Abstract

Terdesaknya kondisi ekonomi yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Dusun Krajan RT 04 RW 05 Desa Pondoknongko Kecamatan Kabat mendorong masyarakat untuk membentuk Kelompok Masyarakat (Pokmas). Pokmas Karangmangu bergerak dalam melakukan pemberdayaan bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga sebagai upaya mencukupi ketahanan keluarga baik ketahanan pangan maupun ketahanan ekonominya melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan rumah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Kelompok Masyarakat Karangmangu dalam pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Pondoknongko Kecamatan Kabat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Kelompok Masyarakat dalam Pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah tangga di Dusun Krajan RT 04 RW 05 Desa Pondoknongko Kecamatan Kabat Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki kontribusi yang besar. Peran yang dilakukan diantaranya upaya penyadaran masyarakat, pelatihan pengelolaan pekarangan sebagai peningkatan kapasitas dan pengetahuan, pembinaan dan pendampingan yang sangat intensif. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Ibu Rumah Tangga pekarangan yang dikelolanya memberikan manfaat seperti ketahanan pangan tercukupi, pengeluaran belanja berkurang, peningkatan pendapatan dan pekarangan terlihat rapi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community participation and the inhibiting factors in the Covid-19 vaccination program in Pendarungan Village, Kabat District. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research location in this study is Pendarungan Village, Kabat District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research involved 4 respondents and 2 informants consisting of village officials and local communities. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis used in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and levers. The results showed that the level of community participation was still relatively low, this was due to the lack of knowledge and education provided by the government about the importance of vaccination. One of the inhibiting factors is the availability of misinformation from social media regarding the effects received by the public after being vaccinated. This is one of the important things so that the government always preserves all information that is wrong, inappropriate or hoax.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in tourism, so the tourism industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Tourism in Indonesia is currently one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy. Indonesia is also currently a tourist destination that is increasingly famous not only among local tourists, but the beauty of Indonesian tourism has been passed on to people in various countries in the world. The progress of tourism goes hand in hand with the rapid development carried out in tourism areas to support tourism infrastructure. However, currently the existence of tourism and its development is still not able to provide great benefits for the surrounding community. In fact, several provinces which are the prima donna of tourism in Indonesia are still provinces with high poverty rates. This study uses a type of library research. The data sources in this study are primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques use documentation, namely reviewing or interpreting written material based on the context. The results of this study indicate that Community-based tourism is a concept of community-based tourism, in CBT the community is empowered to manage their own attractions. One form of CBT is the development of tourist villages.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the economic problems owned by the community and the realization of the government's function in community economic empowerment. So that the object of study from this study is the Role of the Village Government in Community Economic Empowerment through the Home Industry of Banana Chips in Banjar Village, Licin District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research used is qualitative. The analysis method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation. The result of this study is that the Banjar Village Government has implemented its work program well in terms of community empowerment. In terms of economic empowerment, the village government has succeeded in improving the community's economy through the banana chip home industry and has its own branding. But in terms of economic empowerment of this community, of course, it has encountered some obstacles. The obstacles experienced by the village government are limited funds from the government and the lack of maximum marketing made by the village government. Then the success achieved by the village government is quite a lot, namely the high interest of participants, the community who are very supportive, and abundant natural resources.

Abstract

This research originates from the economic conditions of the people of Rayud Hamlet, Parijatah Kulon Village, which have experienced an increase in the business of processing cassava chips due to the large number of people who grow cassava. This study aims to determine the process of family economic empowerment in Rayud Hamlet, Parijatah Kulon Village. Retrieval of data using survey or observation methods. The population of this study is the entire community of Rayud Hamlet, Parijatah Kulon Village, so the focus of the sample in this study is micro, small and medium enterprises in Rayud Hamlet using the census method. To find out the general description of family economic empowerment businesses used descriptive analysis, to find out the income of the cassava chips business used income analysis, and to find out the relative profits used R/C Ratio analysis. The results showed that the process of empowering the family economy through increasing the cassava chip processing business was successfully carried out with the following strategies: 1) assistance to increase the cassava chip business in terms of labeling and packaging so as to simplify the marketing process; 2) recruit residents to become employees; 3) sufficient customer demand. So that the results or income of the cassava chips business increased by Rp. 8,505,000 per month, with working hours not more than 5 hours per day. So that the value of R/C Ratio > 1 means that it is economically profitable and the cassava chip business is feasible to become a medium for family economic empowerment.

Abstract

Designing a change plan then what is needed is the conformity between the plan that we do in accordance with the state of society. This study uses normative juridical research to find the truth of coherence, namely how the strategy of developing Islamic communities in increasing community participation in the potential of the village. Furthermore, this research, literature (library research). The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach that is often called a naturalistic research method because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). Research materials use primers that are authoritative while skunder materials are publications that include books and journals. The results of the study that with the participation of the community as a form of empowerment of local communities which certainly provides opportunities and opportunities for the community to participate and be involved in developing the potential of the village to be more effective and efficient to achieve the desired goals and feel they have and be responsible. Stratigi used first, the Growth strategy. Second, the Welfare Strategy. Third, the Responsitive strategy. Fourth, the integrated or holistic strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the dakwah strategies employed by Lembaga Kemaslahatan Keluarga Nahdlatul Ulama (LKKNU) in Genteng District to address juvenile delinquency. The study employs qualitative research methods, including interviews and observations, to gather data from members of LKKNU and the participating youth. The findings indicate that LKKNU has successfully implemented effective dakwah strategies in addressing juvenile delinquency. The strategies involve personal approaches, guidance, and religious education to provide specific attention to youth and reinforce religious values in their lives. Personal approaches and providing in-depth religious understanding emerge as significant factors in addressing juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe community economic empowerment in developing new tourist destinations based on ecotourism and describe the factors that influence the economic empowerment of the community in developing tourist destinations in Banyuwangi district. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Locations of community economic empowerment research in the development of new ecotourism-based tourist destinations are in the Sumberum Village, Songgon District, Banyuwangi Regency and Kampung Primitif Purwodadi. The research location is the object of research, the research activities carried out were randomly selected. In this study, the sources of research data are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis uses data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. Broadly speaking, community economic empowerment in the development of new ecotourism-based tourist destinations is carried out by means of; a) The involvement of the community around the new tourist destinations in various types of management and utilization of these destinations b) Strengthening the surrounding human resources as workers with certain criteria and needs c) Providing business space especially small and medium micro businesses in filling the tenants of new tourist destinations. D) Strengthening tourism management by providing sustainable tourism management counseling.

Abstract

The development of religious communities is an interesting research area to study, this is because human behavior always has a relationship with the surrounding community. In practice, society makes religion a way of life. Community development is one of the instruments towards a harmonious community life order. However, recently, there have been many challenges in implementing the empowerment of religious communities, ranging from inter-religious conflicts to radical and conservative understandings of Islam. In this context, this paper finds a model for developing a religious community with the aim of strengthening and disseminating an understanding of community development in the space of a religious community. The approach in this study is to study literature or literature from various references obtained. This paper shows that there are 3 (three) models in the development of religious communities (1) the Medina community development model, (2) the ABCD community development model, (3) the people, centered, participatory community development model, (4) the inter-religious community development model.

Abstract

Community participation in the physical development of the village in Gumuk Village, Licin District, Banyuwangi Regency, is a crucial factor in achieving the success of the development program. Community participation can be seen from their participation in various stages of development, from planning to evaluation. This study uses qualitative research types, observation, interview, and documentation methods are used to collect community participation data, data analysts are used to use Huberman miles data analysis which includes data condensation, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification by checking the wetness of source triangulation data. The results showed that community participation was carried out through socialization, data collection, identification of potentials and problems, and active participation in the implementation of physical development. People in Gumuk Village contribute energy, property, money, and expertise voluntarily in making talud, culverts, roads, and buildings. This community participation reflects a shared awareness and interest in advancing the village.
