Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi tidak hanya bergantung pada pengembangan industrialisasi dan program pemerintah, namun sektor informal juga memiliki peranan yang penting. Salah satu kegiatan usaha di sektor informal adalah berdagang. Pasar tradisional tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat distribusi barang kebutuhan pokok, tetapi juga sebagai pusat ekonomi lokal yang mendukung kehidupan para pedagang. Namun, pedagang menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatannya, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap modal, teknologi, dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruhsimultan modal, lama usaha, lokasi usaha, dan penggunaan e-commerce terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Segar Cinere Kota Depok; 2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh parsial modal, lama usaha, lokasi usaha dan penggunaan e-commerce terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Segar Cinere Kota Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian modal, lama usaha, lokasi usaha dan penggunaan e- commerce berpengaruh secara simultan pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Segar Cinere Kota Depok. Secara parsial t modal, lama usaha, lokasi usaha dan penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Segar Cinere Kota Depok.Kata Kunci: pendapatan, modal, lama usaha, lokasi usaha, penggunaan e-commerce

Abstract

The rising popularity of thrift clothing, particularly among students, highlights a shift in consumption behavior towards more affordable and environmentally conscious fashion choices. This trend is influenced by sustainable fashion and the limited budgets of students, often relying on allowances. Variables such as the price of second-hand and new clothes, as well as spending on fuel and phone credit, are crucial in understanding the demand for imported thrift brands. This study analyzes the impact of pocket money, the price of second-hand clothes, the price of new clothes, and fuel and phone credit consumption on the demand for imported thrift clothing among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. Data was collected from 94 respondents using linear regression analysis. The results show that all independent variables significantly affect the demand for second-hand clothing, with an R² value of 72.1%. Specifically, pocket money, the price of second-hand clothes, and the price of new clothes have a significant positive impact on demand, while fuel and phone credit consumption do not. These findings suggest that students prefer thrift items as an affordable fashion alternative, offering valuable insights for stakeholders in shaping marketing strategies for fashion products

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in economic development can reduce inequality in the uneven development process. This research aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of capital variables, entrepreneurial attitudes, and working hours on income, and analyze the role of purchasing power in moderating the influence of capital on coffee shop income in Tabanan District. The number of samples was taken using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The results of the research concluded that simultaneously capital, working hours, entrepreneurial behavior and purchasing power have a significant influence on the income of coffee shops in Tabanan District. Partially, capital, working hours, entrepreneurial behavior and purchasing power each have a significant positive influence on the income of coffee shops in Tabanan District. Purchasing power is able to moderate the influence of capital on coffee shop income in Tabanan District to become stronger. This means that purchasing power is able to strengthen the influence of capital on coffee shop income in Tabanan District. Abstract

Penyerapan tenaga kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi karena berkaitan dengan proses produksi, distribusi, konsumsi, dan investasi. Penyerapan tenaga kerja yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan kesejahteraan, namun terdapat ketidakseimbangan antara penyerapan tenaga kerja dan jumlah angkatan kerja di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan dan parsial Inflasi, PDRB, dan Upah Minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia Tahun 2018-2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi pooling crossection dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia, yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Penelitian ini tidak mencakup 38 provinsi seperti yang ada saat ini karena keterbatasan data pada tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, PDRB, dan UMP secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Peningkatan PDRB dan UMP berhubungan negatif dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja, sementara inflasi yang terkendali cenderung meningkatkan kemampuan sektor ekonomi dalam menyerap tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: Penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi-provinsi di Indonesia, Inflasi, PDRB dan Upah Minimum Provinsi.

Abstract

Regional financial independence is largely determined by the region's ability to realize its original regional income. Empirically, the problems experienced by the regions, aside from the realization that PAD has not yet reached the target, there are also quite large disparities in PAD achievement between regions. Factors that influence PAD include the number of tourist visits, investment and tourist expenditure. The research objectives are as follows. To analyze the influence of the number of tourist visits, investment and tourist expenditure simultaneously and partially on the PAD of districts/cities in Bali Province. This research uses a quantitative and associative approach. This research was conducted in districts/cities in Bali Province which include Jembrana, Tabanan, Badung, Gianyar, Klungkung, Bangli, Karangasem, Buleleng, and Denpasar City with the consideration that PAD experiences fluctuations and there is inequality between regions. The object of this research is the number of tourist visits, investment and tourist expenditure on district/city PAD in Bali Province. The method used in this research is panel data regression using the eviews application. The population in this study was all 9 districts/cities in Bali Province with 7 years of observation so the number of observations in this study was 63 observations. The research results show that the number of tourist visits, investment and tourist expenditure simultaneously have a significant effect on Regional Original Income. Partially, the number of tourist visits and tourist expenditure have a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income, while the investment variable has no influence on Regional Original Income. The most dominant variable influencing Regional Original Income is the variable number of tourist visits.

Abstract

Perdagangan internasional sudah lama di lakukan dengan melakukan ekspor maupun impor dari dua negara atau lebih. Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan sumber alamnya dari segala sektor salah satunya disektor mineral dan tambang. Sektor mineral dan tambang menjadi unggulan dalam perdagangan internasional. Komoditas unggulan dari sektor tambang yaitu batubara. Batubara memberikan nilai eskpor yang lebih besar di bandingkan komoditas tambang lainnya.Perkembangan ekspor batubara Indonesia ke 10 negara pada tahun 2019 sampai 2021 mengalami penurunan dan pada tahun 2022 sampai 2023, volume ekspor batubara ke negara Jepang berada pada urut kedelapan terbesar dari 10 negara tujuan ekspor sebesar 3,57 persen. Faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor adalah pertumbuhan sektor industri, kurs dollar dan harga batubara internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan sektor industri, kurs dollar AS dan harga batubara internasional terhadap volume ekspor batubara Indonesia ke Jepang. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah volume ekspor batubara ke Jepang. Pengumpulan data mengunakan data sekunder dengan data kuantitatif yang digunakan pertumbuhan sektor industri, kurs dollar AS, harga batubara internasional dan volume ekspor batubara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time siries dengan jumlah pengamatan 25 dan rentang waktu 1999-2023 yang diperoleh dari studi literatur yang di publikasikan oleh UN Comtrade, Kementerian Pedagangan, BPS Indonesia, World Bank. Penelitian mengunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertumbuhan sektor industri, kurs dollar AS, harga batubara internasional berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap volume eskpor batubara ke Jepang. Secara parsial pertumbuhan sektor industri berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume ekspor batubara, kurs dollar AS berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume ekspor batubara ke Jepang dan harga batubara Internasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor batubara ke Jepang. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini mempunyai implikasi bahwa faktor ekternal negara tujuan utama ekspor batubara Indonesia berupa harga batubara internasional menentukan volume ekspor batubara indonesia.

Abstract

In an effort to increasel tourism, the government is developing the tourism sectorl through the pentahelix collaboration. Many tourism objects in Belu Regency have the potential to be developed because of their uniqueness. The Belu Regency Regional Government seeks to develop tourisml through collaboration with variousl parties suchl as the Belu Regency Tourisml Office, academics, media, business actors and the community. However, it is not known to what extent the involved parties are involved in tourism development, thus, the problem formulationl in this research is how the tourism development strategy uses the pentahelix model in Belu Regency. The aiml of thisl research isl to explain and formulate a tourism development strategy using the model. pentahelix in Belu Regency. The research method usedl was descriptive qualitative. The conclusionl in this research is that the pentahelix model in tourism development in Belu Regency has not run optimally. This isl because collaboration between actors has not yet taken place considering that there is still a tendency for actors to work independently, apart from that there is stilll distrust between actors. Abstract

Rubber makes a major contribution as a source of trade in empowering financial development in Indonesia. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the volume of Indonesian natural rubber exports to the international market, namely international natural rubber prices, the US Dollar exchange rate, Indonesian natural rubber production, and the area of Indonesian natural rubber land as well as the structure of the Indonesian rubber market. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the E-Views tool. The source of information in this examination is additional information involving time series information for 33 years for each variable from 1990 to 2022. The results of this research state that the structure of the Indonesian rubber market is oligopsonistic. The international price of Indonesian natural rubber, the US dollar exchange rate, the amount of Indonesian natural rubber production, and the area of Indonesian natural rubber land simultaneously influence the volume of Indonesian natural rubber exports to the international market. The amount of production has a positive and significant effect, while the international price of natural rubber in the US Dollar exchange rate and land area has a negative but not significant effect on the volume of natural rubber exports. keyword: Exports, Rubber, price, exchange rate, production, land area

Abstract

Seseorang terdorong masuk dalam pasar tenaga kerja khususnya bagi para generasi sandwich diakibatkan oleh keadaan ekonomi yang kurang; seperti memiliki jumlah tanggungan keluarga yang banyak dan sampai penghasilan yang belum mencukupi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jam kerja, tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, jumlah tanggungan, dan beban pengasuhan terhadap pendapatan generasi sandwich di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan wawancara terstruktur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan metode accidental sampling dan snowball sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1) Jam kerja, tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, jumlah tanggungan, dan beban pengasuhan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pendapatan generasi sandwich di Kabupaten Badung, (2) Jam kerja, jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, dan beban pengasuhan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan generasi sandwich di Kabupaten Badung, (3) Tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan generasi sandwich di Kabupaten Badung, dan (4) Terdapat perbedan pendapatan generasi sandwich laki-laki dengan perempuan, dimana laki-laki cenderung memiliki pendapatan lebih rendah dibandingkan perempuan.

Abstract

The main problem faced by humans in living life is the existence of various kinds of life needs. Therefore, to meet the needs of human life, income is needed. Nowadays, the father's living needs are met as the head of the household who works, but in some situations many families whose needs are not met if they only rely on the father's income. This is what makes women enter the world of work, either working independently or working with other people. This research aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of capital, location, variations in types of merchandise, and people's purchasing power on the income of women traders in the Badung market and analyze the role of people's purchasing power in moderating the influence of types of merchandise on income. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample for this research consisted of 92 female trader respondents in the Badung market. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and moderated regression analysis. The research results show that capital, location, variations in types of merchandise and people's purchasing power simultaneously influence the income of women traders in the Badung market. Capital and type of merchandise partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of female traders at Badung Market. Location and people's purchasing power partially have a negative and significant effect on the income of women traders at Badung Market. And people's purchasing power is a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of the type of merchandise on the income of women traders in the Badung Keyword : lorem, ipsum, dolor
