<![CDATA[In the human world created by bringing the elements of intelligence, be it intelligence quotient or spiritual intelligence. This article aims to reveal the financial intelligence of spiritual dimension with the teachings of waqf. Data collection methods used are with documentation of some literature. The results of the study indicate that the economic downturn has resulted in the inability of education to make a person worse in religious knowledge. Low levels of religious understanding can also lead to more vulnerability to misguided teachings and easily provoked by radical ideas. With waqf, the results obtained from waqf funds can be used for operational costs and educational infrastructure facilities so that people can achieve intelligence and spiritual intelligence so it is not easily provoked by radical ideology and misleading teachings.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat isa significant source of funding with profound implications for economic growth, particularly in the West Sumatra region. However, there is an opportunityfor improvement sincethe actual collection in theregion falls below optimal standards. In recognizing theproblem, Zakat Forum (FOZ) developsthe idea of Digizakat, known asdigital zakat, to improve itscollection,and changes in the impact of inflation rates on thestability of the economy. Therefore, thisstudy aimed to examine the potential effects of inflation and digitally collected zakat on West Sumatra's economic growth from short-and long-term perspectives. Secondary data from BAZNAS and BPS West Sumatra are used to conduct a thorough analysis ofmonthly digital zakat collection records from 2016 to 2020.To evaluate the impact of zakat digitization on economic growth, Vector Autoregression(VAR) methodis used. The results show that inflation and the digitization of zakat have a negligible short-term impact on regional economic growth. Increased literacy, tighter government oversight, and maintenance of stable inflation rates are necessary to maximize the impact of zakat digitalizationto improve economic growth and public welfare. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know the management of productive zakat for the economic empowerment of society in LAZISNU Kudus. This study uses a qualitative approach and is described descriptively. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis using data reduction, data display and verification. From the results of the study concluded that the management of productive zakat funds conducted by LAZISNU Kudus using the stages in management science. The steps in the empowerment of productive zakat by LAZISNU Kudus include data collection, supervision and supervision. There are two obstacles facing LAZISNU, internal and external factors. Among the internal factors are limited funds provided, lack of coordination, lack of adequate human resources and administrative management that is still traditional. While external factors include is still a lot of muzakki who pay zakat outside amil institutions and mustahik less know management business.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world, but the level of zakat is not too heavy. This can be seen from the low amount of zakat that has been successful compared to the potential for zakat. Seeing this fact, the Zakat Management Organization (OPZ) implements a digitalization strategy in collecting zakat funds, including in Magelang Regency. In order to understand the intention of the muzakki in paying zakat online, this study was conducted. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical framework by adding a moderating variable to electronic word of mouth (eWOM). This study was conducted using a quantitative approach with 135 respondents. The data were randomly collected using the internet (online). Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study suggest that attitudes can be expressed by perceived ease of use (PEoU), perceived usefulness (PU), and electronic word of mouth (e-WoM). Meanwhile, behavioral intention in this study proved to be reliable by electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) and attitude. The results of the moderation effect test prove that electronic word of mouth (e-WoM) in this study weakens the relationship between perceived ease of use (PEoU) and attitude. <![CDATA[Zakat is a mandatory contribution of a specific portion of one's assets that every Muslim must make after they meet the stated criteria. Zakat is disbursed to the designated beneficiaries (asnaf) who are eligible to receive it. This study aims to examine the effect of board governance on business zakat compliance with public trust and transparency as intervening variable. This study will be carried out in East Java, Indonesia. The respondents of this study business zakat payers in East Java who pay zakat through Lazismu. Data will be gathered using the survey methodology. Partial least squire structural equation (PLS-SEM) path modelling will be employed to analyze the data. The study's findings suggest a direct relationship between board governance and zakat compliance. The results of this study further demonstrate that the relationship between board governance and zakat compliance is mediated by trust and transparency.]]>

<![CDATA[Waqf is horizontal social worship and can be made for the welfare of the people. Waqf can be in the form of immovable objects such as land that has become the propertyBefore the issuance of Law number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, the implementation of waqf in the community when the land of ownership was granted both for mosques, prayer rooms and schools without being registered and not registered, so that when the Wakak died there would be problems relating to land that had represented, usually the heirs demand the return of waqf land that has been represented by their parents. So to avoid this problem, the regulations from the government appear to regulate or answer the problems mentioned above.The procedure for land waqf after the enactment of Law No. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf is through the waqf pledge process by the Wakif, then a waqf pledge is made which directly pledges before PPAIW or can be represented by making a power of attorney and strengthened by two witnesses or deed of replacement for the waqf certificate for the Wakif who has passed away. After being made AIW or APAIW registered with the BPN with the conditions. After completion, it was announced at the general register of the Ministry of Religion office and BWI.]]>

<![CDATA[Assessing zakat literacy is needed for zakat institutions to examine zakat collection policies and evaluate zakat education and socialization programs. This study aims to map the level of zakat literacy in the Kudus Regency using the Zakat Literacy Index and unearth the factors which influence people's behavior in paying zakat. This study uses a mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. The results showed that the level of zakat literacy in the Kudus Regency was in the moderate category, with a Zakat Literacy Index score of 77.39. This study also shows that trust in scholars, peer influence, and education factors have influenced people's behavior and zakat understanding level. This paper also proffers implications to optimize the role of the zakat collector unit in order to increase the zakat knowledge of the community and the urgency of innovative and sustainable distribution programs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management of YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus waqf assets for orphans. This type of research is field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation and data analysis are done inductively. The result of the study shows that the management of YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus waqf assets is still consumptive and still has the potential to be productive. YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus keep trying to produce waqf assets because some of the waqf assets that can produce have not been managed maximally by way of utilization of wakaf asset directly and indirectly. The opportunities and challenges of asset management of YBW Al-Ikhsan Kudus based on SWOT analysis are; S-O strategy, which is by optimizing the potential of waqf assets through the utilization of vacant land, cooperation with LKS, investment training nadzir, the formation of waqf savings. The S-T strategy, namely nadzir, must apply good management principles in the development of waqf assets. W-O strategy, that is with participation and active role wakif, nadzir, and foundation for empowering asset waqf. While the W-T strategy, namely by making the priority scale and innovation in empowering asset waqf.]]>
