Abstract

Abstract: Multicultural education plays a crucial role in building harmony and tolerance, ensuring a peaceful and respectful life in a multicultural society. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of multicultural education in building harmony and tolerance amidst the diversity of Indonesian society. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis to collect data from various sources, the research findings indicate that harmonization involves recognizing and respecting cultural, religious, and value diversity within society. Meanwhile, tolerance involves an open attitude and appreciation for differences, without compromising individual human rights. The importance of multicultural education and a better understanding of each individual's culture and religion are recognized as key factors in creating harmony and tolerance. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of multicultural education can build harmony and tolerance amidst the diversity of Indonesian society. Therefore, it is recommended that to build harmony and tolerance amidst the diversity of Indonesian society, the implementation of multicultural education in Indonesian schools should be increased.Keywords: Implementation of Multicultural Education, Harmonization, Tolerance, and Community Diversity. Abstrak: Pendidikan multikultural memiliki peran penting dalam membangun harmonisasi dan toleransi dalam memastikan kehidupan yang damai dan saling menghormati di dalam masyarakat multikultural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang implementasi pendidikan multikultural dalam membangun harmonisasi dan toleransi di tengah keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis konten untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonisasi melibatkan pengakuan dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman budaya, agama, dan nilai-nilai di dalam masyarakat. Sementara itu, toleransi melibatkan sikap terbuka dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, tanpa mengorbankan hak asasi individu. Pentingnya pendidikan multikultural dan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang budaya dan agama masing-masing individu diakui sebagai faktor kunci dalam menciptakan harmoni dan toleransi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan multikultural dapat membangun harmonisasi dan toleransi di tengah keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk dapat membangun harmonisasi dan toleransi di tengah keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia, maka tingkatkan implementasi pendidikan multikultural di sekolah Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Pendidikan Multikultural, Harmonisasi, Toleransi, Keberagaman Masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrac: The quality of Arabic language learning is still weak, as indicated by many students struggling in practicing daily conversations. This study aims to evaluate the teacher performance program in improving the quality of Arabic language learning at the Quran Elementary School Bakti Ilaahi Bengkulu. It uses a qualitative method with the CIPP evaluation model approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The evaluation results show that, in general, teachers have prepared learning planning programs in accordance with the applicable curriculum. In terms of teacher performance program input, there are still teachers teaching subjects outside their areas of expertise, such as Arabic being taught by teachers who are not Arabic teachers. The Arabic learning process has been carried out according to the latest curriculum and the established schedule, and in terms of program output, teachers have created performance programs, and students have begun to confidently use the mufrodat (vocabulary) that has been taught, even if only in fragments. Students are able to construct simple sentences in everyday conversations. Thus, it can be concluded that the evaluation results indicate that the teacher performance program can improve the quality of Arabic learning in the school. Therefore, it is recommended that to further improve the quality of Arabic learning, the evaluation of the teacher performance program in the school should be strengthened. Keywords: Evaluation, Teacher Performance Program, Quality of Arabic Language Learning. Abstrak: Mutu pembelajaran Bahasa Arab masih lemah, ditandai banyak anak lemah dalam praktek percakapan keseharian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program kinerja guru dalam mutu pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Sekolah Dasar Quran Bakti Ilaahi Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa secara umum guru telah menyusun program perencanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Input program kinerja guru, masih ada guru mengajar tidak sesuai bidang keahliannya seperti masih ada guru mengajar Bahasa Arab oleh non guru Bahasa Arab. Proses pembelajaran Bahasa Arab telah dilaksanakan sesuai kurikulum terkini dan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan, dan pada produk program guru telah membuat program kinerja, dan siswa sudah berani menggunakan mufrodat yang sudah di ajarkan walaupun sepotong-potong kata, siswa mampu merangkai kalimat sederhana dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program kinerja guru dapat meningkatkan utu pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di sekolah. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Bahasa Arab, maka tingkatkan evaluasi program kinerja guru di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Program Kinerja Guru, Mutu Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Abstract: Student achievement is still difficult to attain due to extracurricular coaches lacking competence in their respective fields. For example, the pramuka (scouting) program is sometimes assigned to individuals who do not have specific expertise in the field. This study aims to evaluate the administration program of extracurricular activities in improving student achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Mukomuko. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that, in terms of context, extracurricular activities contribute to broadening students’ knowledge, enhancing skills, and shaping their character. Regarding input, the presence of competent coaches, supporting facilities, and a well-prepared activity curriculum are crucial factors for successful student achievement. In terms of process, the implementation of extracurricular programs runs fairly well, although it still faces challenges such as limited time, facilities, and supervision. In terms of product, the extracurricular program has a positive impact on improving student achievement, both academically and non-academically. Therefore, it can be concluded that the administration of extracurricular programs has the potential to enhance student achievement. It is recommended to continue developing and improving extracurricular programs at the madrasah.Keywords: Evaluation, Administration of Extracurricular Activities, Student Achievement. Abstrak: Prestasi siswa masih sulit diraih dikarenakan coach esktrakurikuler kurang kompeten dalam bidangnya. Contohnya kegiatan pramuka dibebankan kepada orang yang tidak punya keahlian khusus di bidang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program administrasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Mukomuko. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Sumber data didapat melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek konteks, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berkontribusi dalam memperluas wawasan, meningkatkan keterampilan, serta membentuk karakter siswa. Pada aspek input, keberadaan pembina, fasilitas pendukung, serta kurikulum kegiatan yang memadai menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan prestasi. Pada aspek proses, pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan cukup baik meskipun masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, sarana, dan pengawasan. Pada aspek produk, program ekstrakurikuler terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi siswa, baik prestasi akademik maupun prestasi Non Akademik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program administrasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Maka, tingkatkanlah program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di Madrasah.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Program Administrasi Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler, Prestasi Siswa.

Abstract

Abstrac: The quality of teacher performance is still considered low because the principal’s supervision program has not been optimally implemented. This study aims to evaluate the madrasa principal’s supervision program in improving teacher performance quality at MTsN 2 South Bengkulu. It uses a descriptive qualitative method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that in the context of the madrasah principal’s supervision program, at the input level there are differences in teachers’ pedagogical competencies. At the process level, there are irregularities in the implementation of curriculum-based learning, as well as a lack of innovation in teaching methods. As for the output of the supervision program, teachers are able to carry out the learning process, develop RPS and RPP programs, and create innovations to improve education quality, supported by adequate tools to enhance teacher performance quality. Thus, the evaluation of the madrasah principal’s supervision program can improve the quality of teacher performance. Therefore, it is recommended that to improve teacher performance quality, the madrasah principal’s supervision at MTsN 2 South Bengkulu should be strengthened, even though several technical and cultural challenges still exist. This evaluation provides strategic recommendations for more sustainable and systematic supervision optimization in the future.Keywords: Evaluation, Principal’s Supervision Program, Teacher Performance Quality, MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Abstrak: Kualitas kinerja guru masih tergolong rendah, karena program supervise kepala madrasah belum optimal dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru di MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa conteks program supervise kepala madrasah, pada tingkat input program terdapat perbedaan kompetensi pedagogik antar guru, tingkat proses pelaksanaan program terjadi ketidakteraturan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum, serta kurangnya inovasi dalam metode mengajar, produk program supervisi kepala madrasah guru dapat melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menyusun program RPS, RPP, membuat inovasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, didukung dengan perangkat yang memadai dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. Dengan demikian evaluasi program supervise kepala madrasah dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru, maka tingkatkanlah supervise kepala madrasah di MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan meskipun masih terdapat beberapa hambatan teknis dan kultural. Evaluasi ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk optimalisasi supervisi yang lebih berkelanjutan dan sistematis di masa depan.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Program Supervisi Kepala Madrasah, Kualitas Kinerja Guru, MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan.

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of education in Indonesia is still quite concerning. One of the things that is shown by the evaluation of learning that looks perfect on paper, but still fails to provide real insight into what really needs to be improved in the learning program. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the teacher learning program implemented at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Bengkulu City in an effort to improve the overall quality of education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, data analysis using the CIPP evaluation model approach (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results of the evaluation of the teacher learning program at MTsN 2 Bengkulu City have shown an increase in the quality of education, this is seen from the learning tools created by teachers that are in accordance with the guidelines, in the learning process teachers are skilled in opening and closing learning in class using various methods so as to improve student achievement in the academic field both at the regional and national levels. Thus, it can be concluded that the teacher learning program at MTsN 2 Bengkulu City has been able to improve the quality of education. Therefore, it can be suggested that to improve the quality of education, evaluation of the teacher learning program must be carried out continuously.Keywords: Evaluation of Teacher Learning Program, Quality of Education, State Islamic Junior High School 2 Bengkulu City. Abstrak: Mutu pendidikan di Indonesia masih cukup memprihatinkan. Salah satunya ditunjukkan dengan evaluasi pembelajaran nampak sempurna diatas kertas, tetapi masih gagal memberikan insight nyata tentang hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki dalam program pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara komprehensif efektivitas program pembelajaran guru yang diterapkan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, analisis data menggunakan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil evaluasi program pembelajaran guru di MTsN 2 Kota Bengkulu telah menunjukkan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, hal ini terlihat dari perangkat pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru sudah sesuai dengan pedoman, dalam proses pembelajaran guru sudah terampil dalam membuka dan menutup pembelajaran di kelas dengan menggunakan metode yang beragam sehingga meningkatan prestasi siswa dalam bidang akademik baik tingkat daerah maupun nasional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan program pembelajaran guru di MTsN 2 Kota Bengkulu sudah mampu meningkatan mutu pendidikan. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, maka evaluasi terdahap program pembelajaran guru harus dilakukan secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran Guru, Mutu Pendidikan, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstrac: Reading interest among students is still relatively low, as evidenced by the library program being positioned merely as a complement and not being empowered or made effective. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the library program in increasing students’ reading interest at MI Plus Nur Rahma, Bengkulu City. It uses a descriptive qualitative method with the CIPP evaluation model approach (context, input, process, and product). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the contextual aspect of the library program emerged as a response to students’ low literacy culture and the need to strengthen reading habits within the school environment. In terms of program input, the school has provided basic facilities such as a library room and a book collection, and has involved teachers and librarians, although the number and variety of books are still limited and the human resources need improved competencies. In the program process aspect, the implementation has been carried out regularly and in a structured manner through various literacy activities, although coordination and evaluation are still not optimal. Meanwhile, in the product aspect, the program has shown results in the form of increased reading frequency and students’ enthusiasm for literacy activities, although the improvement is not evenly distributed across all classes. Thus, the library program can enhance students’ reading interest. Therefore, it is recommended that to further improve students’ reading interest, the evaluation of the library program in the madrasa should be strengthened.Keywords: Library Program Evaluation, Students’ Reading Interest. Abstrak: Minat baca dikalangan siswa masih tergolong rendah terlihat program perpustakaan masih diposisikan sebagai pelengkap dan tidak diberdayakan serta tidak berdaya guna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di MI Plus Nur Rahma Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks program perpustakaan lahir sebagai respons terhadap rendahnya budaya literasi siswa serta kebutuhan penguatan pembiasaan membaca di lingkungan sekolah. Aspek input program, sekolah telah menyediakan fasilitas dasar seperti ruang perpustakaan dan koleksi buku, serta melibatkan guru dan pustakawan, meskipun jumlah dan variasi buku masih terbatas dan sumber daya manusia perlu ditingkatkan kompetensinya. Aspek proses program, pelaksanaan program telah berjalan secara rutin dan terstruktur melalui berbagai kegiatan literasi, namun koordinasi dan evaluasi masih belum optimal. Sedangkan aspek produk, program telah menunjukkan hasil berupa meningkatnya frekuensi membaca dan antusiasme siswa terhadap kegiatan literasi, meskipun belum merata di semua kelas. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Sehingga dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan minat baca siswa, maka tingkatkan evaluasi program perpustakaan di madarasah.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program perpustakaan, Minat Baca Siswa.

Abstract

 Abstract: Supervision by the madrasa principal in guidance and counseling (BK) services across various educational units is still not running optimally due to time limitations, minimal coordination, and students’ low understanding of Guidance and Counseling. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the madrasa principal’s supervision in student Guidance and Counseling at MAN Insan Cendekia Bengkulu Tengah. It employs a descriptive qualitative method. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the supervision of the madrasa principal, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation, has been carried out quite effectively, supported by orderly administration and Guidance and Counseling services that align with students’ needs. Guidance and Counseling services in the madrasa cover personal, social, academic, and career aspects, with program implementation that is structured through regular assessments and continuous follow-up actions. The supervision has also strengthened coordination among the madrasa principal, Guidance and Counseling teachers, and other school stakeholders, thereby supporting the improvement of the quality of Guidance and Counseling services. Therefore, it can be concluded that the supervision of the madrasah principal has been running effectively in providing guidance and counseling services for students, although several obstacles such as limited time, workload, and supporting facilities still require attention to improve the effectiveness of services on an ongoing basis. Thus, it is recommended to enhance the effectiveness of the madrasah principal’s supervision in student guidance and counseling at the madrasah.Keywords: Effectiveness, Principal’s Supervision, Student Guidance and Counseling. Abstrak: Supervisi kepala madrasah dalam layanan bimbingan konseling (BK) di berbagai satuan pendidikan, masih belum berjalan optimal akibat keterbatasan waktu, minimnya koordinasi, serta rendahnya pemahaman peserta didik terhadap Bimbingan Konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas supervisi kepala madrasah dalam Bimbingan Konseling peserta didik di MAN Insan Cendekia Bengkulu Tengah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala madrasah mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi telah berjalan cukup efektif, kerapian administrasi, serta layanan Bimbingan Konseling sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Layanan BK di madrasah telah meliputi aspek pribadi, sosial, belajar, dan karier dengan pelaksanaan program yang terstruktur melalui asesmen berkala dan tindak lanjut yang berkesinambungan. Supervisi juga telah memperkuat koordinasi antara kepala madrasah, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, dan unsur sekolah lainnya sehingga mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan Bimbingan Konseling. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimmpulkan bahwa supervisi kepala madrasah telah berjalan efektif dalam melayani bimbingan konseling peserta didik, meskipun beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, beban kerja, dan sarana pendukung masih memerlukan perhatian untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: The quality of technology-based learning is still difficult to improve because human resources remain weak in terms of device ownership and technology literacy. This study aims to evaluate the use of information technology in improving the learning quality of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) at MTsN Kota Bengkulu. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that the use of information technology in Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning—such as instructional videos, fitness applications, and online learning platforms—can enhance students’ motivation and understanding. The integration of information technology also encourages more collaborative and contextual learning. Most teachers have utilized information technology in the learning process, although several technical challenges remain, such as limited ownership of technological devices, the level of information technology literacy among teachers and students, and the lack of technological infrastructure in madrasahs. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of information technology is capable of improving the quality of Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning in madrasahs. Therefore, it is recommended that to further improve the quality of Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning, the evaluation of information technology use in madrasahs should be strengthened.Keywords: Evaluation of Information Technology Utilization, Quality of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Learning. Abstrak: Mutu pembelajaran berbasis teknologi masih sulit ditingkatkan karena sumberdaya manusia masih lemah pada tingkat kepemilikan perangkat dan literasi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan di MTsN Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan seperti video pembelajaran, aplikasi kebugaran, dan platform pembelajaran daring dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa, integrasi teknologi informasi mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih kolaboratif dan konkstual. Sebagian besar guru telah menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam proses pembelajaran meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala teknis, seperti keterbatasan kepemilikan perangkat teknologi, dan tingkat literasi teknologi informasi guru dan siswa, serta minimnya infrastruktur teknologi di madrasah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi mampu meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan di madrasah. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan, maka tingkatkanlah evaluasi penggunaan teknologi informasi di madrasah.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Mutu Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani,                         Olahraga, dan Kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstrac: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the school programs outlined in the Annual Work Plan at SDN 49 Bengkulu City and to examine their contribution to improving the quality of education. The evaluation was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through observations, interviews, and documentation. First, the context of the Annual Work Plan program includes the strategic plan and program objectives. Second, the inputs of the Annual Work Plan program—such as teachers participating in training and workshops—have an impact on improving the quality of education. Students who receive character reinforcement are able to demonstrate discipline, responsibility, and social awareness. Third, the implementation process of the annual plan program is generally quite good, but not yet optimal, as evidenced by the school’s accreditation declining from A to B due to missing important documents and the lack of understanding among administrative staff and teachers regarding the archiving system. Fourth, the products of the Annual Work Plan program have utilized the results of the School Self-Evaluation (EDS) and quality report as the basis for program development, reflecting an evidence-based approach. However, disparities in implementation among teachers, limitations in differentiated instruction, and weaknesses in monitoring and evaluation systems have contributed to the decline in accreditation quality. Thus, it can be concluded that the evaluation of the Annual Work Plan is able to illustrate the aspects of educational quality that need improvement. Therefore, it is recommended that to improve the quality of education, schools should enhance the evaluation of their annual work plan program.Keywords: Evaluation, School Annual Work Plan Program, Quality of Education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program sekolah yang tertuang dalam Rencana Kerja Tahunan di SDN 49 Kota Bengkulu serta mengkaji kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, Konteks program Rencana Kerja Tahunan meliputi rencana strategis, dan tujuan program. Kedua, Input program Rencana Kerja Tahunan seperti guru mengikuti  diklat dan workshop berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan, Siswa yang diberikan penguatan karakter mampu bersikap disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial. Ketiga, Proses pelaksanaan program rencana tahunan secara umum sudah cukup bagus, namun belum optimal, terlihat akreditasi sekolah mengalami penurunan,  dari A turun  menjadi B, disebabkan dokumen-dokumen penting tidak ditemukan, tenaga adminstrasi dan para guru tidak paham tentang sistem ke arsipan. Keempat, produk program Rencana Kerja Tahunan telah memanfaatkan hasil Evaluasi Diri Sekolah (EDS) dan raport mutu sebagai dasar penyusunan program, yang mencerminkan pendekatan evidence-based. Namun, terjadi disparitas pelaksanaan antar guru, keterbatasan dalam diferensiasi pembelajaran, serta lemahnya sistem monitoring dan evaluasi, sehingga mutu akreditasi menurun. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi Rencana Kerja Tahunan mampu menggambarkan mutu pendidikan yang perlu diperbaiki. Sehingga dapat disarankan, untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, maka tingkatkanlah evaluasi program rencana kerja tahunan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Program Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT) Sekolah, Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Financial administration plays an important and strategic role in determining the quality of education, especially in vocational secondary schools. This study aims to map, describe, and analyze the role of financial administration in educational quality at the Integrated Islamic Vocational High School of Architecture in Bengkulu City. Using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that financial administration plays an important role in determining the quality of education. Financial constraints and suboptimal budget planning have a direct impact on educational quality, including educational input, process, output, and outcomes. The role of financial administration is crucial in determining educational quality. Effective, transparent, and accountable financial management is a key factor in supporting the smooth implementation of the learning process, enhancing the professionalism of educators, and ensuring the availability of adequate educational facilities. Thus, it can be concluded that financial administration plays an important role in improving the quality of education in schools. Therefore, it is recommended that in order to enhance educational quality, the role of financial administration in schools should be strengthened.Keywords: The Role of Financial Administration, Quality of Education, SMK IT Arsitek. Abstrak: Administrasi keuangan memegang peran penting dan strategis dalam menentukan mutu pendidikan, terutama di sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis peran administrasi keuangan dalam mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Islam Terpadu Arsitek Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi keuangan berperan penting dalam menentukan mutu pendidikan. Keterbatasan keuangan dan kurang optimalnya perencanaan anggaran berdampak langsung pada mutu pendidikan seperti; input, proses, output, dan outcome pendidikan. Peran administrasi keuangan sangat menentukan mutu pendidikan. Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel menjadi kunci utama dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran, peningkatan profesionalisme pendidik, serta ketersediaan fasilitas pendidikan yang memadai. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa administrasi keuangan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan bawa untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, maka tingkatkan peran administrasi keuangan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Peran Administrasi Keuangan, Mutu Pendidikan, SMK IT Arsitek.
