Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Product Quality, Price Perception and Product Reviews on Online Purchase Decisions for Hijab Pashmina shirt on UIN Suska Riau Students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The type used in this study is a quantitative type about the influence between variables. The research data was analyzed using SPSS version 25. The population in this study were 100 UIN Suska Riau students using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used in this study was quantitative with multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it can be seen that the variables of Product Quality, Price Perception and Product Reviews together influence the Online Purchase Decision for Hijab Pashmina shirt on UIN Suska Riau Students. Then a partial test, from this test it can be seen that the Product Quality variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision and the Price Perception variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision and Product Reviews have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision. The R square value obtained was 0,615 or equal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, organizational commitment, and work facilities on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Kampar Regency. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population consisted of all 33 Civil Servants (ASN) working at Satpol PP Kampar, and the sampling technique used was a census, meaning that the entire population was included as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Work facilities have a negative and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Simultaneously, competence, organizational commitment, and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. Improving competence and organizational commitment is crucial for enhancing employee performance, while the management of work facilities needs to be evaluated to ensure optimal utilization.

Abstract

This study highlights how PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari in Kampar Regency manages its important archives amidst the technological challenges and resource constraints still frequently faced by many companies in Indonesia. As a palm oil company, PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari has a large and diverse volume of documents, making archive management crucial. This research focuses on the implementation of archival governance, from incoming mail management, storage, maintenance, and the archive destruction process. Through interviews with archive staff and direct observation, it was discovered that the company implements a combination of centralized and decentralized management systems, with subject-based storage and the archive destruction process carried out by incineration. Although archive maintenance remains simple, the company strives to adhere to existing standard procedures to ensure orderly and effective document management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how Riau Pos is utilized as a medium of political communication by Riau Governor candidate Abdul Wahid in the 2024 Riau gubernatorial election. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using Harold D. Lasswell's Communication Model, which consists of five components: Who, Says What, In Which Channel, To Whom, and With What Effect. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three groups of informants: Abdul Wahid’s campaign team (political communicator), Riau Pos journalists (media), and Riau Pos readers (audience). The results indicate that Riau Pos plays a significant and beneficial role as a political communication medium for Abdul Wahid. His campaign team used Riau Pos as the main channel to deliver political messages. Riau Pos was chosen due to its high credibility, wide readership, and strong influence in shaping public opinion in Riau Province. The effectiveness of political communication through Riau Pos is reflected in three aspects: (1) increased public knowledge of Abdul Wahid’s programs (cognitive effect), (2) the emergence of sympathy and trust toward the candidate (affective effect), and (3) influence on voter behavior (conative effect). Thus, it can be concluded that Riau Pos is highly beneficial and plays a strategic role as Abdul Wahid’s political communication medium in the 2024 Riau gubernatorial election.
