Abstract

The aim of this study were: (1) To determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and competence together on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014; (2) To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014; (3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014; (4) To determine the effect on the performance of employee competence AAU Yogyakarta in 2014; and (5) To determine the performance of civil servants and employees AAU Yogyakarta Yogyakarta AAU members of the military in 2014. Research conducted at the AAU Yogyakarta on July 1 until August 1, 2014. The variables in this study are organizational culture, job satisfaction, competence and performance of employees. The population in this study were all employees of Employees AAU Yogyakarta totaling 538 people. The amount of sample is 208 people, with details of 104 military personnel and 104 civil servants. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) organizational culture, job satisfaction and competence positive and significant impact on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014 amounted to 37.58%; thus the better the organizational culture, job satisfaction and competence of the employee's performance is increasing AAU Yogyakarta. (2) Organizational culture positive and significant impact on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014 amounted to 8.26%; thus the better the culture of the organization, the AAU Yogyakarta employee performance will increase. (3) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014 amounted to 15.96%; thus the better the job satisfaction of the employee's performance will increase AAU Yogyakarta. (4) Competence positive and significant impact on employee performance AAU Yogyakarta in 2014 amounted to 13.35%; thus the better the competence of the employee's performance is increasing AAU Yogyakarta. (5) There is a significant difference in the performance of civil servants AAU Yogyakarta (70.62) and TNI members AAU Yogyakarta (66.86) in 2014. Thus, the performance of civil servants AAU Yogyakarta higher than the performance of military members AAU Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explain the implementation of clinical supervision by a supervisor. Planning, implementing, and evaluating for subject teachers that be tested in the national examination in SMP Bantul Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. The clinical supervision can improve the capability of work for subject teachers that be tested in the national examination in Bantul Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. This research is a kind of qualitative descriptive research. It is located in SMP in Bantul Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. The data are obtained from two resources . they are in the field and documents. The result of this research show of clinical supervision, it can improve the capability of work for subject teachers that be tested in the national examination for SMP degree in Bantul subdistrict, Bantul Regency. It can be knew from (1) the implementation for clinical supervision in SMPN Bantul Subdistrict, Bantul Regency had been suitable for the procedure planning, implementing, and evaluation phases, (2)The implementation of clinical supervision has a role in learning process, in fact the teachers have been able to make or arrange a lesson plan, to use and benefit the learning media, etc, (3) there are some obstacles with related by implementing clinical supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Manajemen pendidikan karakter yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan presatasi siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Srandakan, (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan karakter sebagai upaya meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Srandakan, dan (3) Prestasi siswa setelah diterapkan manajemen karakter. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Srandakan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Sumber data penelitian meliputi pengawas, kepala sekolah, guru, komite, pengawas sekolah, dan para siswa SMP Negeri 1 Srandakan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskritif kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter di SMP 1 Srandakan ditinjau dari dimensi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan belum berjalan secara optimal. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di SMP 1 Srandakan adalah: a) adanya pendampingan dari tim Pusat Kurikulum (Puskur), b) menjadi piloting sekolah karakter, dan c) adanya dukungan Komite Sekolah. Adapun faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pendidkan karakter di SMP 1 Srandakan adalah: a) pendidikan karakter melibatkan banyak elemen, b) masyarakat belum mengerti tentang pendidikan karakter, c) media massa yang tidak menampilkan program edukatif, dan d) sebagian besar guru belum melakukan evaluasi terhadap karakter siswa. Prestasi siswa SMP 1 Srandakan ditinjau dari hasil Ujian Nasional dalam tiga tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan.

Abstract

The Influence of Creativity Development, Effort Motivation and Environmental Condition to the Increase in income of PKH Program Participant Alumni Held by Yogyakarta Special Region Education, Youth and Sport Office 2011. Thesis. Yogyakarta: Postgraduate Program, Education Management Study Program, Yogyakarta Taman Siswa University, 2013. The research is aimed at studying the influence of creativity development, effort motivation and environmental condition to the increase in income of PKH participants alumni held by Yogyakarta Special Region Education, Youth and Sport Office 2011. This was a influence study employing a quantitative approach, with 510 populations of PKH participant alumni, spread to 25 institutions as the block-grant beneficence of the Yogyakarta Special Region Education, Youth and Sport Office 2011. The research covered 163 alumni samples spread to 15 institutions for the research feasibility based on Harry King nomogram calculation with 5% error while 208 failed to reach, using Proportionate Random Sampling technique and questionnaire data collection. The questionnaire was tested on 30 respondents out of the samples through the validity and reliability tests. Data analysis utilized double correlation and partial correlation techniques, with SPSS version 16 data processor. The descriptive analysis reveals that variables of creativity development, effort motivation and environmental condition to the increase in income of PKH participant alumni held by Yogyakarta Special Region Education, Youth and Sport Office 2011 indicate 0.559 so then moderate category, proven by the score between 0.40 – 0.599. Thus, the study shows the positive and significant simultaneous effect among creativity development, effort motivation and environmental condition to the increase in income of PKH participants alumni held by Yogyakarta Special Region Education, Youth and Sport Office 2011. Meanwhile, the variable of creativity development is the dominant factor, for it has the greatest effective and relative contribution among the other variables. Effective contribution sequentially from the greatest is creativity development based on the participant basic skills, environmental condition and effort motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the review of the effect of economic status, knowledge of vocational schools, and motivating parents to intention to continue to secondary school vocational secondary school students in the District of Wonosobo State.This research is a quantitative study that explains the phenomenon of research based on the facts that measured quantitative data . Data were drawn from the population of all class IX students at Junior High School in the District of Wonosobo. Number of Junior High School in the District of Wonosobo three (3 ) schools. Samples taken amounted to 243 people with a proportional random purposive sampling technique. Instrument research using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used of linear regression equation. Testing requirements analysis used normality test, linearity, and multicollinearity test with a significance level of 95%.Based on the results of this study concluded that: (1) There was the influence of economic status, knowledge and motivating parents to interest of Junior High School students to continue in vocational schools in the District of Wonosobo. (2) There was a negative and significant effect of the economic status of parents to interest of Junior High School students to continue in vocational schools in the District of Wonosobo. Economic status of parents of low cultivate students' interest to continue higher vocational education. (3) There was a positive and significant effect of the knowledge of parents to interest of Junior High School students to continue in vocational schools in the District of Wonosobo. Knowledge of vocasional parents can better be a source of information for the child so that it has a higher interest to continue in vocational schools. (4) There was a positive and significant effect of motivating parents to interest of Junior High School students to continue in vocational schools in the District of Wonosobo. Motivation is provided by parents can increase the interest of students to attend school in vocasional. Interest in junior high school students to continue their education in vocational should be based on the good judgment that is consistent with the purpose of vocational education. Economic community groups as well as middle and high school committees should be given the socialization of vocational education goals better.

Abstract

This research aims at determining the impact of pedagogical, personality, professional, and social competency mastery towards teacher of SMKN 2 Wonosobo performance in academic year 2013 / 2014.The qualitative research is correlative in nature, i.e. finding correlation between variables shown in coefficient correlation numbers. The data were collected by questionnaire which its reliability and validity have been tested before. The questionnaire testing was conducted to 30 teachers of SMKN 1 Sapuran as respondents. The research population is the teachers of SMKN 2 Wonosobo which was stated by random sampling and nomogram Herry King with an error rate of 5%. The data analysis used SPSS 16.0 before analized, the data were tested about its prerequisite normality, linearity, and multicolinearity. The data analysis were multiple regression, and partial correlation.The research result shows that pedagogical, personality, professional, and social competency commands either conducted integratively or separately give very convincing and positive impact towards teachers of SMKN 2 Wonosobo performance in academic years 2013/2014. The higher the pedagogical, personality, professional, and social competency command either integratively or separately, he higher the teachers’ performance. On the contrary, the lower pedagogical, personality, professional, and social commands integratively towards teacher of SMKN 2 Wonosobo performance in academic year 2014 is 31,3% and the impact from the other factors is 68,7%. Separately, pedagogical competency command towards teachers’ performance give the biggest impact i.e 16,1% while personality competency command give the least impact 10,6%, professional competency command gives the least impact, i.e. 0,2% and social competency command gives impact 3,4%.

Abstract

The research aims to know: 1) the model of implementating educational management on pupil’s moral values, 2) educational management in moral values for the children, 3) the cooperation with other institutions, and 4) the barriers of moral values.This research used qualitative research by study case design. This research is done at the beginning of  March until May 2014. Data was collected by obeservation,  interview, and analyzing document. Analysis  through the phase of data reducing,  data displaying up to the making conclusion or verification.The result are: first, the implementation of education management models of moral values carried through habituation learning in the classroom by providing hands-on experience to students. Among say hello, shake hands, and pray together. Second, management education moral values are integrated in the school's annual program that is boarding lightning and Eid Sacrifice. Third, cooperation is performed between the citizens of the school, college, institute of psychology and surrounding communities. Fourth, the obstacle is the lack of an exemplary figure of parents guardians of students in the school. External barriers are less supportive family environment on children's positive habituation.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the student management in junior high school 1 (SMP Negeri 1) Magelang city in order to improve the quality human resource. In detail, this research aims to determine: new admission, management quality improvement of human resources (students) in accordance with the curriculum, extracurricular activities and fostering interest student talent and the obstacles that are faced.This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analytical approach. The research was conducted in June – July 2014. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The Sources of data consisting of the principal, vice-principal of student field. The data analysis was consist of reduction, display, and conclusion / drawing / verification.The results showed that: first, the implementation of student management in order to increase the superior human resources has been running well. Acceptance of the new set in online way as Education Department of Magelang City System. Second, developing the quality of student through the implementation of teaching and learning activities or through extracurricular activities carried out systematically. Teaching and learning activities tailored to the curriculum in 2013. Third, the management of extracurricular activities carried out systematically. The school and extracurricular participant select a target to win the competition. School provides a means of activities, trainer and coaches, and scheduling of activities and special briefing for students who will advance in the competition. Full implementation by teacher coaches and trainers. Fourth, the obstacles that are faced, such as the limitations of coaches and basketball time in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is: (1) To determine the curriculum in junior management planning Integrated Ma'Arif Muntilan Magelang in order to improve students' character; (2) To determine the organization of the various components of the Integrated junior high school in Magelang Muntilan Ma'Arif order to properly implement the curriculum; (3) To determine the mobilization of the various components of the Integrated junior high school in Magelang Muntilan Ma'Arif; and (4) In order to determine surveillance Integrated curriculum in junior Maarif Muntilan Magelang.The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Research at SMP ISAM Ma'Arif Gunungpring Muntilan Magelang. The study lasted for six months starting in May 2014 in the subject of this research is the principal, teachers, and administrators Administrative head of the school committee. Data collection methods in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis.The final conclusion is that the management of the Integrated Islamic School curriculum in order to increase student kankarakter Secondary School Integrated Ma'Arif Gunungpring Muntilan Magelang District has worked well with implementing management planning curriculum, organizing the various components of the school, the mobilization of the various components of the school, as well as curriculum supervision optimal. It can be described as follows: 1) Planning Integrated management of the curriculum in junior Ma'Arif Muntilan Magelang in order to improve the character of the students is done every enters the new school year 2) The organization of the various components of the Integrated junior high school in Magelang Muntilan Ma'Arif order to properly implement the curriculum includes the school division of the school curriculum in order to enhance the student's character can be implemented;3) Mobilisation of the various components of the school includes students, teachers, staff, funds, facilities, curriculum and other resources of which include direct efforts of the school community to be willing to carry out the task; 4) The supervision over the management of the curriculum in order to improve students' character whom include monitoring the performance of school teachers in the implementation of the curriculum in improving the character of the student.
