Abstract Factors Related to Knowledge of Pregnant Women During the Covid-19 Pandemic on Breastfeeding. Breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic must be maintained (UNICEF and WHO, 2020). The lowest breastfeeding was in Central Africa, North Africa, Asia, and Latin America (RI Ministry of Health, 2010). The small number of rates of exclusive breastfeeding globally and in Indonesia has gotten worse with the Covid-19 pandemic (Peng et al., 2020). This study aims to determine the knowledge of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic regarding breastfeeding at PMB Anna Haifani Karang Tengah, Tangerang City in June 2021. Data collection based on primary data was taken by means of a questionnaire survey. The population is 30 pregnant women in June. Data analysis uses Chi Square with a significance of α (0.05). The results of 30 respondents showed mothers who had less knowledge 17 (56.7%), and pregnant women with healthy reproductive age 19 (63.3%), and mothers with higher education 17 (56.7%), and mothers with jobs not worked 20 (66.7%), and had never breastfed 16 (53.3%), and mothers received support 19 (63.3%). Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between Age P = 0.000, Education P = 0.000, Family Support P = 0.007. To increase the knowledge of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic regarding breastfeeding, counseling on breastfeeding should be carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a disease that occurs in 3% - 7% of pregnant women in the world. Preeclampsia and eclampsia after 20 weeks of gestation, up to 25% of cases development after delivery, most common within the first 4 days but occasionally up to 6 weeks postpartum. Untreated preeclampsia usually gets worse over a variable period of time, then suddenly progresses to eclampsia, which occurs in 1/200 patients with preeclampsia. Untreated eclampsia is leading to severity. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine angiogenic factors as biomarkers in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. This study was conducted using the scooping review method on studies published in early 2010-2021. The search was carried out using available databases including Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, Google Scholar. The keywords used included angiogenic factors, pathogenesis and preeclampsia. The results showed that the pathonegenesis of preeclampsia is a decrease in VEGF, PlGF, and an increase in sFlt-1 so that it can be used as an early detector of preeclampsia as well as a biomarker in preeclampsia research.

Abstract

Based on the results of the 2017 IDHS obtained from interviews with 70% of women who answered that the examination needed before marriage is a physical examination. During 2020 the number of women of childbearing age who came to health care facilities to receive premarital screening services decreased compared to 2019, not reaching 5 percent of the total number of WUS in Banten Province. Based on the results of the Tangsel KESGA 2022 report, the Pondok Ranji Health Center has just implemented an MOU for pre-marital screening services with the KUA in March 2022. During September 2022 to December 2022 at the Pondok Ranji Health Center, there were 15 prospective brides who had pre-marital screening. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the behavior of the bride and groom in carrying out pre-marital screening in the Pondok Ranji Health Center area, South Tangerang in 2023. This study used an analytic descriptive method with a cross-sectional design, a sampling technique with accidental sampling with a total of 40 respondents. This research was conducted in January 2023-February 2023. The statistical test results explained that there was a significant relationship between age (p-value= 0.020) OR=9.714, education (p-value=0.025) OR=6.364, occupation (p-value= 0.032) OR= 7.250, knowledge (p-value= 0.034) OR=7.467, attitude (p-value= 0.020) OR=0.103, family support (p-value= 0.044) OR=5.750 with the behavior of the prospective bride and groom towards premarital screening. With this research, it is hoped that the bride and groom will be able to take pre-marital screening examinations in accordance with the standards recommended by the government, and for health workers it is hoped that they will make efforts to increase the coverage of pre-marital screening for couples at the Pondok Ranji Health Center through direct counseling to the public, especially the prospective bride and groom.
