Abstract

In the CJ Logistic Safe’n’Lock Eco Industrial Park Warehouse construction project, there is excavation work that requires heavy equipment such as excavators and dump trucks as aids for earthmoving work. Although this project has been running, the arrangement of heavy equipment used has not been optimal, based on observations made during the earthmoving period there is a waiting time for the excavator to the dump truck, this can affect productivity and also reduce the efficiency of the work process. This study aims to analyze the productivity of excavators and dump trucks, compare combinations of heavy equipment to determine the most optimal choice in terms of time and cost, and determine the number of tools and the most efficient work duration. With a quantitative approach and comparative analysis used to evaluate two alternative combinations of heavy equipment. The calculation results show that the productivity of the Hitachi zx210f-5g excavator is 47.62 m3/hour, and for the productivity of the Mitsubisi Fuso FM 517 HS 7.5 MT dump truck is 26.32 m3/hour. The results of the analysis indicate that combination 3 is the most optimal combination. This combination provides a duration acceleration of 65.71% or 23 hours faster compared to the initial condition, with a cost increase of Rp11,884,875.00 or 39.33%.

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Gedung Tower 3 Surabaya merupakan suatu proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung penunjang kegiatan pendidikan  yang membutuhkan penyusunan administrasi pada pekerjaan checklist untuk pekerjaan struktur bangunan. Dalam penyusunan administrasi tidak lepas dari adanya kebutuhan efektivitas waktu proses pengumpulan data dan efisiensi pendistribusian data. Efektivitas pada proses pengumpulan data sangat mempengaruhi efisiensi pendistribusian data. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap variabel checklist pekerjaan struktur dalam administrasi quality control untuk mengetahui kebutuhan data dan cara kerja checklist yang efisien. Variabel checklist pekerjaan struktur mencakup berbagai komponen penyusun pengawasan mutu struktur terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi pada proyek Gedung Tower 3 Surabaya. Mengacu dari data yang telah dikumpulkan, kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap pelaksanaan checklist beserta proses administrasi berdasarkan kebutuhan data.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui variabel checklist pekerjaan struktur terdiri dari komponen pendataan proyek, komponen pengecekan teknis bekisting dan pembesian, komponen pemeriksaan alat, serta komponen proses persetujuan akhir dari pihak terkait. Melalui observasi di lapangan diketahui proses administrasi quality control berfokus pada pengawasan mutu pekerjaan yang melibatkan pengawasan internal dan pengawasan eksternal.

Abstract

Tambak Beras Village, located in Cerme Subdistrict, Gresik Regency, is an area predominantly used for fish and shrimp farming, resulting in clay-dominated soil characteristics. This type of soil has low stability and is generally unsuitable for supporting construction activities. However, with the increasing development of warehouses and factories in the area, soil stabilization efforts are required to ensure the safety and sustainability of building structures. This study aims to identify the physical properties of clay soil in Tambak Beras Village through a series of laboratory tests. The method used is quantitative experimental research with sample testing based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The tests conducted include water content, specific gravity, Atterberg limits, and soil shear strength. The results show that the soil has a water content of 98.32%, a specific gravity of 2.605 g/cc, and 97.80% passes through sieve No. 200. The liquid limit is 89.5%, plastic limit is 51.14%, and the plasticity index is 38.36%. The shear strength parameters indicate a cohesion (c) value of 7.366 kPa and an internal friction angle (φ) of 7.139°. Based on these findings, the clay soil in the study area has high plasticity and low bearing capacity, thus requiring further stabilization treatment to support safe and durable construction.

Abstract

Tanah lempung dikenal memiliki plastisitas tinggi, permeabilitas rendah, dan sifat kembang susut yang signifikan akibat perubahan kadar air, sehingga menimbulkan masalah dalam konstruksi seperti daya dukung rendah dan stabilitas buruk. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penambahan NaCl yaitu garam sebesar 10%, 15% dari tanah asli, serta air laut terhadap nilai berat jenis tanah lempung di Kecamatan Rungkut, Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik dan pengujian laboratorium terhadap sampel yang diambil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan NaCl menyebabkan penurunan berat jenis terhadap tanah lempung. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi NaCl, berat jenis tanah cenderung menurun akibat perubahan struktur partikel tanah dan pengaruh ion Na⁺ dan Cl⁻. Nilai berat jenis tanah asli sebelum diberikan campuran sebesar 2,275 gr/cc. Setelah diberikan campuran Garam NaCl berat jenis menurun menjadi sebesar 2,623 gr/cc pada campuran 10% dan sebesar 2,489 gr/cc pada campuran 15%. Pada penambahan campuran air laut, berat jenis juga menurun menjadi sebsar 2,338 gr/cc.

Abstract

Many earthquakes have occurred in Indonesia and one of them is Malang City, which has various impacts including casualties and total building damage. The impact of earthquakes on social and economic aspects is very large. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the “Graha Pramesti” Training Center building against the threat of earthquakes. This research method uses pushover analysis. Pushover analysis is carried out to evaluate the critical points of the structure against earthquake loads with the concept of providing gradual loads until they match the displacement target. The analysis was carried out based on SNI 1726-2019 standards and ATC-40 performance criteria, with structural modeling using ETABS. The results of the research analysis are the capacity curve and the maximum value of the total drift direction X = 0.0079 and Y = 0.0069. The results of the building structure are at the Immediaty Occupancy (IO) performance level which indicates that the building remains safe, but there is still a risk of minor structural damage when an earthquake occurs. Thus, the building can be immediately reused without significant repairs. Keywords: Pushover Analysis, ATC-40, Building Structure Design, SNI 172-2019.

Abstract

Working drawings (construction drawing) play an important role in construction projects as a means of technical communication between planners and executors. Drawings that do not meet proper standards may cause miscommunication in the field and affect the quality of the work. This final project aims to evaluate the conformity of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) and For Construction drawings in the RSUD Tigaraksa project with the standards presented in the book Architectural Drafting and Design, Sixth Edition. The method used is archival research and observation, by reviewing literature and design standards from the book and directly examining the RSUD Tigaraksa working drawings for evaluation. The evaluation was conducted on the site plan, floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings. The results indicate deficiencies in several aspects, such as incomplete symbols, unreadable dimensions, and missing technical information. This study is expected to serve as a reference for improving the quality of technical documents in construction projects and supporting more efficient and accurate implementation.

Abstract

A common problem in construction projects is the difficulty of completing projects on time. Furthermore, resource utilization is often inefficient. A solution to this problem is to use the resource leveling method. The resource leveling method aims to minimize the uneven use of labor throughout the project. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in project schedules and human resource allocation before and after the implementation of labor equalization. Project data in the form of work items, the duration of each job, the relationship between work items, and the number of workers per job were analyzed using Primavera P6 software to obtain the ideal human resource allocation. The results showed an increase in working time of 9 days or 3.4%. In addition, there were also changes in the resources of craftsmen and workers in September with a decrease of 12.2% each. In October, there was an increase in the number of craftsmen by 23 people and workers by 33 people.

Abstract

The Village Office and District Office are facilities provided by the Tuban Regency Government, where the existence of the village office and district office has the function of improving public services, implementing government functions, and empowering the community in order to accelerate the realization of community welfare. Therefore, information regarding the mapping of the location and distribution patterns of the Village Office and District Office can be informed to the public using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. It is hoped that people who do not know will be able to find the location of the Village Office and District Office more easily. In addition, the results of the mapping can later be used to determine the distribution pattern of the Village Office and District Office in Tuban Regency and it is hoped that this research can be a reference data for the Government in equalizing the location of the Village Office and District Office in Tuban Regency. This study uses the buffering method with ArcGIS 10.8 software to determine the distribution pattern of the Village Office and District Office in Tuban Regency. The results of this study are the distribution pattern of Village Offices and District Offices in Tuban Regency shows a dispersed pattern and the service coverage of Village Offices and District Offices can be categorized as high with a distance of 3 km.

Abstract

Using a drilling rig for pile drilling can significantly improve work efficiency. To determine the time efficiency of drilling operations, it is necessary to measure and analyze the productivity of the drilling rig. Soil characteristics, the operator, and weather are factors that can influence the productivity of heavy equipment operations. Soil sondir or CPT (Cone Penetration Test) and SPT (Standard Penetration Test) demonstrate that soil characteristics vary across the drilling site, resulting in varying drilling times at each drilling location. The study aimed to interpret the productivity of the drilling rig by identifying the characteristics of the soil drilled during the drilling process using field observations. The interpretation revealed that the SR65 2022 drilling rig had a productivity of 16.18 m/hour, with a time efficiency of 50%. The characteristics of the drilled soil, based on the SPT (Standard Penetration Test) and CPT (Cone Penetration Test) results, indicate that the soil is predominantly clay or dense.
