<![CDATA[Javanese is one of the famous culture that owned by Indonesia. As one of the culture that enough reckoned , javanese had a wide range of science .Not only the mosaic customs and any kind of a ceremony that he had, but the woman too. This study was a qualitative research aiming to describe negative labeling/ stereotype existing inside javanese women. Used a technique of analysis contents and interview, researchers will processing the data in the form of quotations novel with three stages: reduction , display data and data verification. The result of research showed that there were several negative labels. Firstly, men are considered as smarter than women, so that can be family’s more pride. Secondly, women having protruding breast are equivalent to ledhek or prostitute. Thirdly, gelung/sanggul (hair bun) is a symbol of women’s beauty. Fourthly, women producing sound of smacking lips during eating are just like animal. Fifthly, kitchen becomes basic standard of ability of taking care of husband and future household. .As part of science, feminism need to introduced to school through language class.]]>

<![CDATA[Violence against girls lately increasingly widespread, whether physical, psychological, and sexual. To provide services and protection against the girl child victims of crime, especially the crime of sexual violence, the police have established Women and Children Unit (Unit PPA). This study aims to identify and analyze the obstacles faced Unit PPA Polresta Banjarmasin in providing legal protection for women victims of child sexual abuse. This research uses empirical legal research with the research conducted analytical descriptive and explanatory. The types of data used in this study included primary data in the form of interviews and the question as written, and secondary data.The results showed that the obstacles faced Unit PPA Polresta Banjarmasin in providing legal protection, among others: victims hesitate to report, the family and the community who do not understand and tend to blame victims for sexual violence, the revocation of a report from the victim, the suspect fled, sexual violence is usually carried out at night in bed days, and the lack of facilities and infrastructure owned Unit PPA Polresta Banjarmasin.]]>

<![CDATA[Each individual is faced with the problem of life which demands an ability to make decisions. Decision-making ability of the individual to one another is not the same. This difference is due to the factors that influence decision-making, both internal factors, and external factors. The analysis of the tendency of decision-making ability of Javanese women is very interesting to do. The purpose of analysis in order to obtain a clear picture of the tendency of Javanese women in decision-making on issues that it faces life every day. In general, people use the four processes of different decision-making ability, the strategy of independent decision making, logical, hesitated, and impulsive. The results obtained by analysis of Java that women tend to make decisions carefully, do not rush, take more time to think, and need others to seek reinforcement. This is due to the belief of Javanese women, the decision may affect the lives of themselves and others. Therefore, the decision-making process is emphasized. The process through which relies on decision-making style. Javanese women tend to have a logical decision-making strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[Hibah is a present that given by someone to other for sake Allah swt. Nowadays, parents use the term (hibah) for avoiding the improper debate especially toward daughter. They distribute the property to their women children after evaluating how do it properly. The problem here is this kind of pure hibah or other name of heritage eventhough it is done before the death of parent. Some ulemas responded the issue, again, many intepretations related to hadith regarding the issue. Among the problem must be focused is the portion of daughter related the amount of property, also some of them have no portion of that. The writer also try to analyze the interpretation of ulemas related to nass on this issue. Through the research, the writer found the Islamic law never forbade hibah to be specialized to certain gender such daughter and mother. Concerning the daughter, the Syariah law pursue the justice among the children. So, it should be the same portion between male and female in relating to hibah.]]>

As part of Human Rights, the Rights of Women is also provided in the Constitution is the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945. In particular, Women's Rights set in CEDAW which was ratified by the government through Act No. 7 of 1984 on ratification of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. The position of women in some religions are placed as "The Second Sex" and that religion perceives something usually considered "as it should be" (what exactly), instead of "as it is" (whatever they are). Riffat Hassan and Amina Wadud form of interpreting the verses of the Qur'an which is far from the spirit of liberation theology with a feminine approach. Feminism is understood as the liberation of all the oppression of humanity.]]>

<![CDATA[There are two opposite opinions about the permissibility of women in politics. One opinion states that women should be at home, devoted to her husband, just have a domestic role, and should not be involved in politics. Another opinion states that women have the freedom to play, both inside and outside the home as well as in politics. This happens because they don’t understand the concept of women's rights that purely political, as well as in understanding the text verse Al-Qur`an is still gender bias. The differences of those opinions related to the differences in understanding the Islamic sources especially the verses of the Al-Qur`an about politics. This paper discusses political rights of women in Islam, so that people can understand and not considered taboo against women who were involved in politics. Based on the identification, classification, and analysis of the texts of the Al-Qur'an and hadith about politics, found that women in politics have the right according to Islam. Men and women are obliged to enjoining good and forbidding evil through several ways including the political media. Islam does not distinguish between men and women in individual rights and social rights especially political rights. However, it was noted that all rights must be placed within the limits of natural as women.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the congregation law a woman to a man is not mahram. In society, consciously or unconsciously habit congregation woman to a man become commonplace. This raises questions regarding how the law? A tradition relates that the Prophet Muhammad, had been a priest of a beautiful woman who is not mahram. The hadith is weak status, but by looking at a few other reasons and arguments, concluded that the law of the congregation woman to a man who is not mahram is allowed.]]>
