Abstract

This study aims: (1) To describe Planning martial arts education management PerPi Harimurti Yogyakarta (2) The organization of educational management and planting martial arts noble character value (3) The management of martial arts education in order to instill values of noble mind (4) Evaluation formation of noble character values in Universities Pencak Silat PerPi Harimurti Yogyakarta.This study used a qualitative descriptive research refers more phenomenological perspective and naturalistic. The data in this study were obtained from several sources that the Board of Elders or Swordsman, teachers / trainers, and students. The data were obtained by using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. These data were analyzed using domain analysis and analysis of theme, namely, learning, analyze, interpret and draw conclusions from the phenomena that exist in the field.The results showed that (1) management planning has been quite good and has met the standard concept of planning (2) organizing the management of martial arts education in college Harimurti PerPi is good enough. The division of duties, responsibilities, and authority specified in the meeting (Elders, Council Swordsman and Master), Related to instill values PerPi Harimurti budipekerti noble college had tried to be implemented optimally (3) The chairman of the martial arts college PerPi Harimurti implement a democratic system in his leadership. Every decision is always discussed by PerPi Harimurti kadhang or residents. Planting Value noble mind in college PerPi Harimurti Pencak Silat is good, in view of the value in the input planting noble character in the syllabus and teaching rpp (4) relating to the evaluation, University of Pencak Silat PerPi Harimurti make improvements so that students or teachers (coaches ) can improve outcomes value.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the mechanism for administering the accelerated class program in State Junior High School 1 Muntilan and the effectiveness of  implementation of accelerated class program in Junior High School 1 Muntilan Magelang  Regency measured using resource approach, process approach and goals approach.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted in State Junior High School 1 Muntilan Magelang Regency in 2013/2014 Academic Year which involved the headmaster, the manager of acceleration class program, the school committee, the teachers, and the students of accelerated class program as the participants of this research. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity and the reliability of the instrument were conducted by using triangulation technique. The data analysis used was  interactive modal which included collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and making a conclusion.The results of this study indicate that in general the implementation of an accelerated program at SMP Negeri 1 Muntilan  Magelang Regency  had been running effectively, in terms of input, process, and out put components. The effectiveness of the program in terms of acceleration input components that included the acceleration students, acceleration teachers, the curriculum and the infrastructure of acceleration program was quite effective. The evidences show that the school successfully prepared all input components as needed. The effectiveness of the program in terms of the acceleration process which included the components of teaching and learning, guidance and counseling and evaluation of learning outcomes had been effective. The effectiveness of the program in terms of the acceleration component output which included the completion of the period of study and academic achievement had also been effective. It was proved that all students were able to complete the accelerated program during the study period of 2 years with again value of the subjects tested nationally over7.5.

Abstract

The Influence Mastery of Information and Communication Technology, Educational Experience, and  working Motivation to the teachers Working Productivity of  Early Childhood Education (ECE) nonformal in Semanu Gunungkidul Academic Year 2013/2014.The purposes of this research  to analyze the influence mastery of information and communication technology, educational experience, and working motivation to the teachers working productivity of ECE non-formal in Semanu either simultaneously and partially.The experiment was conducted of ECE nonformal institutions in Semanu the academic year 2013/2014 with a population of 150 teachers. The sample was 113 teachers. Technique of determining the number of samples refers to the nomogram table Harry King with base error rate of 5% and the distribution of the sample proporsional. Data collected through a questionnaire. Validation of instruments used, namely the construction of the validation test instrument reliability Cronbach alpha technique is tested on 30 samples taken at random. Prerequisite  analysis test were normality test, and test linearity multikolinieritas. The data analysis used were multiple regression test, F test and partial correlation test and coefficient of determinasi.The results of the this research showed: 1) There was a positiive that significant influence mastery of information technology and communications, educational experiences, working motivation simultaneously to the teachers working  productivity of non-formal ECE in Semanu. The Results of partial correlation analysis showed (2) There was no a positive that significant influence mastery of information and communication technologies to the teachers working productivity of non-formal ECE in Semanu. (3) There was a positive that significant influence of the educational experience to the teachers working  productivity of non-formal ECE in Semanu. (4) There was a positive that significant influence of the working motivation to the teachers working  productivity of non-formal ECE in Semanu.

Abstract

The purpose of  research  is to describe how the christian spirituality and religiousity play role, influence, and base for  educational quality in Junior High School. These christian spirituality and religiousity are exist in every aspects in educational of management are included as  planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating.This  research used the qualitative research  and  qualitative metodology. One of the characteristic of this research model was that the research was done in  restricted population. In other hand, this research tried to find a meaning behind the fenomena. The collecting of field data has gotten through field observation, survey, interview, and documents collection. This research was done in SMP Bhakti Mulia Wonosobo. The data were analyzed by giving some meanings and  researcher created a narrative writing and made a conclution.The results of this research pointed out about the christian spiritualiy and religiosity. It was a  spirit or a  soul or an energy that appear in some educational ideas in teacher’s meeting  community context in SMP Bhakti Mulia Wonosobo. Christian spiritualiy and religiousity influence student’s charracter building as well. The christian spirituality and religiousity aspects were exist through planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. All of those were actuated by teachers and staffs. They were encouraged by spirit of love (Agape) and worship as core of the christian’s faith. Ideologically, all christ’s disiples has to love and serve their neighbor every time and everywhere. The conclution also pointed out to the increasing of educational quality was  not only seen through student’s achievement in the main subject in Junior High School’s  curriculum, but also it was seen through in the performance of student’s charracter building.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables of school leadership, professional competence, and creativity of the teacher to the dependent variable in the teacher preparation curriculum implementation in the district in 2013 Junior High Middle Ternate Year 2013/2014. The population of this study are all teachers of SMP Negeri 6 SMP 7, SMP Al-Khairat and Islamic junior totaled 208 teachers and the sample of 137 teachers based on the nomogram table Herrera King. This type of research is correlative with the quantitative approach. The results showed there is a significant positive effect between school leadership, professional competence, and creativity of teachers to the readiness of teachers in curriculum implementation in the district in 2013 Junior High Middle Ternate either simultaneously or partially. Based on the value of the effective contribution of the independent variables showed the most dominant variable in the readiness of teachers in curriculum implementation in 2013 is a professional competence variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how far the influence of:  Mastery Teacher competence, leadership and achievement motivation Principal jointly and severally on the performance of elementary school teachers with a system full day in Wonosobo regency.This research was conducted in three primary schools with full day School system in Wonosobo regency. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. The subjects of this study were teachers from SD IT InsanMulia, SD Al Madina, SD Muhammadiyah Bilingual Full Day School (MBF) Al Adzkiya ,totaling 55 respondents. This study used a test used because of time constraints. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire or a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression with three predictors. Hypothesis Testing is jointly carried out using F-test.The results showed that (1) mastery of teacher competence, leadership and achievement motivation Principal jointly affect the performance of teachers with a contribution of 79.4% (2) mastery of teacher competence independently affect the performance of the teachers with the effective contribution of 25, 24%, (3) the leadership of Principal independently affect the performance of the teachers with the effective contribution of 14.36%, (4) achievement motivation of teachers independently affect the performance of the teachers with the effective contribution of 39.81%. This suggests that the three independent variables are mastering competence of teachers, school leadership and achievement motivation considerable influence on the performance of teachers. If the three independent variables together, or individually to increase, the performance of teachers will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to describe The influence of the headmaster’s leadership, teacher’s performance, and school culture to wards school quality of junior high school in Kertek subdistrict Wonosobo Regency, for public and private schools in 2014/2015 academic year.This research was quantitative study that explains of phenomenon of research based on the fact that measured quantitative data. The data were taken from the population of junior high school teachers in Kertek Wonosobo, Central Java. The sample of  research was taken by using proportionale  random sampling technique.  The data collection is managed using questionnaire instruments. These data were analysed using multiple regression analysis with three predictors. The hypotheses tests were handled using F-test or ANOVA and using partial test (t-test) respectively. The data were tested using the prerequisite test. They were normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test with a significance         level 5 %.Based on the  results of the study, the writer may conclude that, (1) the headmaster’s leadership, teacher’s performance, and school culture have a positive effect on school quality of junior high school in kertek subdistrict wonosobo regency, (2) partially the headmaster’s leadership has a positive effect  on school quality of junior high school in kertek subdistrict wonosobo regency (3) partially teacher’s performance, has a positive effect on school quality of junior high school in kertek subdistrict wonosobo regency (4) partially school culture on has a positive effect school quality of junior high school in kertek subdistrict wonosobo regency. Collectively  the effective contribution percentage’s  67,7 %. Partially the effective  contribution percentage of, (1) the headmaster’s leadership on school quality is 19,082 % (2) teacher’s performance on school quality is 35,445%  and school culture on school quality is 13,154 %

Abstract

This research is conducted to discover the Influence of Education and Training Experience, Tenure, and the Leadership on the Working Performance of Vocational School Teachers in Wonosobo regency, for public and private schools in 2014/2015 academic year.This research is a correlative study to find out the relationships among variables indicated by the correlation coefficient. The data were taken from the population of vocational teachers in Wonosobo, Central Java. The research data were executed using proportional random sampling. The data collection is managed using questionnaire instruments. These data were analysed using multiple regression analysis with three predictors. The hypotheses tests were handled using F-test or ANOVA and using partial test (t-test) respectively. The data were tested using the prerequisite tests. They were normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test with a significance level of 5%.Based on the results of this study, the writer may conclude that, (1) there is a positive and significant effect of educational and training experience, tenure and leadership on the working performance of vocational school teachers in Wonosobo, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of educational and training experience on the working performance of vocational school teachers in Wonosobo, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of tenure on the working performance of vocational school teachers in Wonosobo, (4) there is a positive and significant effect of leadership on the working performance of vocational school teachers in Wonosobo. All of the effective contribution percentage is 60.5 %. The positive influence means,the higher  education and training experience, tenure, leadership, the higher the influence forwards the teacher working performance.

Abstract

The reasearch aims to determine how much influence the work motivation, teaching experience and working environment either jointly or individually in the Automotive Engineering teacher’s professionalism at Vocational High School in Wonosobo regency Academic Year 2014/2015This reasearch uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design . The variables in this study is the professionalism of teachers as the dependent variable , while the independent variable is the motivation to work , teaching experience , and the work environment . The data revealed by Automotive Engineering teachers at Vocational High School in Wonosobo regency totaling 73 people spread across 11 vocational schools either public or private status . The data were obtained by using a questionnaire instrument with closed questions. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis for the influence jointly and partial correlations for the effect of partiallyFrom the results, (1) There is a significant influence of the work motivation, teaching experience and working environment on the automotive engineering teacher’s professionalism at Vocational High School in Wonosobo regency academic year 2014/2015 which influence the effectiveness of 59.6 % (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the work motivation on the automotive engineering teacher’s professionalism at Vocational High School in Wonosobo regency academic year 2014/2015 which influence the effectiveness of28.281 %, (3) There is a positive and significant influence of teaching experience on the automotive engineering teacher’s professionalism at Vocational High School in Wonosobo regency academic year 2014/2015 that influence the effectiveness of 21.040 %. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on the automotive engineering teacher’s professionalism at Vocational High School in Wonosobo regency that influence the effectiveness of 11.840 %.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the influence of: (1) the leadership behavior perception, teachers’ work motivation and teachers’ professional development toward the teachers’ performance (2) the leadership behavior perception partially againsts teachers’ performance (3) the teachers’ work motivation against the teachers’ performance (4 ) teachers’ professional development againsts the teachers’ performance.This research was conducted in the high schools belong to Al-Asy’ariyyah Foundation, Kalibeber, Wonosobo. This research was a quantitative study using survey method. SMA Takhassus Al-Qur’an Wonosobo, The subjects of this research are 95 teachers of  SMK Takhassus Al-Qur’an Wonosobo and MA Takhassus Qur’an Wonosobo . This research used employed experiment because it is a population research. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regressions with three predictors. The integrated hypothesis testing conducted by using F-test followed by t-test. The data analysis was conducted by using SPSS v.16. The total effective contribution was gained from  the result of determination coefficient value multiple by the Standardized Beta Coefficient  with Zero-order Correlations value multiplied by 100% for each independent variable.The results of the data analysis show that:  (1) The leadership behavior perception, teachers’ work motivation and teachers’ profesional development simultaneously give  significantly positive influence to the teachers’ performance by 58,57%, (2) The perceptions of leadership behavior give unsignificantly positive  influence to the teachers’ performance with the effectiveness contribution at 6,01%, (3) The work motivations give  unsignificantly positive influence to the  teachers’ performance with the effectiveness contribution at 12,61%, (4) The teachers’ professional development give very significant positive influence to the teachers’ performance with the effectiveness contribution at 39,95%.
