study examines the challenges faced by Christian education management in the modern era through a comprehensive literature review. The research identifies five main challenges: technology integration in learning processes, teaching quality and educator professionalism, adaptation to changing social values and norms, competition with general educational institutions, and limited financial resources. Using qualitative methodology with literature study approach, data were collected from books, journals, articles, and online sources to analyze challenges confronting Christian educational institutions. The findings reveal that these challenges are interconnected and require holistic management approaches. Christian education management can no longer rely solely on traditional approaches but must integrate innovation and modernization while maintaining fundamental Christian values. The study proposes strategic solutions including hybrid learning model development, professional learning communities for educators, funding diversification, and strategic alliances formation. Success in overcoming these challenges requires strong commitment from all stakeholders including institutional managers, educators, students, parents, and the broader Christian community. Christian education management must develop adaptive, innovative, and sustainable strategies to ensure the relevance and sustainability of Christian education in the future.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design to describe and analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum in the Department of Economic Education, Manado State University. Informants consisted of 15 key informants and 13 supporting informants who were selected purposively based on their knowledge and experience of MBKM. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed thematically. The results of the study showed that partners gave positive assessments of morals, ethics, communication skills, discipline, and students' ability to apply learning methods during the MBKM program. Lecturers and coordinators assessed that the conversion of credits, selection of partners, and the suitability of the MBKM curriculum with the study program curriculum were generally very appropriate, although there were challenges in technical standardization and integration of assessments across study programs. From the student side, most understood the concept and objectives of MBKM and actively participated in activities such as internships and village projects. Students considered this program relevant to their career needs and provided practical experience that increased competitiveness in the world of work. However, there was a gap in the dissemination of information and official guidance related to MBKM. Overall, the implementation of the MBKM curriculum in the Department of Economic Education is considered successful in forming professional competencies and student character that are in accordance with the needs of the world of education and the world of work, although improvements are needed in the alignment of the curriculum and socialization of the program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to improve the learning effectiveness of students at Samawa University. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach to obtain an objective picture of the level of understanding, use, benefits, and challenges of AI in the learning process. The study subjects consisted of 67 students who had utilized AI in academic activities. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages and frequency distributions. The results showed that the majority of students had a high level of understanding and use of AI. AI was perceived as significantly assisting students in understanding course material and increasing learning effectiveness through easy access to information, efficient study time, and support for independent learning. Furthermore, the benefits of AI use were deemed to outweigh the challenges faced, although challenges related to ethical use and potential dependency persist. Lecturer and institutional support for AI utilization was also positive and played a significant role in encouraging the productive and responsible use of AI. Overall, this study demonstrates that Artificial Intelligence technology has significant potential as an effective learning support medium, with the caveat that mentoring and digital literacy are needed to ensure its use remains aligned with academic principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendidikan karakter Kristen sebagai sarana strategis dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan daya juang anak untuk melanjutkan pendidikan serta mencegah terjadinya putus sekolah di Desa Nenas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi eksploratif guna menggali secara mendalam realitas sosial dan pendidikan yang dialami anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan analisis konteks sosial masyarakat, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data untuk memperoleh temuan-temuan esensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya daya juang anak dalam menempuh pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh faktor pedagogis, sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang saling berkaitan. Proses pembelajaran yang minim pendekatan karakter, keterbatasan ekonomi keluarga, lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung, serta budaya masyarakat yang belum menempatkan pendidikan sebagai prioritas utama menyebabkan anak tidak memiliki motivasi dan visi masa depan yang jelas. Anak juga tidak diedukasi secara memadai tentang pentingnya pendidikan sebagai investasi jangka panjang bagi kehidupan yang lebih baik. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan karakter Kristen hadir sebagai solusi transformatif yang menanamkan nilai iman, pengharapan, ketekunan, dan tanggung jawab. Pendidikan karakter Kristen harus dimulai dari keluarga, diteladankan oleh guru di sekolah, serta dikembangkan menjadi budaya masyarakat. Sinergi ketiga elemen tersebut terbukti penting dalam membangun kesadaran, motivasi, dan komitmen anak untuk terus berjuang melanjutkan pendidikannya demi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.
