Abstract

Educational subsidy program (DSP subsidized) is a supporting program for achieving K-12 compulsory education program in Kota Cilegon. Through the program, Local governments try to eliminate/reduce citizen's expenditures for education phase by phase. This program (DSP subsidized) is aimed to subsidy admission program in first year's school. The purposes of research as such: First, try to describe the adequacy of the program in helping schools achieve their effectiveness. Second, describe how schools utilized the DSP program for finance school activities. This work is using descriptive framework as a guideline. The research was involving 32 SDs (elementary schools), 10 SMPs (Junior High schools), 5 SMAs (High schools), and 2 SMKs (Vocational High schools) as a research samples. Data gathering was using questionnaires and documentation study. The finding shows that (23.8%) schools declare that adequacy of DSP program could meet 8O%-90% school teaching and learning activity needs. For quality improvement, 23.8% schools explain that program could meet 100% needs. For procurements and maintenance, 38.1% school said that the program could meet 40%-70% school needs. Majority schools said that the program could meet 40%-70% school needs for student affairs. 47.6% schools said that the program could meet less than just 40% school prosperity. For supporting school governance, 26.3% school said that the program could meet less than 40% school needs. Keywords: DSP Subsidized, Adequacy, Effectiveness, Efficiencies

Abstract

This study is set out from the phenomenon of sexual conflict in teenagers with autism. Sexual urge is a natural biological need in a stage of development. For that, we need a wise handling and normatively accepted by society. The wise handling need support from different sources in the community, support of view or perspective that gives the correct solution in handling autistic adolescent sexual urge. The purpose of this study is to find out the preparations both parents and teachers of children with autism to enter adolescence, prevention efforts and treatment that can be done by parents and teachers to the emergence of other forms of sexual behavior of adolescents with autism and the proper sexual urge distribution techniques for autistic adolescent. This study uses a qualitative approach using the Delphi Study. The technique of collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, Forom Group Discusion (FGD) and documentation with resource parents, teachers, orthopaedagog, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctors and clerics (Islam, Christian, Catholic, Hindu and Buddhist). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, content analysis, taxonomy, domain and traffic perspective. The result shows that the development of adolescence in children with autism generally aged 8-21 years; characteristics of both primary and secondary development are the same as adolescents in general, what distinguishes are the ability of self-control; sexual behaviors that appear to form self-exploration of the opposite sex began to be interested though can not interpret the relationship, a factor that encourages the emergence of sexual behavior in terms of internal (hormonal changes), while the external (the promiscuity, the lack of proper understanding about sex and self-control); forms of sexual behavior does not include sexual deviant behavior due to self control limitations and the ability to communicate; preparation of teachers and parents giving the same treatment as adolescents generally by giving guidance at an early age and assistance at all phases of development, prevention and treatment of sexual behavior can be done through self internal of autistic adolescence itself, external environment and the right distribution of sex drive through marriage with the assistance of older people. Abstract

This research was aim to: 1) repair to process learning of through utilization trainer Air Conditioning (AC) media. 2) improvement to competence'student in the class student in LPB at the technique of cooler through utilization trainer Air Conditioning (AC) media. The research use the research type action of which base on the class. The research of action class this execute at student class III LPB SMK 5 of state town Surakarta which amount to 33 student. The research of action class this consist of four component that is: a) planning, b) action, c) perception observing, d) reflecting. Fourth component of which in the form of the cycle approach. The research was get to data: 1) observation and 2) test. The especial instrument in research this was researcher by self by means of assist for the which cover: 1) observation/job sheet, and 2) achievement tes. Technique of analysis data in research this use to analyse descriptive quantitative and qualitative. To data improvement of competence'student the items the technique of cooler with tes achievement learn the analysis with technique descriptive quantitative. This research was fmd out that in the learning trainer Air Conditioning (AC) media can be improve to competence's student the interest the technique of cooler at student class m LPB SMK 5 at Surakarta town. Matter this the mark from result indicator of efficacy research of action class and existence of improvement of competence's student (achievement learn) the technique of cooler. The result was done pre-action equal to 6,00, cycle I equal to 7,17, and cycle II equal to 7,44, while to attainment goal finish to learn individual at cycle I equal to 57,58 % (19 student) and cycle II equal to 87,88 %. Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the internalization of guidance and counseling profession, and to compare the degree of internalization based on semester of guidance and counseling profession of guidance and counseling students. The population was guidance and counseling students of the Faculty of Educational Scienties on the odd semester 2008/2009 totally 588. The proporsional stratified random sampling technique was used to find the sample 202 students. The main method was questionare that supported by observation and interview. Descriptive analisys and One Way ANOVA employed to analysis teh data. The result show that the degree of internalization of guidance and counseling profession lay on medium category agree with development of the degree of semester. The guidance and counseling students difference in the degree of internalization in each semester. The students of regular and non-regular difference in internalize the value of guidance and counseling profession, but they are not difference especially in gender. Abstract

Community Learning Center (CLC) as educational service provider ideally can do its functions optimum to develops and mediates community to their invorirentment. CLC have to make improvements on aspects of organization management through impelementation of various strategies of capacity development. Because of these, the research done. The research subject is eight PKBM in Bantul, Province of The Special Region of Yogyakarta. determined by purposive. Gathering and analysis of data done qualitatively, while authenticity technique of data with triangulation and college discussion. The result of research shows that implementation of strategies of capacity development on program, educational process, facility, external enviorenment, personnel, and partnership done by the CLCs are in standar or implementing level. If s means that the creative, inovatif and holistic ways of the strategies are not optimum. Also, there are constraints faced by the CLCs on gains their goal includes personnel, geographical position, and perception local government to CLC. Thereby, for continuing development of CLC required an idea and action guarantying expansion of CLC in integrated and totally, and accompanied by professional behavior of the personnel. Abstract

The selection of instructional strategy is very important considering that students' characteristics are varied and the allocation of lecturing time is limited. Students of the educational technology department show dissatisfied results in learning and instruction theory. Students who don't possess the sufficient comprehension ability will experience difficulties in achieving the higher abilities such as synthesis, analysis, and evaluation. This research was conducted to verify whether the deep dialogue instructional strategy and the student's prior knowledge give different impacts toward the materials' comprehension or not. This research utilized quasi experimental design by non-equivalent control group design planning 2x2 factorial version. Research subjects were the students of Educational Technology department, FTP UNY, who took the Learning and Instruction Theory. The students consisted of two classes, class A (44 students) as experimental group, and class B (41 students) as the control group. Research tools utilized were: 1) Instrument to execute the deep dialogue Instructional Strategy, 2) Student's comprehension instruments, and 3) Student's prior knowledge instrument. Data's compilation was conducted in steps; 1) preĀ­test, 2) learning treatment, and 3) post-test. Data analysis technique was done descriptively and by ANOVA factorial of 2 x 2. The results of research showed that; 1) there were no significant differences, of material comprehension level between the students who experienced deep dialogue instructional strategy with the students who performed the oral learning strategy, presentation and interactive conversation, 2) there were no distinct differences on the student's comprehension level to understand the delivered materials between the students who possessed high prior knowledge with the low prior knowledge students, 3) there were no interactions occurred in the utilization of deep dialogue instructional strategy with the student's initial comprehension ability to understand the delivered materials. Abstract

This research is aim to know : 1) to implementation of guided inquiry learning strategy for for the increasing of students achievement's IPA-Fisika, 2) to increasing of students achievement's IPA-Fisika throug implementation of guided inquiry learning strategy. The research subject of this class action research is all of the students of who sit on class VIII STsN 1 Ngemplak Boyolali, there are consist of 36 students. The data is collected with the technique test and observation. The technique test is to know the student achievement while the observation is to know the students attention, response, and activeness. The data is analyzed by utilization student comparative description analysis and T-test. The result of this research are: 1) implementation of guided inquiry learning strategy for for the increasing of students achievement's IPA-Fisika by step: a) phase of presentation of internal issue form of spread sheet student, b) discussion of guidance, c) activity of descovery, d) final discussion, e) to make the conclusion and follow-up..2) improvement of achievement learn of IPA-Fisika at interest elementary wake up the side space arch to pass guided inquiry learning strategy to show at improvement attainment of achievement learn the student at cycle I and H at cycle I from 36 student obtain to sum up value counted 217,5 average value 6,024 with standard deviasi 1,003. at cycle II: get to sum up value counted 252, average value 7,00 with standard deviation 0,802. From result obtain of achievement learn at cycle I and n analysis by using test t. From result calculation the show that to 4,933, ttabie= 1,67 at level signifikansi 0,05 with db=70. Abstract

This research has a tittle "Attractive Learning Model to Increase Learning Interest for Kindergarten Student", because of there are kindergartens which haven't attractive learning model fully. The goal of this research is increasing learning interest of kindergarten student with attractive learning model. This model is a integrated of learning, playing, and singing. So, student don't know that they are learning something. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects are students at TK Pertiwi 37 Patalan, Jetis, Bantul, DIY in group A and group B. Before do it, researcher gives trainning to 4 teachers about attractive learning model. And then, researcher does the action in 2 cyclus (every cyclus has 3 acting).
