1) This journal publishes original research articles, theoretical and methodological papers, and critical literature reviews that explore, but are not limited to, the following areas: - Gender Relations, Equality, and Social Justice in varied political, religious, and cultural contexts. - Family Structures, Dynamics, and Resilience in response to global change, crises, and migration. - Intersectionality of Religion, Law, and Gender in shaping rights, identities, and community life. - Gendered Dimensions of Health, Education, and Digital Transformation in the era of Industry 4.0 and beyond. - Feminist, Masculinity, and Queer Theories in contemporary and historical perspectives. - Media, Communication, and Political Participation in shaping gender narratives and public policy. - Prevention of Gender-Based Violence and advancement of protective and inclusive legal frameworks. - Migration, Diaspora, and Transnational Communities and their influence on gender and family systems. - Climate Change, Environmental Justice, and Community Resilience from a gender-sensitive perspective. - Comparative and Cross-Regional Studies linking local empirical data to global debates and policy frameworks. 2) The journal welcomes contributions from scholars, practitioners, activists, and policymakers worldwide, with special interest in research that: - Addresses underrepresented or marginalised communities; - Employs innovative, multi-method, and interdisciplinary approaches; - Generates actionable insights for policy and practice at both local and global levels.

<![CDATA[Feminism point of view - as a modern deliberation of IXth century, coming from western is not a peculiar entity for eastern (read : Islam). The figure of Rasululloh SAW presents that Islam messenger has shown humanist characteristics for females particularly on behalf of wives and Islamic females in earlier era of Islam by respecting gender equality therefore the rights of politics, economy and social between males and females are regarded same, there are no discriminations just by the differences in sex and gender. Perspectives and morality characters shown by Rasululloh SAW to females in this writing is completed by performing explorations through historical and hadists texts concerning females around the Prophet and his best friends. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW is a profile of Prophet having feminist, non discriminative, humanist and universal ways of thinking.]]>

It was interesting to discuss because the issue of the oppression of Iranian women has not been known. <![CDATA[In female perspectives, there are assumptions of strains caused by dramatized biological differences. Therefore, they stipulate the need of scientific to find the psychological differences among males and females. Their spirit in finding those answers resulting on some movements, for instance emancipation, feminism or females freedom, leading to one point: giving same right, chances and responsibility among males and females. The root of feminism basically has already existed since the19th century. That movement has developed in some countries, not only in United States of America but also in Western Europe, Japan and some Islam dominated countries which the laters are claimed by western as the tormenter of females while in reality Islam is proven as the reverse one.]]>

<![CDATA[Main factor of marginalization in social, cultural, educational and political living isn’t only mistake thought or mind set toward women but also becouse of being supported by holistical texts which are poor critical interpretations toward Al-qur’an verses and deeds of prophet Muhammad. This writing aims to analize some misogini deeds which deem that women are placed as the second human who are unappropriate in entering men stage, so discoursed interpretations have consequence for marginalizing women into the edge of women deadlock in giving voice at their rights and duties, refering to the historical facts, on mattes pertaining to prophet Muhammad age showed that women weren’t as people thought about women living without getting their rights and duties as men ones, other wisw on the real facts, they struggled together with men to acquire rights and duties equally and to avoid discrimination as an impact of sex and gender gaps.]]>

Because of being made in ancient time, law oftern come late other contemporary events. Law on women are lagged, behind unable to keep abreast with wheels of changes. Hence it seems absolute and void which leads to obtaining laws legimitation over their choosen deeds as a result of the changes, event if they prompt to utilize the old law, they are threaten with sins, prohibition and hell.
