Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of schools in MA Nahdlatul Wathan, Licin District, Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis in this study is to use interactive data analysis, namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of strategic management by conducting internal analysis and external analysis up to the evaluation stage, in an effort to determine the extent of the success of an institution's achievements. Success in improving the quality of education in madrasas is certainly mutually sustainable with one another. In measuring the quality of madrasas, several things can be known, including the maximum process of teaching and learning activities, adequate facilities, the professionalism of teachers with their respective qualifications, support from various parties, one of which is the community around the madrasa.

Abstract

This study aims to know how entrepreneurship efforts undertaken by former Indonesian workers in the village Sugihan. In addition the research also aims to understand the extent of the former labor done by Indonesia and its relevance to all islamic. This study use the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this research was observation, interviews and documentation. The research really shows that the village Sugihan subdistrict Solokuro to work as labor indonesia is economic factors lack of jobs, and cheap eward for labor in Indonesia. With successive Hj. Siti being in indonesian workers used as capital to open a business furniture. Through effort furniture, Hj. Siti an effort for community empowerment by employing the former indonesian workers who fails and the are unemployed. As for relevance to da'wah community development of islam is to create a society that is prosperous and can reach its destination of life.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the history of the beginning of the pandan mat as an instrument for community development and to find out the development processes that initially experienced difficulties in the economic conditions of the community. They try to get a better life and prosperity together by taking advantage of everything that is available in their homeland. This research was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. With a deductive-induction mindset, the results of this study conclude that the development process that occurs begins with the provision of skills that Mbah Darmi passed on to her daughter, friends and neighbors. until finally developing almost all citizens of the community to pursue the craft of woven mats made of pandanus. Driven by the motivation to continue to get a better life that makes the surrounding community persist in being craftsmen of woven pandanus mats to this day.

Abstract

This study aims to know what part Sriatun in the empowerment of the environment in Pekulo village, subdistrict Genteng, district Banyuwangi. In addition this research also Aims to know empowerment forms what happened in village Pekulo environment, subdistrict Genteng, district Banyuwangi. Qualitative descriptive approach was used in the study . Data collection techniques used in this research was observation , interviews and documentation .The results of this study is the role of research in the empowerment Sriatun environment there are several the role of which are (1) as enabler, (2) as a broker, (3) as the cadres. While empowerment forms that happens through environment (1) conservation environmental, (2) through recycling garbage.

Abstract

This study aims to empower women farmer groups Arum Sari through local potential in Segobang village, Licin sub-district, Banyuwangi district, starting with empowerment. In this case, the Arum Sari Women Farmer group in Segobang village takes advantage of the existing local potential to increase the family's economic income. The activities of the Arum Sari women farmer group are carried out once a week or once a month to hold group or community training that can attend the activity, usually attended by 30 members participating in the production of Karang Emas. The method used in this research is using a qualitative method. The research procedure that produces descriptive data is taking research subjects or informants in this study using purposive sampling. The aim of the researcher is to uncover the problems raised in the research. The training activity aims to improve the members of the women's farmer group Arum Sari. Empowerment carried out by the facilitator aims to increase the potential that exists in the area towards a better area. One of the efforts made to improve the family's economy is by utilizing local potential, namely sweet potatoes processed into Karang Mas

Abstract

This study aims to see how efforts promulgated by the government and the village Gentengkulon whatever exercised by government village Gentengkulon earmarked for improving the welfare of its people .This study used the qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this research was observation, interviews and documentation .The research suggests that the village administration Gentengkulon the programs appointed to carry out the elucidation and training for women in an attempt to improve the welfare of the community economy, the elucidation and training for the improvement of the community who work as potters in assesoris for industry , a business loan programs provided by the government .

Abstract

This study aims to apply the principles of decentralization, bottom up, involve the community actively (participatory), local governments are not given the freedom (local discretion) to determine their own regional policies. Participation is a form of active and dynamic action from the community to play its role in development activities. The population in this study were 13 people from Kembiritan village administration, 7 people from the Village Consultative Body (BPD), 10 religious leaders, 8 youth leaders and 9 female leaders. So, the total population of the study amounted to 47 people. In this study, the authors used a non-random sampling technique, namely not all members of the population were given the opportunity to be selected as samples. For more details, the non-random sampling technique that the author uses is the type of porposive sampling. Regarding community participation in the implementation of the Musrenbang this year, it is entered into Step 2 Therapy.

Abstract

This study aims to know how community participation in the development planning meeting in the village Gumirih subdistrict singojuruh. This study use field research and data collection in observation, interviews and documentation. Results of this study is the participation village Gumirih in the year 2019 is low. In addition discovered that the community in the partsipasi congress in 2019 step 2 therapy. Step it shows nonpartisipasi level designed by several parties to replace net enrollment.Where in the implementation of development programs village communities passive bersiikap just wait intruksi of the village officials so is top-down.

Abstract

Advances in information technology in the era of disruption get many benefits and threats. One of the biggest threats to Indonesia is the spread of harmful content (hoax content, hate speech, bullying, radicalism, to various fraudulent practices), primarily through digital media. Poor media literacy skills will harm the information obtained related to the truth of the data. So, digital literacy skills are needed. This service is carried out in the santri community of MA Al-Qodiri Jember, using the ABCD approach. The results of community service at the Santri MA Al Qodiri Jember Community are: 1) The development of the quality of students runs optimally in implementing digital literacy; 2) The development of the quality of students runs optimally in implementing digital literacy based on social entrepreneurship; 3) The development of the quality of students runs optimally in aspects of using the environment as a source of entrepreneurship; 4) We are developing the quality of students running optimally in managing the web; 5) We are reducing hoax information at the MA Al Qodiri Jember institution. Before the assistants accompanied the institution, the sources of information already existed, and literacy was little understood.

Abstract

Designing a change plan then what is needed is the conformity between the plan that we do in accordance with the state of society. This study uses normative juridical research to find the truth of coherence, namely how the strategy of developing Islamic communities in increasing community participation in the potential of the village. Furthermore, this research, literature (library research). The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach that is often called a naturalistic research method because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). Research materials use primers that are authoritative while skunder materials are publications that include books and journals. The results of the study that with the participation of the community as a form of empowerment of local communities which certainly provides opportunities and opportunities for the community to participate and be involved in developing the potential of the village to be more effective and efficient to achieve the desired goals and feel they have and be responsible. Stratigi used first, the Growth strategy. Second, the Welfare Strategy. Third, the Responsitive strategy. Fourth, the integrated or holistic strategy.
