Abstract

The purpose of this research are  (1) to determine how the performance of teachers in Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo ?, (2) to determine how the effectiveness of supervision conducted by the principal in order to improve the performance of teachers in Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo ? , (3) to determine whether the principal obstacles encountered in carrying out supervision visits classes in order to improve the performance of teachers in Junior High school 2 Selomerto Wonosobo ? .The research source in this research were citizens of Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo district , which consists of the principal, superintendent of education in the field of Junior High School Sub -District 6 Wonosobo district , committee , teachers, administrations , students in Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo .This research approach uses qualitative research approach , data collection procedures used were : (1) observation ,(2) interview and (3) dokumentation.And the technique of analyzing data that is  descriptive analysis - qualitative , without the use of quantitative techniques and also the techniques of checking the validity of the data is done by a number of criteria including the degree of confidence ( credibility ) , the dependence ( dependability) , and certainty (confirmability) so that the data collected can be accountable.The results obtained are: (1) Teachers performance in Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo is good, because the teachers in Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo has done the duties based on the indicators of Teachers performance (2) supervision that is done by the Principal in the Context of Performance Enhancing Teacher Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo is very effective, it means that it must be done continuously and impronegly (3) the principal obstacles encountered in implementing classroom visit supervision to improve the performance of the teachers in Junior High School 2 Selomerto Wonosobo is the time constraint because the busy time.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: First, the implementation of Boarding School which includes planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up to achieve the goal in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar District of Wonosobo regency, Second, the relation of  Boarding School with efforts to improve the learners' learning achievements of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar District of Wonosobo regency, and third, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of Boarding School Action Reviews in order to improve the learning achievement of students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar Distric of Wonosobo regency .The research was conducted using qualitative approach, because the main purpose is to illustrate the implications of Boarding School to improve student learning achievement Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar District of Wonosobo regency. The data sources were collected directly by researcher , analyzed inductively, while the research result are analyzed in the discriptive form in an enterpretation. The research is carried out in four steps: pre field step, while field step, data analizing step, and report composing step.Research results showed, first,  that the Boarding School implementation wich includes the planning, the implementation, the monitoring, the evaluation and the follow-up to achieve the goal in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar District of Wonosobo regency is good , second, there are a correlation between the Boarding School with the effort to improve the achievements of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar District of Wonosobo regency students, and  third , there are supporting factors  and  inhibiting  factors  in the implementataion of Boarding  School  in order to improve the achievement of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Al Hikam Cendekia Kalikajar District of Wonosobo regency students.

Abstract

The Influence of School Committee Participation, Principal Policy, and Infrastructure of the school on the Quality of Education Services of Public Junior high Schools Sukoharjo sub District Wonosobo Regency. Thesis of Magister Education Management Courses Universitas Sarjana Wiyata Tamansiswa.The purpose of the research to determine the influence of school committee participation, principal policy, and infrastructure of the school on the quality of education services in Sukoharjo sub district junior high schools. Sample for this research was 258 students of all junior high school in Sukoharjo subdistrict. The research data was collected using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed statistically with regression and partial correlation techniques using the computer SPSS program. The result of analysis simultaneously can be concluded that by together in a partition school committee, policy of principal, and the infrastructure of educational positively influence with significantly to the education service quality. Principal policy give positive and significant. Influence on the quality of educational services that it indicates that if the participation of school committees, principal policy, and school infrastructure be increases, automatically the quality educational services will be increase.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to find out the influence of : (1) Principals’ Leadership Style, Infrastuctures, and Work Motivation on teachers’ performance together. (2) Principals’ Leadership Style on teachers’ performance partialy. (3) Infrastuctures on teachers’ performance partialy (4) Work Motivation on teachers’ performance partialy in Junior High School of Pokja 3 Wonosobo Regency.This research was a survey research using quantitative correlation research approach. This research was done in 19 Junior High Schools of Pokja 3 Wonosobo Regency. The population of the research was mathematic teachers in Junior High Schools of Pokja 3 Wonosobo Regency, they were 41 people. All of them as sample of the research. The data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regressions and continued by partial correlation analysis by using SPSS computer program.The results of this research show that (a) there is positive and significant influence of principals’ leadership style, infrastructures and work motivation on the teachers’ performance of  mathematic teachers in Junior  High Schools. (b) there is positive and significant influence of principals’ leadership style on mathematic teachers’ performance (c) there is positive and significant influence of infrastructures on mathematic teachers’ performance. (d) there is positive and significant influence of work motivation on mathematic teachers’ performance. The result of this research shows that the better The principals’ leadership style, Infrastuctures, and Work motivation, the better mathematic teachers’ performance in Junior High School of Pokja 3 Wonosobo Regency. Therefore the more empower The principals’ leadership style, Infrastructures, and Work motivation together to the positive direction so it can be predicted it willl give positive contribution to the teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of coaching by the principal, motivation, and work environment on the performance of teachers in the District Junior High School Sapuran Wonosobo regency. And what is the most influential variable on teacher performance among these three variables.The population were Junior High School teacher in the district, amounting to 5 Sapuran SMP with the number of teachers by 80 people and research is the study population. Data were collected using a questionnaire / direct questionnaires answered by teachers, from 80 questionnaires / questionnaires were distributed back 71 or 89%. The questionnaire data were analyzed with the statistical technique of multiple regression analysis and partial correlation analysis using SPSS.The results showed that simultaneous guidance by the principal, motivation and work environment affect the performance of the teacher with the contribution of these three factors influence the effectiveness of 64.61% and 35.39% influenced by other factors (unexplained factors). The results of the analysis of coaching by the principal influence on the performance of teachers to influence the effectiveness of the contribution of 26.31%. The results of the analysis on the performance of teacher motivation to influence the effectiveness of the contribution of 22.84%. The results of the analysis of the work environment affects the performance of teachers and influence the effectiveness of the contribution of 15.46%.Thus shows that when coaching by the school principal, motivation, and work environment increases, the performance of teachers will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) the perception of social care behavior, discipline and creativity on score value character education together. (2) Social awareness partially on score value character education. (3) Discipline partially on score value character education. (4) Creativity partially on score value character education. This research was conducted at Junior High School 1 Selomerto Wonosobo.This research is quantitative study using a survey method. The subjects of this study were students of Junior High School 1 Selomerto district. Wonosobo totaling 210 respondents. This study used a test sample, data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression with three predictors. Hypothesis Testing is jointly carried out using the F-test. Contribution together effectively obtained from the analysis of the coefficient of determination multiplied by the value of the standardized Beta Coefficient Zero-order Correlation multiplied by 100% for each independent variable.The result shower that (1) social care discipline and creativity together effect the score values of character education with a very small contribution is 4.20%, the higher the social care, discipline and creativity with the same, the higher the score values of character education (2) social care independently effect the score values of character with effective contribution of 0.17%, the higher the value so the higher score social care values character education (3) discipline effect the score values of character education with the effective contribution of 3.26%, the better discipline so the better of the values of character education (4) creativity independently effect the values of character education with effective contribution of 0.77%, the higher creativity of the students, the values of character education will be higher to.

Abstract

The research aims at finding out the Influence of Education and Training, The Automotive Engineering Teachers Association and Job experience to the professionalism of Vocational High School Teachers in Wonosobo Regency, both in state schools and private schools in Academic Year 2014/2015.The research is correlative in nature i.e. finding out the correlation of the variables shown by the correlation coefficient numbers. The data was taken from the population i.e. Automotive Engineering teachers united in the Automotive Engineering Teachers Association  in Wonosobo Regency. The data was taken from the population of 73 people. The technique of collecting the data was using questionaire instrument. The technique of analyzing the data is using double regression technique with three predictors. Hypothesis test collectively used F test or ANAVA test continued by hypothesis test individually which used partial test. The data was tested with prerequisite test that is normality, linearity and multi co linearity test with the significant grade is 5%.Based on the research, it is concluded that: 1. Collectively, The education and training, the The Automotive Engineering Teachers Association and Job experience give a very significant Influence to the professionalism of Vocational High School Teachers in Wonosobo Regency with the Influence t effectiveness is 64,941%. 2. Separately, the education and training gives a positive and significant Influence towards the professionalism of Vocational High School in Wonosobo Regency with the Influence effectiveness is 42,169% .3. Separately, The Automotive Engineering Teachers Association and Job experience gives a positive and significant Influence towards the professionalism of Vocational High School teachers in Wonosobo Regency with the Influence effectiveness is 12,854%. 4. Separately, the job experience gives a positive and significant Influence to the professionalism of Vocational High School teachers in Wonosobo Regency with the Influence effectiveness is 9,919%. The positive Influence means if the education and training, the Automotive Engineering Teachers Association and also the job experience are improved, the teachers’ professionalism can also be improved, and that happens otherwise.

Abstract

The aims of the  research were to determine the influence of practice facilities in schools, the role of DU/DI and special job fair to job readiness of student at Class XII in SMK Negeri 2 Wonosobo of Wonosobo Regency. This research was a quantitative study that explains the phenomenon of research based on the facts that measured quantitative data. Data drawn from the population of all students of class XII SMK Negeri 2 Wonosobo academic year 2014/2015. Total of samples as many as 221 student were taken by proportionale random sampling technique. Instrument of research used questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used of linear regression equation and Partial Correlation. Testing requirements analysis used normality test, linearity, and multicollinearity test with a significance level of 95%.Based on the results, of this study concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive influence on the practice of school facilities, the role of DU / DI and special employment exchange for job readiness of students.. Practice facilities in school, the role of DU/DI and special job fair are the better will improve the job readiness of students. (2) There is a significant positive influence between practice facilities in the school to job readiness of student. Practice in school facilities that will support job readiness students the better. (3) There is a significant positive influence between the role of DU / DI to job readiness of student. The role of DU / DI can better improve the job readiness of students. (4) There is a significant positive influence between the special job fair to the job readiness of student. Special job fair activity that can better improve the job readiness of students. Effective contribution jointly by 55,0%. Individually effective contribution (1) Influence of facility practice in schools on student job readiness for 31,65% , (2) Influence of  role of DU / DI on student work readiness for 28,62 % and (3) Influence of  special job fair to job readiness of students by 39,71% .

Abstract

This research is meant to know (1) the contribution of school leadership, organizational climate and teaching experience together on the Government Junior High School teacher commitment Sentolo Subdistrict of Kulon Progo Regency, (2) the contribution of school leadership to teacher commitment as the Subdistrict Sentolo Junior High School of Kulon Progo Regency, (3) organizational climate contributes to the commitment of the Government Junior High School teacher Sentolo Subdistrict of Kulon Progo Regency, (4) contribute to the experience of teaching the Government Junior High School teacher commitment Sentolo Subdistrict of Kulon Progo Regency.The population of this research consist of 126 teachers of the Government Junior High School Subdistrict Sentolo of Kulon Progo Regency . This research includes the study population as all teachers , amounting to 126 as respondents . The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression .The results of the research show that the principal leadership , organizational climate and teaching experience has a positive and significant contribution to the teachers' commitment on the Government Junior High School Subdistrict of Kulon Progo Regency . The contribution of school leadership, organizational climate and teaching experience together the commitment of teachers is 64% . While the partial contribution of school leadership to teacher commitment by 20.12% . Contribution of organizational climate on teacher commitment by 22.60 % , while the teaching experience of the teachers' commitment is 21.12% .

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 133 Guru SMA Swasta se Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Tehnik pengambilan jumlah sampel secara acak, Sampelpenelitiandiambilsejumlah 100 orang guru. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Product momen, dan untuk Reliabilitas dihitung dengan menggunakan Alpha Corncbah. Analisis dilakukan dengan pengujian prasarat analisis yaitu Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Normalitas dan Uji Linierritas. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik Analisis Regresi Ganda dan Tehnik analisis korelasi Parsial. Setelah iti dilakukan analisis data.Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Supervisi Tindak Lanjut, dan Pengembangan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Swasta Se Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 (2) Ada Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala SekolahTerhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Swasta Se Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 (3) Ada Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Supervisi Tindak Lanjut Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Swasta Se Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 (4) Ada Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Pengembangan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Swasta Se Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.
