The aim of this research is to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee work productivity at the Selyca Mulia Hotel Samarinda. The population in this study as well as the sample were employees at the Selyca Mulia Hotel Samarinda, totaling 61 people. This research is quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The data collection method is using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS version 23. The results of the research show that Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) together (simultaneously) influence employee work productivity (Y). Work Safety (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity (Y) at the Selyca Mulia Hotel Samarinda. Occupational health (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity (Y) at the Selyca Mulia Hotel Samarinda. The results of the regression test show that the correlation coefficient value for the work safety variable is 0.231 or 23.1%, which is positive, meaning that work safety is in the same direction or directly proportional to work productivity and the partial test results show that the t-count value for the work safety variable is t table value with an error level of α ( 0.05) of 5.853 > 2.002 or tcount > ttable. The results of the regression test show that the correlation coefficient value for the occupational health variable is 0.148 or 14.8%, which is positive, meaning that occupational health is in the same direction or directly proportional to work productivity and the results of the partial test show that the t value of the occupational health variable is equal to ttable value with an error level of α ( 0.05) of 3.363 > 2.002 or tcount > ttable.

Pakis Village is one of the areas in Jember Regency that has quite extensive plantation land and there are still many agricultural activities carried out by the community in their daily lives. The existence of ties between durian farmers, tourism managers, and pioneers of durian tourism villages will certainly lead to gradual interaction called embeddedness. Oversocialized arises due to a shared awareness in which durian farmers and managers both want to benefit from what they are trying to do as a form of meeting individual economic needs, while undersocialized arises due to the lack of interaction carried out by durian farmers and managers with pioneers during commodity buying and selling activities. The results of this study indicate the existence of oversocialized and undersocialized in Durian Tourism Pakis Village, Panti District, Jember Regency.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of tourism development in Kiara artha park on the lives of local people in the tourism area, how the influence felt by local people. Some of the analysis methods used are descriptive methods. It is very important the role of open space for people’s lives, therefore the Bandung City Government carried out the construction of this city park. This can also attract people to be able to utilize this city park as a public space. The presence of Kiara Artha Park which is one of the city parks in Bandung is utilized by the community to carry out various activities in the park.

This research is motivated by one of the substitute hotels of the Pangeran Group, namely the Pangeran City Padang Hotel, which is still considered good among 3 star hotels. The aim of this research is to analyze the extent to which customer experience influences customer loyalty at the Pangeran City Padang Hotel. This research uses an Associative Causal type with a cause and effect approach or relationship because it uses quantitative methods. Data was obtained from distributing surveys to research respondents. The Customer experience variable obtained an average result of 66.33 with a range of 63 - 75 categorized as very good, the Customer loyalty variable obtained an average result of 38.16 with a range of 37.8 - 45 categorized as very good. with a sample mean value of 0.581, the t-statistic value of 4.213 is greater than 1.96 and the p value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, so it can be said that the Customer experience variable has a significant positive effect on the Customer loyalty variable. So the hypothesis accepted in this research is Ha while the hypothesis Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that where there is an increase in good customers it will increase customer loyalty to return to the Pangeran City Padang Hotel.

This research begins with the discovery of problems related to the low resilience of employees in dealing with work pressure in the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of employee resilience on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational commitment at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. The research population was 110 employees of Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang with purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 86 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical tests and SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the research seen from direct hypothesis testing employee resilience has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a statistical t value of 3.947, employee resilience has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a statistical t value of 3.938, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB with a statistical t value of 2.751, and indirect results employee resilience has no significant effect on OCB through organizational commitment with a statistical t value of 1.700 which is smaller than 1.96.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of productive economy that stands alone, meaning that these businesses are not subsidiaries or branches of any company, whether government companies or individual companies. In this research, researchers chose MSMEs located in front of the UPI "YPTK" Padang Campus, namely the Sala Lauak and Corn Perkedel Shop. Currently, the Sala Lauak and corn fritters shop in front of the UPI "YPTK" Padang campus is still experiencing problems in the form of placing a location to sell products that are still not fixed and official. For this reason, researchers use STP theory, namely Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning so that they can determine the right strategy to provide solutions to the problems faced by MSME shop owners. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the method in this research is qualitative by carrying out observations in the field, by visiting the relevant MSMEs directly.

This research was motivated by several problems, namely, employees' health conditions, use of uniform, food processing and conditions of premises and equipment. The aim of this r esearch is to analyze hygiene and sanitation in food processing in the kitchen of the Hotel Rangkayo Basa Padang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this research is primary data, namely data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument used in the research was observation using Aiken V. The results of this research indicate that the analysis of hygiene and sanitation in food processing in the kitchen of the Hotel Rangkayo Basa Padang still needs some evaluation in hygiene and sanitation in food processing. Regarding personal health, personal hygiene, cleanliness of uniforms, employees are expected to have a health check at least once a year, maintain personal hygiene such as cutting their hair and wearing gloves and to be able to wear brightly colored uniforms. Then the equipment storage is still not up to standard and the cleanliness of the equipment is appropriate because there is already a place to wash the equipment and it is washed using a special liquid.

The findings of problems related to store atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction are the impetus for this research. This study aims to examine how customer satisfaction at KFC Purus Veteran Padang City is influenced by store atmosphere and service quality. Quantitative research is the methodology used. Primary data is the type of data used in this study. The participants in this study were consumers of KFC Purus Veteran Padang City. This study involved a sample size of 97 consumers, who were selected through the non-probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 software. The findings show that the store atmosphere received a high rating of 4.08% which indicates a positive perception among consumers. In addition, consumer satisfaction was rated at 3.68% and service quality at 3.49%, both of which fell into the satisfactory category. The results also show a significant effect of store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.187 indicates that these variables explain 18.7% of the variance in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. This study was motivated by the discovery of a phenomenon found by researchers in purchasing decisions related to ewom and brand awareness in Grand Basko Hotel Padang. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a causal-associative approach (cause and effect) using the survey method. The population of this study included guests who have stayed at Grand Basko Hotel Padang. The research sample consisted of 110 respondents. The sampling method used was non-probability based sampling with the type of sampling i.e. purposive sampling. The instruments were tested with validity and reliability tests. The analysis requirements are tested with the normality test, heteroskedarity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis tests are performed with multiple linear regression tests, t-tests (partial), f-tests (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination. The result of the R square is 0.849, which means that the ewom variable affects the purchase decision by 84.9%. The value for the R-square brand recognition can get 0.863 results. This means that the variables for brand recognition affect the purchase decision of Grand Basko Hotel Padang by 86.3%. The Adjusted R-squared (R²) value is 0.898, indicating that the combined influence of eWOM and brand awareness on purchase decisions is approximately 89.8%. The remaining 11.2% of the variation is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Environmental pollution and damage are increasing so this situation can disrupt human life. To overcome this problem, comprehensive efforts are needed in the form of strict and sustainable law enforcement by Pejabat Fungsional Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH). One of the things PPLH did to form the professional organization was to hold the first Organisasi Profesi Pejabat Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup National Conference in 2023 online and offline on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, which appointed PT Genesia Dwi Mitra as the event organizer. This research aims to understand the process of organizing the 2023 Organisasi Profesi Pejabat Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup National Conference. The author applies a qualitative method by collecting data through participatory observation, documentation, and literature study. The findings show that PT Genesia Dwi Mitra has carried out the preparation and implementation stages of the event, referring to the terms of reference (ToR) provided by the client.
