Abstract

Property business is currently one of the business prospects whose business characteristics tend to increase every year because land prices tend to increase every year. This research aims to determine whether stock prices can be influenced by the return on assets ratio (ROA), return on equity ratio (ROE), net income ratio (NPM) and earnings per share ratio (EPS). The entire property real estate sector is the population taken in this study, with a criterion sampling technique or purposive sampling so that a sample of 31 companies with observations for 3 years so that a total of 93 observations of financial statements from 31 selected samples are then calculated. research and tabulated and processed with the SPSS version 25 application, with a series of tests to strengthen the results of the hypothesis. In this research, the results of the study conclude that the first is that there is no effect of the return on assets ratio (ROA) on stock prices, secondly there is the effect of the ratio of return on equity (ROE) to stock prices, thirdly there is no effect of the ratio of net income (NPM) on the stock price. stock prices and the effect of earnings per share (EPS) on stock prices studied in the property sector Bura Efek Indonesia 2017 to 2019

Abstract

This article aims to add to the scientific treasures of online learning strategies during the covid-19 outbreak in the PAI study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, making it easier for readers to find references about this article. The research approach in this article is descriptive qualitative with data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation in the field. The results of this study found that the online learning strategy during the covid-19 outbreak in the PAI study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, namely learning focused on online learning applications with a student center approach, teacher center and stimulus response and paying attention to 4 stages, namely determining time management, preparing technology needed, study seriously and maintain communication.

Abstract

This study has a research objective, namely to find out the results of a literature review about the learning independence of elementary school students in online learning and to find out the results of a literature review regarding the learning outcomes of elementary school students in online learning. The research method used in this study is to collect articles, journals and books that are in line with the title of the research used by the researcher. So the results of this study are learning independence is one of the factors that determine student success in learning, so that learning independence is important for anyone, especially a student if he wants to achieve success in his life. From the emergence of independent learning in students, it can affect the learning outcomes obtained by students in the learning process, because learning outcomes are assessments made by teachers in learning that can show learning outcomes that can be used as guidelines by teachers to see students' understanding of the material given during learning .Keywords- Independent Learning; Learning outcomes; Online Learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of science comics media on the predicting skills of fifth grade students at Simogirang 1 Prambon Elementary School. Predictive skills have indicators suggesting what might happen. The research method used is experimental quantitative. This type of research is a one-group retest posttest with written test instruments and treatment, namely science comics media which includes material on the nature and form of objects in theme 7. The written test is obtained from students' answers which refer to the material properties and forms of objects with a total of 7 items, The first step is a written pretest, the second is a treatment, and the last is a posttest. The results of the research data from the results of the t-test known that the value of sig(-2 failed) was 0.000˂0.05. That is, the science comic media can be said to have a big influence on the predicting skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Simogirang 1 Prambon. This is indicated by the Eta Squared test of 95% and the remaining 5% is influenced by variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of of good corporate governance as proxied by the board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee and institutional ownership on the performance of Islamic banks in terms of Islamic maqashid. Another research objective is to determine the ranking of Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study was conducted using 10 samples with the amount of data observed as many as 50 financial reports. The results showed that the audit committee had a significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks, while the board of commissioners, board of directors and institutional ownership had no significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks. Simultaneously, it shows that good corporate governance has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks period 2015-2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of misuse of information technology on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants, (2) the effect of student integrity on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants and (3) the effect of misuse of information technology and student integrity on academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo accounting students. In data analysis using tabulation of data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, from the total number of questionnaires distributed of 100 copies, only 80 were returned and could be processed. The analytical tool used to help manage the data is SPSS software version 18.0. The analytical test used is in the form of normality, validity, and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out using data analysis tests, namely partial tests and multiple linear regression. The results obtained based on the normality test stated that all data were normal, the results of the validity test of all items in the questionnaire were declared valid because rcount > rtable, all reliability test results were declared reliable. Based on the results of the t test, it can be stated that the misuse of information technology (X1), student integrity (X2), has an effect on (Y) accounting student fraud.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of taxpayer awareness and service of tax employees on taxpayer compliance. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 101 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness has an effect on taxpayer compliance. The higher the level of awareness of taxpayers, the better understanding and implementation of tax obligations so as to increase compliance. Tax Employee Service Affects Taxpayer Compliance. Taxpayer compliance in fulfilling the obligation to pay taxes depends on how the tax officer provides the best quality of service to taxpayers.

Abstract

Premarital sexual relations experienced by young women can have a negative psychological impact. To deal with these conditions, it takes skills to restore mental conditions to normal, such as having not been exposed to a problem called resilience. This study aims to determine the description of resilience and the factors that influence resilience in adolescents who have had premarital sex. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological type, using 1 female subject aged between 13 – 23 years who lives in the city of Sidoarjo. Determination of subjects using a non-random sampling technique with purposive sampling strategy, data collection methods in the form of interviews with one primary subject, 2 significant others, and rating scale. The results showed that there was a picture of resilience in adolescent girls who had experienced adversity due to premarital sex. The most dominant aspect is insight, and the aspect that does not appear is humor. As well as showing the factors that influence resilience in adolescent girls in the form of I Have, I Am, I Can.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the parenting pattern of working parents at home and working parents outside the home in the formation of children's character during the Covid-19 pandemic and to determine the effect of parenting patterns of working parents at home and working parents outside the home in character building. children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the parents of 5th grade elementary school children. The object of this research is parenting style. The method used in collecting data is observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in parenting patterns that cause differences in the character of children. From the results of the study, it is known that many parents educate their children with their different parenting patterns which causes the formation of character in children is also different. In educating, guiding children, appropriate parenting patterns are needed so that the formation of children's character can be in accordance with what parents want.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in shaping the disciplined character of studying at home during the covid19 pandemic and knowing about parental supervision when studying at home. This research is a qualitative research using an descriptive approach. The subjects in this research are parents of elementary school children. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents carries out two roles at once, the first to be a parent and the second to be a teacher at home; provide facilities that support children's learning spirit; supervising children's learning activities while at home; Supervise the good use of study time, as well as guide and encourage learning.
