Zakat is not only a divine dimension (hablum minallah) but also has a social dimension of humanity (hablum minannas). <![CDATA[Pada perkembangan zaman saat ini yang semakin maju, dan kebutuhan ekonomi yang semakin mendesak, sehingga saat ini banyak muncul sengketa wakaf, yakni gugatan atas barang yang diwakafkan oleh ahli waris orang yang mewakafkan. Munculnya gugatan atas barang wakaf, tentu akan mengganggu bagi pemanfataan barang wakaf tersebut. Munculnya sengketa wakaf ini dikarenakan masih banyaknya perbuatan hukum wakaf yang dilakukan dengan asas saling percaya, secara lisan, dan tidak didukung dengan adanya tertib administrasi. Adanya gugatan sengketa wakaf ini, tidak hanya merugikan bagi nadzhir, pihak yang memperoleh manfaat dari benda wakaf, maupun wakif sendiri.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine both the direct and indirect effect of Islamic work ethic and sharia marketing mix variables on muzakki loyalty with institutional image serving as a mediating element. This examination was conducted at Amil Zakat Institution in East Java using quantitative methods. Data Collection was carried out using a survey method via questionnaire distributed to muzakki of Amil Zakat Institution in East Java. Subsequently, the data was further processed using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that both Islamic Work Ethic and Sharia marketing mix had a positive and significant direct effect on muzakki loyalty. Furthermore, indirect testing with institutional image as a mediating variable showed that Islamic Work Ethic and Sharia marketing mix positively and significantly influenced muzakki loyalty. These discoveries could be applied to improve zakat institution management, particularly in marketing and human resources, thereby enhancing muzakki loyalty and potentially increasing national zakat receipts in the long term.]]>

<![CDATA[Postmodern is a breeding effort, epistemological innovation, so anthropology becomes more adaptive and productive. This can be demonstrated through the application of his theory in practice and philanthropy models. This paper aims to describe the history of philanthropy in terms of the perspective of postmodern theory. The results of the literature review indicate that at first the emergence of the philanthropy movement was the way of the rulers of the time to maintain the stability of public security by providing assistance to the community, but in the postmodern period turned into non-profit social institutions or institutions that serve as mediators of donors to the needy. Philanthropy, initially only in the form of goods aimed at relieving and meeting the needs of a deficient society, in the postmodern era can develop into donor body parts, smiles and even empathy can be referred to as philanthropy. Alms that were originally human goods, the postmodern expanded that spread the science, moving the masses can also be called philanthropy.]]>

<![CDATA[Public demand for financial transparency of zakat institutions is getting stronger. The weak quality of financial reports resulted in a distrust of this institution. Therefore, a framework is needed as a reference in compiling and presenting quality financial reports that meet public expectations. This article aims to propose a financial transparency framework for the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) in Indonesia. This is a descriptive qualitative study with an explanatory approach. Furthermore, data collection was carried out through studies related to financial transparency of the institution and was complemented by interviews with directors, distribution managers, accounting staff, and three muzaki of zakat institutions in Central Java. The results concluded that the framework for transparency practice in the financial statements of zakat institutions comprises three parts, namely the principle of tauhid as a foundation component. Amil zakat's professionalism, internal audit, internal control, and financial accounting standards are the principal components, as well as the use of the website as support. The implication of this study is that the credibility of zakat institutions can be increased by improving the quality of financial reports.]]>

<![CDATA[God destroyed the usury and fertilize the charity. This is a fragment the meaning of paragraph 276 surat al-Baqarah. In this verse Allah promised to destroy usury and fertilize the charity. Among the types of charity who have the quest reward is waqf. Therefore it can be a solution wafaf destruction of usury on this earth. This article aims to examine the role of endowments in eradicating usury that exist in society. The study, which used is a literature review with given examples of cases in the community. The results of the study concluded that if the waqf property is well managed and in line with sharia, the waqf property can be used to destroy usury. Examples are waqf property used to build traditional market for the provision of modern scales, to assist the capital of the merchants, to create exchange programs dime before the feast, and for other programs. For success, the necessary role in empowering Nazhir waqf property. In addition, the Innovation program created by Nazhir determine the success of the role of waqf property in eliminating usury.]]>

<![CDATA[This research attempt proposes an integration model business process modeling notation for CSR related to waqf and Islamic microfinance from a review of existing research in Indonesia. Literature about problem access to financing from CSR and institutions finance micro-Islam through waqf studied in a way critical and usable to propose an alternative model. The business process model and notation describe the proposed waqf model papers. This model has developed from CSR as a source of financing for asset-waqf productive literature. This model is expected to provide service finance through CSR and engaging participatory contracts between companies and institutions in finance micro-Islam. Besides that, by the proposed model, there is no conditional collateral, tribe interest, or terms as strict as usual enforced by the institution to finance existing conventional. Findings from the paper This will provide alternative sources of financing for waqf that are productive for starting or empowering asset waqf with funds from CSR and institutions that finance micro-Islam. This study also has implications for government and manufacturer policies. The involvement of companies and institutions that finance micro-proposed Islam in this model, it helps the government reduce expenditures for empowerment asset waqf production.]]>

<![CDATA[Kemiskinan menjadi masalah yang masih banyak diperbincangkan. Hal tersebut bukan berarti pemerintah tidak peduli. Namun banyak faktor yang menghambat kinerja program pemerintah dalam mengentas kemiskinan. Adanya pengelolaan zakat produktif secara tepat guna diharapkan mampu mengurangi angka kemiskinan yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola pengelolaan dan dampak pengelolaan zakat produktif hibah modal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik miskin pada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kota Mojokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan memadukan jenis penelitian fenomenologi dan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi partisipatif langsung, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik credibility (validitas internal), transferability (validitas eksternal), dependability (realibilitas), dan confirmability (obyektifitas). Teknik analisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan zakat produktif hibah modal masih belum mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik miskin secara signifikan baik secara material maupun spiritual. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pendapatan empat mustahik yang berstatus tetap dari sepeluh mustahik yang dijadikan sampel. Bahkan dari sisi spiritual, hibah modal belum mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tidak adanya perubahan spiritualitas dari sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan hibah modal. ]]>
