Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the Articulate Storyline Application based RAYA (Cultural Variety) Learning Media on the interest in learning social studies for fourth graders at SDN Balongmacekan, and to find out how much influence the application of the interactive articulate storyline-based RAYA (Cultural Variety) learning media has on learning interest. Social Studies students of class IV SDN Balongmacekan. Analysis of research data using the t-test (one-tail test). Uses experimental research methods and one-group pretest-posttest design. The data collection technique used a student's social studies learning interest questionnaire. The sampling technique used a total sample, and fourteen student was the fourth-grade of SDN Balongmacekan. The results showed of the t-test with a tcount of 32.56. If viewed from the t table value with a significance level of 5% (0.05), the value is 1.761, and it can be said that the value of tcount > ttable is 32.56 > 1.761. This shows an influence on applying articulate storyline-based RAYA (Cultural Variety) learning media on the interest in learning social studies for fourth-grade students at SDN Balongmacekan. While the results of the analysis using eta square show that the value of eta square is 0.987 > 0.14, this shows that there is a significant influence on the application of interactive media-based RAYA (Cultural Variety) learning media on the interest in learning social studies for fourth-grade students at SDN Balongmacekan.

Abstract

Character education is an attempt to instill the values of students behavior. Through character education can help in the formation of student character with the efforts made jointly between students,teachers and parents. This thesis aims to determine the implementation of religious character education for elementary school students in terms of the implementation process. The research method used is the study of literature or literature by using critical study methods. Data collection is done through literature data in the form of books, articles, relevant research journals. The result of the analysis obtained in this study are the process of implementing students religious character education through a learning process carried out by implementing student character building which is integrated in the subject. And through school culture which includes habituation and example.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) E-commerce, (2) the use of Accounting Information Systems and (3) Business Capital on student decision making for entrepreneurship. The research method uses quantitative. The study used primary data with a questionnaire. Students of the accounting study program at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University with as many as 88 respondents were the population in this study. Purposive sampling technique used in determining the sample. SPSS version 23.0 software assistance in data processing. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression method. The results of the study prove that (1) E-commerce and (2) the use of accounting information systems have an influence on students' decision making for entrepreneurship, while (3) venture capital has no influence on entrepreneurial decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable at Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used is 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that visual merchandising has an effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has an effect on impulse buying, price discounts have no effect on impulse buying, visual merchandising has an effect on positive emotion, store atmosphere has an effect on positive emotion, price discount has an effect on positive emotion, positive emotion affects impulse buying, visual merchandising affects impulse buying through positive emotion, store atmosphere affects impulse buying through positive emotion, and price discounts affect impulse buying through positive emotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Viral Marketing variable on the Purchase Decision, the influence of the Celebrity Endorser variable on the Purchase Decision, the influence of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Decision, and the influence of Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness simultaneously affecting the Purchase Decision on Make Over Cosmetic Products. in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting data through a questionnaire. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who used Make Over Cosmetics in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression using the SPSS version 18.0 program. Based on the validity test of the valid questionnaire statement. The results of this study prove that the Viral Marketing variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision, the Celebrity Endorser variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision, and the Brand Awareness variable has an effect on the Purchase Decision. Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision on Make Over Cosmetics products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones partially and simultaneously for students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences UMSIDA. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences UMSIDA. The research sample was obtained using a stratified random sampling technique that is calculated using the Slovin formula, which is as many as 100 respondents. The research data were obtained using a questionnaire technique and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that product quality, service quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones for students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences UMSIDA. Highlights: Product quality, service quality, and brand image influence purchasing decisions for Samsung smartphones among UMSIDA students. Quantitative research approach with 100 respondents from the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences. Multiple linear regression analysis reveals a positive and significant effect of product quality, service quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, experiential marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce in Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out using a probability sampling method with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 100 respondents who had purchased products through the Shopee e-commerce online shopping application in Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS Statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that brand image affects purchasing decisions, experiential marketing affects purchasing decisions, word of mouth affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, relationship marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions on CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo in Beji Pasuruan. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. Sampling in this study was carried out by probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents to CV consumers. Wonokoyo Gasindo. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test, multiple correlation coefficient and multiple determination coefficient (R2) using SPSS version 25.0 application program. This primary data was obtained through a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale. And the data is declared to be valid and reliable. The results of the study prove that the price has an effect on purchasing decisions. Relationship marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth has an effect on purchasing decisions. Price, relationship marketing and word of mouth have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo in Beji Pasuruan.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the problems of online learning of Islamic religious education subjects during the covid-19 pandemic, there are several research results, namely: (1) In the online learning process of PAI folders during the covid pandemic, it has been going well, by providing online material and giving assignments. utilizing the WhatsApp Group application, (2) The problems that arise during online learning from students are; lack of interest in learning, limitations of devices and networks, low understanding, lack of mastery of the atmosphere in the classroom and mastery of the field of technology (3) Efforts made by the school are to facilitate students who are constrained by networks and devices as well as school teachers and conduct coaching and include teachers, especially Islamic religious education teachers.

Abstract

This research means to determine the effect of work discipline, commitment, and work stress on employee performance. The following research is based on the fact that RSUD Sidoarjo is experiencing problems with its human resources. Many employees do not comply with the applicable SOPs at work, resulting in decreased employee performance. Based on the declining performance of employees, it resulted in complaints from RSUD Sidoarjo patients at the Graha Delta Husada Installation.The design of this research carried out in this thesis uses the type of quantitative research. In this study using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique of 85 medical workers at the RSUD Sidoarjo, Graha Delta Husada Installation.The results of the study prove that work discipline has a partial positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment partially positive effect on employee performance, work stress partially negatively affects employee performance.
