Abstract

The Geoslope software is a tool designed for analyzing slope stability and risk assessment, particularly in geotechnical engineering. With the advancement of this technology, it facilitates and expedites the calculation process. The analysis results of slope stability without reinforcement using the Bishop method, based on data from Standard Penetration Test (SPT), indicate a value of 0.746 in the Geoslope software. According to Bowles (1984) classification, this slope is in a critical condition or prone to landslide. The solution to address this issue is by adding reinforcement to the slope, using geogrid with a tensile strength of 40 kN/m. The geogrid is installed with a length of 12 meters on slope 1 and 8 meters on slope 2, with a vertical spacing between geogrids of 0.5 meters. The analysis results after reinforcement show an increase in value to 1.314, indicating that the slope is now in a safe or stable condition.

Abstract

Methods for carrying out mapping activities are also developing along with the increasing need for geospatial data in various fields in a region. In using UAV technology, it is also necessary to help the use of Ground Control Points as a coordinate point binder so that aerial photography products have high accuracy. The purpose of the discussion is to find out how to take mapping data using RTK drone technology and process mapping data using the Agisoft application. The methodology used to obtain these data was carried out by literature study, observation study, interview, and consultation with the main contractor. In the process of taking and processing mapping data on the project carried out at Dhoho International Airport Kediri. At the time of the implementation of mapping using RTK drones, the determination and distribution of GCPs began, followed by processing stages starting from the filltering stage to orthophoto. After that, the results of the aerial photo data processing will be used as contours and the DEN will also be used as a map as a basis for cut and fill calculations.

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Gedung Pringgodigdo Surabaya, merupakan suatu proyek pembangunan infrastruktur gedung bertingkat yang membutuhkan penggunaan alat berat tower crane untuk pekerjaan pengecoran. Dalam penggunaan tower crane tidak lepas dari adanya waktu siklus. Waktu siklus yang efektif dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas tower crane. Perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap waktu siklus tower crane untuk mengetahui cara kerja dan produktivitas tower crane. Waktu siklus mencakup waktu muat, bongkar, tunggu, kembali, waktu tempuh horizontal, waktu tempuh vertikal dan waktu tempuh rotasi. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan observasi lapangan pada proyek Gedung Pringgodigdo Surabaya. Mengacu dari data yang telah dikumpulkan, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan berdasarkan rumus perhitungan waktu siklus. Berdasarkan perhitungan diketahui besar waktu tempuh vertikal, horizontal dan rotasi baik dengan beban maupun tanpa beban berada pada penelitian di hari ke 8. Besar waktu tempuh material dengan beban yaitu 135,88 menit untuk waktu vertikal, 35,27 untuk waktu horizontal, dan 20,68 untuk waktu rotasi dan besar waktu tempuh material tanpa beban adalah 67,94 menit untuk waktu vertikal, 18,24 menit untuk waktu horizontal, dan 20,68 menit untuk waktu rotasi. Melalui observasi di lapangan diketahui total waktu keseluruhan pengecoran lantai 4 s/d 14 dan lantai atap selama 10 hari menggunakan tower crane yaitu sebesar 32 jam.

Abstract

The construction field is growing rapidly. The First BIM article in Indonesia was published in 2013, and the first implementation was in 2012. BIM adoption in Indonesia lags behind developed countries (already using BIM since 2000). One of the BIM software is Autodesk Revit & Autodesk Naviswork. There is a lot of software about BIM, including Autodesk Revit & Autodesk Naviswork. The purpose of this research is to explain how to integrate the structural model of Mitra Keluarga Sidoarjo Hospital Building using The Autodesk Revit application with Microsoft Project scheduling using Autodesk Naviswork. The research method used to integrate is by using Autodesk Naviswork software. The results of the integration of the Autodesk Revit model with Microsoft Project scheduling using Autodesk Naviswork are obtained through 4 steps, namely opening the Revit file, importing MS project files, synchronization, and visualization. The Bar Chart used in the project has the advantage of being easy to create and understand. However, it also has disadvantages in terms of little information that makes it difficult to accurately track project progress. On the other hand, Naviswork BIM has the advantage of loaded information, namely visualization of project progress over time. However, it has shortcomings in terms of dependency relationships and critical paths are not visible in scheduling.

Abstract

In the use of heavy equipment, it is necessary to calculate productivity as a determination of the level of efficiency of the use of equipment and success in carrying out work, one of which is excavation and soil backfill. In the construction project of Phase 3 Building of Siti Khodijah Hospital Sidoarjo, it has an excavation volume of 2,572 m3 which is then excavated and moved to different locations for it requires the calculation of the productivity of heavy equipment dump trucks. With the use of the dump truck cycle time data collection method, then after the data is collected, calculations are carried out to determine the level of productivity of dump truck heavy equipment in excavation and soil backfill work using a PC 78 backhoe. Based on the results of calculations using the PC 78 backhoe loader, the productivity of the dump truck is 9,42 m3/hour. The results of the productivity of heavy equipment dump trucks in carrying out work activities are influenced by the optimal conditions of the equipment and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Alat berat memberikan peran penting didalam kegiatan kostruksi karena dapat membantu pekerjaan berat dengan maksimal dan efisien. Selain itu manfaat dari alat berat yaitu untuk memudahkan dalam pekerjaan pemerataan tanah, mengangkut material berat, dan pekerjaan galian. Salah satu alat berat pada proyek rumah sakit Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah tahap 3 ini adalah excavator jenis komatsu PC78, dan proyek tersebut belum ada perhitungan terkait produktivitas excavator. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini membahas tentang perhitungan produktivuitas excavator menggunakan metode observasi dan perhitungan menggunakan rumus berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PUPR no.8 tahun 2023. Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut diperoleh nilai produktivitas komatsu PC78 didapat 57,05 m3/jam. Dengan volume galian sebesar 1530 m3 dan didapat produktivitas sebesar 57,05 m3/jam, maka pekerjaan galian dapat diselesaikan selama 26,82 jam.

Abstract

The construction of high-rise buildings is one of the developments that have the highest risk of work accidents. If the methods used are inappropriate or inaccurate, it can lead to work accidents, which are unexpected events. To avoid the risk of work accidents, project managers must be able to manage risks so that they do not have a fatal impact on achieving project goals. Effective risk management is essential to identify, evaluate, and manage the risk of work accidents at the project site. Based on the background explanation that has been given, the purpose of the research is to identify the main risk factors, causes, and risk mitigation measures in the construction of the Bepi Office building using the Importance Index (IMPI) and Bowtie Analysis methods. There are two main risks that fall into the high-risk category, namely workers being hit by land clearing materials and workers being exposed to reinforcing wires.
