Abstract

This research refers to the phenomenon that occurs in the world of education in a pandemic situation. The author uses the object of research in class X-Banking students in the second semester of SMK Yapalis Krian for the academic year 2021/2022. The research sample was taken through the data of individual student assignments using the purposive sumpling method to select the object to be studied. In addition, students who will be studied tend to have low interest in participating in online learning. The purpose of this study was to obtain clear information about students' errors in learning Direct and Indirect speech in the sentence using qualitative descriptive methods. At the data collection stage, the author uses data triangulation methods such as observation checklists, documentation and open-ended interviews.The results showed that students made mistakes by being influenced by two factors that students tended to experience during direct and indirect learning, namely the lack of student interest in learning methods. This results in students often not participating in online learning. Furthermore, the most common errors found in students are grammatical errors. With > 8 students who have difficulty due to lack of mastery of grammar correctly.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the management of human resource development of TPQ Assyamsud Dluha in Trawas sub-district, Mojokerto district, (2) describe the factors that influence the management of human resource development of TPQ Assyamsud Dluha in Trawas sub-district, district Mojokerto . This research is a type of qualitative research, by taking the research location in Taman Pendidikan Al Qur'an (TPQ) Assyamsud Dluha, Belik village, Trawas district, Mojokerto district. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that: First, TPQ Assyamsud Dluha has attempted to develop human resources started by the planning process, implementation, and evaluation. The development is carried out through education and training (training) using the Nahdliyah method. Second, the factors that influence the development of TPQ Assyamsud Dluha's human resources include: low skills (ability) of human resources, low mentality of human resources and diverse socio-cultural conditions of the community so that it is not easy to combine them together to achieve institutional goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklan, Persepsi dan Pengetahuan konsumen Terhadap Pembelian Produk pada PT. Javas Tripta Mandala. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah melakukan tabulasi terhadap kuesioner, pengumpulan data yang berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh iklan, persepsi dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap pembelian produk. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini digunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil instrument penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh pertanyaan pada kuesioner dinyatakan valid. Untuk uji reliabilitas dari semua variabel diperoleh nilai Cronbach’s Alpha> 0.6 maka dinyatakan reliable. Uji Hipotesis berdasarkan Uji F, Uji t dan Adjusted R2 menunjukan ada Pengaruh signifikan Iklan, Persepsi dan Pengetahuan konsumen terhadap pembelian produk

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning of elementary school teachers in implementing learning from the Covid-19 pandemic and inhibiting factors for teachers in implementing bold learning. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were teachers and third-grade students of Elementary School Plaosan II Wonoayu, while the research data collection techniques used observation, documentation and interviews. Analysis of research data using the Miles and Hiberman analysis data model. The research shows that parents have a role, including learning planning carried out by teachers in bold learning such as syllabus, learning implementation and learning media by making their own and conducting discussions with other teachers. Teachers have not experienced and mastered learning technology, so it is challenging to design bold activities.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the relevance of the content of character values ​​in theme 4 "Duties and Rights" in the formation of the character of third grade elementary school students. With this, the researchers found problems that need to be researched. The problem is about how the character values ​​are loaded in the thematic book for students in theme 4 "Duties and Rights" for grade III elementary school. This research is a qualitative research using content analysis method. The data subject is the student book theme 4 "Duties and Rights" revised edition 2018. The character values ​​that are the focus of this research are the value of self-confidence, the value of disciplined character, the value of the character of responsibility, the value of caring character, and the value of polite character. The results obtained from this study are the five characters in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 64 of 2013 concerning Content Standards for Primary and Secondary Education. The frequency of occurrence of character values ​​analyzed is 57 which consists of 10 occurrences of confident character, 5 frequency of appearance of discipline character, 12 frequency of appearance of responsibility character, 16 frequency of appearance of caring character, and 14 frequency of appearance of polite character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the story method on listening skills of elementary school students. This research is motivated by the students' listening skills which are quite low in the classroom. This happens because the media is less attractive so that it makes students' listening skills lacking. This audio-visual- assisted storytelling method is used to have a positive impact on students' listening skills. This research was conducted at SDN Kalitengah 1 Sidoarjo. Researchers use quantitative research with the type of research Quasi Experimental Design. With the design form Noneequivalent Control Group. The effect of the audio- visual-assisted storytelling method on elementary students was analyzed using the t-test. The research subjects were 46 students, with 23 students in the control class and 23 students in the experimental class. The data were analyzed through 2 stages, namely pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the hypothesis test count with a significant level of a = 0.05 or 5%, it means 0.001 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the audio-visual-assisted storytelling method on the listening skills of elementary school students. From the eta squared analysis, it was obtained that 0.37 > 0.14 showed that the audio-visual-assisted storytelling method had a major effect on the listening skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of people in learning activities during the pandemic. Researchers found problems with online learning, teachers have difficulty monitoring students during learning, so they need parents as substitutes for teachers while studying at home. To examine these problems, researchers used a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The research subjects are parents of grade 1 students. Based on the results of the study, it shows that parents have a role (1) to prepare learning facilities such as cellphones, Wifi, internet data packages. (2) Parents accompany when learning takes place, doing assignments, homework, and practicum. While the problems of online learning experienced by parents are: (1) parents are busy with homework, there are also parents who have to work. (2) The lack of explanation from the teacher because they only got assignments through the WA group. (3) Parents do not understand the material so they find it difficult to help students. (4) It is difficult for parents to increase learning motivation.

Abstract

Cognitive ability is one of the developmental aspects of children who are experiencing maturity and need to be developed. In the cognitive development of early childhood there is one development that must be developed, namely recognizing letters. The introduction of the letters of the alphabet in early childhood helps children to recognize various kinds of letters of the alphabet. Regarding the letter recognition program, it can be done using interactive video media "Let's Get to Know the Letters". The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet in Group A children in PKK 1 Jodokan Kindergarten, Beji District. This research is a Classroom Action Research. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that the ability to recognize the letters of the alphabet in group A in Pre-cycle obtained an average value of 35%, while in Cycle I the percentage was 48.33%, which means less than the maximum. Then giving the Cycle II action, the percentage of the average value becomes 93%, so that the average gain in cycle I and cycle II has increased again by 44.67%. The conclusion of this research is that through viewing the interactive video "Let's Get to Know the Letters" can increase the ability to recognize the letters of the alphabet.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the values ​​of the character of Islamic education in the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata, to increase knowledge about the values ​​of educational characters in the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata. This researcher can also provide benefits for readers to motivate when taking an education.The method in this thesis uses qualitative research because the data collected is presented in the form of verbal words instead of numbers. This research is included in library research (library research), namely by using literature (literature), reading notes, analyzing research materials in the form of books, notes, journals and the internet. This study found four character values ​​of Islamic education in Andrea Hirata's novel Laskar Pelangi, namely: aqidah value, worship value, moral value, and finally, social value.

Abstract

Generally, investors use the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) as a parameter of stock performance listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. One of the factors that can affect the JCI is macroeconomic factors such as economic growth, inflation, and interest rates. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, inflation rate, and interest rates of Bank Indonesia on the JCI. The population and samples in this study are quarterly economic growth, inflation, Bank Indonesia interest rates, the monthly Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) from 2015-2019. Testing the hypothesis of this study using the validity and reliability test with the SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that the variables of economic growth and inflation had no significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI). Meanwhile, the interest rate variable of Bank Indonesia has a significant effect on the JCI.
