Abstract

The web-based car service information system aims to provide convenience in the process of recording and managing vehicle service online. This system was developed as a solution to the problem of managing service data which is still done conventionally using recording in a ledger resulting in data accumulation and inefficiency as well as unpredictable service customer queues. With this web-based system, customers are given the convenience of accessing service information and booking service schedules without having to visit the workshop directly and officers find it easier to manage service transaction data, check car spare part stock and create reports. The development of this system uses the waterfall method which includes needs analysis, system design, design, implementation and testing. With this system, it is expected to improve the operational efficiency of the workshop for workshop employees and make it easier for customers to access service information.

Abstract

Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Karya Kurnia Utama menyediakan berbagai produk jasa di bidang perbankan, salah satu produk yang paling banyak diminati oleh nasabah adalah pembukaan deposito karena produk ini dianggap dapat memberikan jaminan keuntungan yang memuaskan bagi nasabah. Pembukaan deposito pada PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Karya Kurnia Utama Sebagian telah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi akan tetapi sebagian lainnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga data yang ada tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Penumpukan nasabah saat melakukan pelayanan dikarenakan keterbatasan jumlah karyawan, kesalahan pencatatan dari proses manual yang ada, proses yang cukup lama dikarenakan data yang tidak terkelola dengan baik tentunya menjadi kendala yang harus diatasi. Untuk itu pembuatan sebuah sistem baru berbasis website dapat dijadikan Solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Website ini akan dirancang menggunakan linear sequential model atau yang biasa disebut dengan metode waterfall dengan melakukan beberapa tahapan didalamnya seperti analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, testing dan maintenance. Dengan adanya sistem baru ini maka semua data dapat terintegrasi satu sama lain, penumpukan antrian pun bisa diatasi karena akses kedalam website bisa dilakukan Dimana saja dan kapan saja, kesalahan-kesalahan human error seperti salah pencatatan, pencarian data yang lama, proses pendaftaran yang memakan waktu dan yang lainnya dapat ditekan sedemikian rupa sehingga proses pelaporan atau pencetakan laporan deposito pun dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan kinerja karyawan pun dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada website ini calon deposan dapat melakukan pengajuan pembukaan deposito, mengunggah persyaratan deposito, melihat status ajuan deposito sampai mencetak bukti pembuatan deposito. Sedangkan karyawan bisa melihat pengajuan deposito, melakukan proses verifikasi data, melakukan pembukaan deposito yang terverifikasi, melakukan validasi data dan mencetak laporan deposito.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the registration system at Brilliant Brain Indonesia (BBI) by implementing Zoho CRM, aligned with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 8 requirements. The existing system faced challenges including time-consuming paper-based forms, frequent data entry errors due to manual input, and fragmented data management across two unintegrated systems. Using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodology, which includes Organizing for Improvement, Understanding the Process, and Streamlining phases, this research analyzed and optimized the registration workflow. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was applied to evaluate the statistical significance of improvements before and after system implementation. The customized Zoho CRM platform utilized features such as webforms, workflow automation, automated validation, and real-time analytics. Results showed a significant reduction in registration processing time from an average of 20 minutes 44 seconds to 17 minutes 55 seconds per registration (14% decrease), and a dramatic reduction in data input time from 4 minutes 3 seconds to 4 seconds per record (98% decrease). These improvements enhanced operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 8. Although further module development is needed to fully complete documentation processes, this study demonstrates that integrating cloud-based CRM systems with quality management frameworks can substantially improve educational service operations.

Abstract

Sleep disorders are increasingly prevalent health issues that significantly affect individual’s quality of life. Timely detection and accurate classification of these disorders are essential for proper diagnosis and effective clinical intervention. However, a major challenge in classifying sleep disorders lies in the imbalance of data distribution—where majority classes have substantially more data than minority ones. This imbalance often leads to predictive models that favor the dominant class, thereby reducing overall classification accuracy. This study focuses on enhancing sleep disorder classification performance on imbalanced datasets by applying the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to balance the data. It also evaluates the effectiveness of various machine learning algorithms in identifying sleep disorders. The algorithms analyzed include Random Forest (RF), Neural Network (NN), Naive Bayes (NB), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR), tested both before and after applying SMOTE. Model performance was assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score to ensure a comprehensive evaluation. The findings indicate that SMOTE consistently boosts the performance of all tested models. Among them, the Neural Network combined with SMOTE achieved the highest performance, with an accuracy of 92.00%, precision of 91.88%, recall of 92.00%, and an F1-score of 91.91%. Additionally, the Random Forest model with SMOTE produced the highest F1-score at 93.18%, demonstrating strong performance stability. These results highlight the effectiveness of integrating oversampling techniques like SMOTE with machine learning models to address class imbalance, leading to more accurate and reliable classification outcomes. The study offers valuable insights for developing AI-based medical decision support systems focused on sleep disorder diagnosis.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped the library landscape, transitioning from manual to digital systems. This research aims to develop a web-based library information system for the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Sam Ratulangi University (UNSRAT) using ReactJS, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. The system is designed to address the inefficiencies of manual library management and enhance book information accessibility. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was applied, encompassing requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and surveys. The results demonstrate that the system facilitates online book searching and borrowing, accelerates administrative processes, and improves service efficiency. User satisfaction evaluation through surveys showed high levels of approval. This system is expected to support teaching and learning processes and enhance the quality of library services at FMIPA UNSRAT.

Abstract

Manual classification of green apple varieties is often time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to human subjectivity. This research aims to develop an automated classification model for green apple types based on RGB color features using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with MobileNetV2 architecture. The dataset comprises 1,170 images of three green apple varieties: Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, and Manalagi. Image preprocessing steps include cropping, resizing, background removal, and RGB conversion to enhance feature extraction. The model training and evaluation utilize 5-fold Cross Validation to ensure robustness and generalization. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves an average accuracy of 96%, precision of 96.33%, recall of 96.33%, and F1-Score of 96.33%. Furthermore, the model is implemented in a web-based application using the Flask framework to predict apple varieties from input images. Testing on new images shows classification confidence levels of 80.92% for Granny Smith, 87.38% for Manalagi, and 78.43% for Golden Delicious apples. This study confirms that CNN with MobileNetV2 and RGB color features effectively classifies green apple varieties, offering practical implications for agricultural automation and quality control.

Abstract

The era of digital transformation has brought significant changes to human resource management across various organizations. Manual human resource management (HRM) at PT Infico Alumindo Indonesia has resulted in several issues, such as delayed attendance recap, disorganized leave data, and time-consuming payroll processes. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a web-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) using the Laravel framework and the waterfall method to improve HRM efficiency at PT Infico Alumindo Indonesia. This research employs the waterfall method, which consists of five stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques include direct observation at the company, interviews with company representatives particularly the Operational Director, and literature studies from various academic sources. The results of this study indicate that the developed HRIS successfully automates the attendance process through facial recognition technology and real-time location tracking. The attendance feature for sales personnel is enhanced with photo geotagging, displaying timestamps and real-time locations on the captured images. The leave management module is also systematically integrated, allowing supervisors to approve leave requests quickly and in a well-documented manner. The payroll feature is now directly connected to attendance data, sales attendance, monthly and daily wages, and overtime, enabling accurate and efficient payroll calculations. Additionally, the people development module supports periodic employee development tracking, including performance evaluations and job mutations.

Abstract

Implementation of decision support system (dss) to select the best premium property from sinar mas group in bsd city. the main problem is the complexity of decision making in the premium property segment involving various criteria such as price, location, facilities, land area, and investment potential. the aim of this study is to develop a dss that integrates the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) method to determine criteria weights and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (topsis) to rank property alternatives based on proximity to the ideal solution. the research methods include criteria identification, data collection, criteria weight calculation using ahp, normalization and preference value calculation using topsis, and result evaluation. the results show that the elyon property type is the best alternative with the highest preference value of 0.74112, followed by adora primes and terravia belova. this study demonstrates the effectiveness of integrating ahp and topsis in providing objective and measurable decision recommendations for premium property purchases. this system is expected to assist prospective buyers, developers, and property consultants in making better decisions and has the potential to be developed into a digital application.

Abstract

Globalisation has accelerated advancements in technology, communication, and information systems, intensifying competition across industries. In response, companies are adopting marketing communication strategies to build stronger relationships with consumers. One such strategy involves establishing brand communities, particularly within the beauty industry. In Indonesia, several beauty brands have established brand communities to enhance customer interaction and strengthen brand loyalty. One such brand, referred to here as DRS, specifically targets individuals aged 17 to 30. These communities typically offer initiatives such as point rewards, educational webinars, interactive challenges, product sampling, and early access to new products. However, DRS continues to manage its community manually through messaging platforms and basic data records. This manual approach results in several operational inefficiencies, including disorganised communication, data entry errors, and delays in programme validation, all of which undermine administrative performance and reduce overall member satisfaction and engagement. To address these issues, this study proposes a web-based brand community management system with two main components. The first is a management interface used by administrators and superadministrators. The second is a user platform accessed by account users and members. Key features include programme management, discussion forums, point redemption, leaderboards, and reporting functionalities. The system also incorporates principles from learning management systems to support continuous interaction, progress tracking, and sustained member engagement. It is developed using the Waterfall model of the software development life cycle, which supports structured planning and documentation. Laravel is selected as the development framework because of its efficiency, scalability, and model-view-controller architecture. The system is tested using the Black Box Testing method, and the results show that all functionalities operate according to the defined specifications. This system is expected to improve operational efficiency, enhance member experience and engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, enhance brand awareness and brand image, and support sustainable growth for beauty brands in Indonesia, particularly for brand DRS.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat telah mendorong berbagai perusahaan untuk menerapkan transformasi digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi pengolahan data, dan transparansi dalam proses bisnis. Salah satu aspek yang sangat terpengaruh oleh transformasi ini adalah sistem pengelolaan tenaga kerja. PT Bistem Jaya Mandiri, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa outsourcing, serta penyewaan tenaga kerja seperti Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) dan Sales Promotion Boy (SPB), menghadapi tantangan serius dalam pengelolaan data karyawan dan administrasi proyek karena hingga saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual. Ketergantungan pada sistem manual menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan, di antaranya keterlambatan dalam penyampaian informasi, risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan data, potensi kesalahan pencatatan, serta kemungkinan terjadinya manipulasi absensi dan ketidaksesuaian dalam pembayaran gaji. Hal ini berdampak negatif terhadap efisiensi internal serta dapat menurunkan kepercayaan klien terhadap kredibilitas perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses penyewaan tenaga kerja secara efektif, akurat, dan transparan. Sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan metodologi Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Beberapa fitur utama yang dikembangkan mencakup manajemen event, registrasi tenaga kerja, proses persetujuan multi-level oleh klien, sistem absensi berbasis unggah foto disertai penanda waktu (timestamp), serta penyusunan final draft pekerja secara otomatis sebelum dikirim untuk persetujuan akhir klien.Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan mudah digunakan dalam konteks operasional perusahaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berfungsi dengan baik dan mendapat respons positif dari pengguna internal. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi administratif, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta mendorong peningkatan transparansi dalam proses perekrutan dan penugasan tenaga kerja. Untuk pengembangan di masa mendatang, sistem ini disarankan dilengkapi dengan fitur pelacakan status pekerja secara real-time yang memungkinkan perusahaan dan klien memantau ketersediaan dan penempatan tenaga kerja secara langsung. Selain itu, peningkatan pada sistem absensi berbasis unggah foto—yang mengharuskan tenaga kerja mengirimkan foto saat melakukan check-in dan check-out—dapat menambah lapisan validasi visual terhadap kehadiran tenaga kerja di lokasi. Penerapan metode ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi potensi kecurangan, memastikan keakuratan data kehadiran, dan memperkuat transparansi proses kerja. Secara keseluruhan, sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini berpotensi menjadi fondasi digital yang penting bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme, daya saing, serta kepercayaan klien dalam industri penyewaan tenaga kerja.
