Abstract

This research was conducted in Kalikoa Village with the aim of having skills (life skills) which not only involve the ability to use technology, information, and communication devices, but also social skills, learning abilities, and have attitudes, critical thinking, creative, and inspirational as digital competence. Therefore, efforts to empower digital literacy need to be made to increase public awareness of the importance of digital literacy in everyday life. The problem that becomes the background of this research is that people do not understand the importance of digital literacy so that people are easily influenced by hoax news, lack of expertise in evaluating and digesting information critically so that they still do not use technology wisely. The community service method is carried out to empower digital literacy in Kalikoa Village during the KKM (Student Work Class) activity which lasts for a month. Sources of research data in the form of observations, interviews and document studies. The results of the study show that digital literacy will create a society with a critical-creative mindset and view. So, they will not be easily fooled by digital-based ones such as being victims of hoax information. In addition, understanding digital literacy can also help people to improve the economic and educational aspects in their daily life following the times critically and wisely.

Abstract

Physical and mental exercise programs are programs carried out to improve the physical strength and health of the elderly. This program is carried out in line with the service of KKM IAI Cirebon. It is very important to pay attention to the health of the elderly, considering that the elderly group has different nutritional needs from other age groups. This is due to changes in body composition and decreased physical and mental activity, with increasing age, decreased energy requirements. The purpose of this study was to provide physical and mental training assistance to the elderly in the village of Kedungdawa. The methods used to achieve these goals are 1). Mentoring 2.) Education. The physical and mental training assistance was carried out on September 15, 2022 in yhe village of kedungdawa RW 01 which was attended by 15 elderly people, while the activities carried out were physical exercise assistance by inviting the elderly to walk, and mental assistance by talking about the past lives they had gone trough. Abstract

This study aims to analyze community empowerment through a program proposed by PKK members in Sutawinangun village, namely barzanji reading training so that children and adolescents can participate in barzanji reading activities that have just been carried out at the Al Amanah mosque. This study uses observational and descriptive methods. A Sutawinangun village is a villeage located on the border of the city so that the social conditions of the community are very different from villages far from the city. One of them is the condition of the teenagers who lack religious morals. Therefore, researchers empower the tradition of reading barzaji to get to know Islamic traditions in Indonesia and foster love for the Prophet Muhammad. The method is the observation of the teenegers of Sutawinangun and interviews with local community leaders. The enthusiasm of children and adolescents so that in a short time children and adolescents have been able to sing poems and praises in al-Barzaji's birthday and are able to play Islamic music to accompany the readers of al-Barzanji's birthday.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the obligations of Muslims which has been stipulated in the Qur'an. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always mentioned parallel to prayer. Zakat rights are given to 8 ashnaf which have been described in the Qur'an. The distribution of zakat in addition to 8 ashnaf can also be managed in other forms such as the independent zakat village program. The Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) of the Republic of Indonesia has established zakat villages in a number of regions in Indonesia. Microeconomics is an economic subject that is economically rational, while Kampung Zakat is a program of the Ministry of Religion in collaboration with local governments and a number of zakat amil bodies (BAZ). With this program, a group of low-income people will be fostered and empowered based on zakat, infaq, and alms funds. Empowerment that will be accepted by the community includes the fields of economy, education, religious development, health, and social humanity. The village zakat program is an effort to alleviate poverty based on frontier, remote, and disadvantaged areas (3T) through optimizing zakat funds managed by BAZNAS and the amil zakat institution (LAZ). This program was initiated by the extension team of KUA Kedawung Cirebon Regency, in the village of Kedungjaya Blok Siledu as a pilot in the implementation of the independent zakat village program.

Abstract

Reading and writing are vitals in the elementary school in an educated society and its needed a continuos efforts. Early observation in RT 02 RW 04 in the Kedawung Village, founded problems realated to elementary school are not yet fluent in reading, writing and recognizing the alpabhet. Problem solving with the implementation of individual assistance with “ pick up the ball” technique, with the implementation methods are observation, problem analysis process, making program design materials, evaluation of readiness, confirmation and shared perceptions with parents and implementation of assistance programs. The Stages of assistance are 1) introduction and strengthening of the alphabet, 2) random writing of the alphabet, 3) writing a series of words, 4) solving children’s problems, 5) random reading, 6) emotional approach sessions with children, and 7) evaluation at each assistance. The results of this assistance program have a positive impact on childrens can be more fluent in reading, writing, and recognizing the alphabet as well as increasing their motivations to learn.

Abstract

ABSTRACKArabic is one of the subjects that is generally always studied by students in a madrasa. This study aimsto develop students' interest in learning Arabic and madrasah al-Amanah students. In student work activitiesheld in Sutawinangun Village, we IAI Cirebon students found problems or problems in one of the madrasas inSutawinangun village, namely at the al-Amanah madrasa, where at the madrasa there were still no Arabicsubjects which usually always exist in every madrasa. Without Arabic subjects, this will affect students'understanding of the meaning of the prayers or letters in the Qur'an which they always deposit every week. Themethod used in writing this journal is community service. The first thing we did was ask permission from theteachers at the al-Amanah madrasa to teach Arabic to their students. After getting permission, we immediatelystarted the lesson and it was held every Saturday afternoon at the al-Amanah madrasa. From these activities,we were able to build and develop interest in learning Arabic among the students of the al-Amanah madrasawhich later after the KKM period ended, the Arabic language learning would be continued by the teachers atthe al-Amanah madrasa.Keywords: Arabic; Interest; Devotion; Al-Amanah Madrasa.

Abstract

Based on observations, it was found that the implementation of the Maghrib Koran program carried out by group 1 Kertawinangun Village RT 22 RW 05 Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency can be said to be good, but there are still some students in reading the Qur'an who are still not fluent in reciting the Qur'an. 'an. This is influenced by various factors. One of the most dominant factors is the lack of parental encouragement as the main motivator so that children are enthusiastic in going to the Koran and studying the Qur'an, and the absence of a generation of teachers who continue the Maghrib Koran activities. We hope that after this service activity is completed in the future there will be others who will continue the next generations of Al-Qur'an teachers. So that the mosque is not only a place for worship, but also as a center of education.

Abstract

The habit of reading must be instilled from an early age to increase children's horizons. Reading will train children to be more sensitive, active and creative. In this case the motivation to read is needed to encourage someone to love reading. However, in motivating children to like reading, there are often problems with the availability of reading facilities. The implementation method used in this service is the method of providing reading gardens and reading habits. The target of the program is the community, especially children who live in Kalikoa Village. The reading garden program begins with a survey of locations that are easily accessible to readers in Kalikoa Village, especially children who need a variety of reading sources to enrich their scientific treasures. The results of this community service activity are a solution to the lack of access and reading facilities and become one of the efforts to increase children's interest in reading in Kalikoa Village. Motivation to read is very necessary to encourage someone to love reading. However, in motivating children to like to read, there are often problems with the availability of reading facilities. The absence of facilities and infrastructure to increase children's interest in reading is the reason for the establishment of a reading park that can be used for the surrounding community. Reading gardens can broaden the horizons of its users and serve as a medium for lifelong learning.

Abstract

Calistung is a basic skill that must be mastered by children who have entered elementary school (SD). Therefore, learning Calistung is very important to increase the generation that is not blind to read. However, the problem in Kedungdawa Village is that some of the children are still not fluent in reading, some even cannot write and count (Calistung). This Calistung training aims to: (1) improve the community's standard of living by understanding each other, both written and oral; (2) improving the quality of human resources, reducing the level of ignorance which is the source of poverty; (3) as access to acquire knowledge in the field of technology and information. The implementation of calistung training in Kedungdawa Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency is by using “lapak baca” media.

Abstract

Manajemen merupakan proses yang pendayagunaan semua sumber daya dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pendayagunaan melalui tahapan proses yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan untuk mencapai tujuan yang efektif dan efisien. Kurikulum adalah seperangkat rencana dan pengaturan mengenai tujuan, isi, dan bahan pelajaran serta cara yang digunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan: (1) Proses pembelajaran kurikulum, (2) Peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an, (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, meliputi: (1) wawancara, (2) Observasi, (3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Proses pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Riyadhussholihin sudah cukup baik. (2) Peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Riyadhussholihin cukup baik, (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Riyadhussholihin.
