Abstract

This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of job training, work motivation, and work environment on employee work productivity in the context of CV. Budi Mulia, a leading cracker manufacturing company. The research employed a Non-Probability Saturated Sampling Technique, gathering data from 80 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS Statistics version 25. The findings indicate that job training, work motivation, and work environment significantly affect employee work productivity. Notably, the work environment emerged as the most influential factor positively impacting employee productivity. This study sheds light on the importance of optimizing the work environment to enhance overall performance, offering implications for managers and organizations seeking to maximize their workforce potential. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether the implementation of e-learning could improve student achievement in SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. This study uses descriptive qualitative research so that it can describe information data in accordance with facts with methods that can describe and provide an overview. The technique used in the study was all third grade students. From the research results obtained academic and non-academic assessments, using e-learning learning can improve student achievement. The results of the study indicate that e-learning can encourage student achievement. Highlights: The study aimed to determine the impact of e-learning on student achievement. Descriptive qualitative research was employed to provide an overview of the data. The results indicated that e-learning positively influenced student achievement. Abstract

This study examines the process of implementing motor vehicle testing services in the Sidoarjo Transportation Department, East Java, using a qualitative approach. The aim is to describe and analyze the implementation process, supporting factors, and hindrances to motor vehicle testing services. The analysis reveals that the overall implementation of these services is relatively good, with positive outcomes in terms of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Supporting factors include sufficient human resources and vehicle testing equipment, as well as community compliance with the Kir test program. However, budget constraints resulting from the diversion of resources to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic have hindered the program's expansion, particularly in terms of parking area regulations on the East Ring highway. The findings suggest the need for effective resource allocation and improved infrastructure planning to address bottlenecks and ensure smooth motor vehicle testing services, ultimately enhancing road safety and efficiency. Highlights: Efficient implementation: The study examines the process of motor vehicle testing services in Sidoarjo's Transportation Department, highlighting its relative effectiveness. Supporting factors: Adequate human resources and vehicle testing equipment contribute to the successful implementation of the testing program. Abstract

The role of teacher pedagogical competence in character building is the teacher's ability to design and implement learning that educates and is adapted to existing character values, and can direct the potential of students and evaluate learning. The purpose of this study 1). Analyzing the role of teacher pedagogical competence in character building based on scientific learning at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan, 2) Analyzing what factors support and hinder the cultivation of scientific-based character. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research subjects were class III homeroom teachers, principals of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan and administrative staff. Data collection techniques using 1) Observation 2) Interview 3) Documentation. While the data analysis technique used the data triangulation technique. ,and has been made with a variety of techniques and methods that are interesting and fun. 2) Factors that influence character building in SD Muhammadiyah Tulangan are internal and external factors, namely the collaboration between teachers and parents. Highlights: Teacher pedagogical competence plays a crucial role in character building through adaptable and value-based learning. Factors influencing character building include internal and external elements, with collaboration between teachers and parents being vital. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of employee commitment, training, and work performance on employee productivity. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from a sample of 117 employees, drawn from a population of 176 individuals, using a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis of the data revealed that employee commitment, training, and work performance each had a partially positive effect on employee productivity. These findings highlight the significance of fostering employee commitment, providing effective training programs, and emphasizing the importance of high work performance to enhance overall employee productivity. The implications of these results shed light on the factors that can optimize employee productivity within organizations and provide valuable insights for practitioners and researchers alike. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning tools used by teachers in learning the Concept Attainment Model in Class V SDI Raudlatul Jannah. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the principal, class teacher, and students of V B SDI Raudlatul Jannah. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the class V B teachers have carried out science learning on water cycle materials using CAM (Concept Attainment Model) oriented learning tools. The benefits of implementing learning with the Concept Attainment Model are that students play an active role in learning so that they can obtain information based on their experiences. Assessment techniques used by teachers are written tests, group work and assignments. Highlights: The effectiveness of Concept Attainment Model: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Concept Attainment Model in teaching science, specifically the water cycle, to fifth-grade students. Learning tools and techniques: The research highlights the use of learning tools, such as observation, interviews, and documentation, along with assessment techniques like written tests, group work, and assignments. Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to map the interactions and structures among Shopee consumers on Twitter, utilizing the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. Secondary data from Twitter were collected, and data analysis was facilitated using various tools, including Google Colab, Dictionary, Wordij, and Gephi. The network properties, such as nodes, edges, average degree, diameter, and average path length, were calculated for different promotional content keywords. The findings revealed that the flash sale keyword in 2020 exhibited a significant number of nodes and interactions, indicating extensive discussions on social media. This research offers valuable insights for digital marketing strategies within the Shopee marketplace, based on the observed patterns and implications derived from the SNA results. Highlights: In-depth analysis: This research provides an in-depth analysis of consumer interactions on Twitter within the context of Shopee, shedding light on the dynamics and structures of these interactions. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of students' independent character in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research focuses on students, teachers, and parents as subjects, employing the Mustika zed model for data analysis. Through a comprehensive literature review using Google Scholar, the study explores the effects of online learning on students' habits and the need for parental assistance in completing tasks. The research reveals that the implementation of independent character can benefit students across different grade levels, with habituation materials playing a crucial role. The study concludes by highlighting the importance of incorporating independent character development in learning planning. This research contributes to understanding the impact of online learning and provides implications for fostering students' independence in education. The implementation of habituation materials in online learning can effectively address the loss of good habits developed in traditional school settings. This meta-analysis investigates the implementation of student responsibility in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. By conducting a comprehensive literature review, relevant articles, journals, and references were analyzed to explore the challenges posed by the pandemic on education. The results highlight a decline in student responsibility and engagement in online learning, manifested through incomplete assignments and reduced participation. To address these issues, character education emerges as a potential solution, emphasizing the collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. This study sheds light on the importance of fostering student responsibility and suggests implications for educators and policymakers to enhance the online learning experience amidst global crises. Abstract

This qualitative study investigates the influence of the 5-Minute Craft YouTube channel on audience creativity through audience reception analysis. Using interview techniques, offline interviews were conducted via WhatsApp to gather responses from viewers. The results reveal a dominant hegemonic position, where the majority of the audience perceives the channel as highly useful. However, a negotiating position emerges, emphasizing the need for verbal guidance to facilitate practical implementation. Conversely, an oppositional stance arises, with some viewers expressing difficulty in applying the crafts shown. Overall, the study highlights the significant impact of YouTube as a mass media platform on audience behavior and sheds light on the complex relationship between content consumption and audience engagement. Highlights: The study investigates the impact of the 5-Minute Craft YouTube channel on audience creativity through qualitative audience reception analysis. The research reveals contrasting audience perspectives, with some perceiving the channel as highly useful while others face difficulties in practicing the crafts shown.
